Introduction

QUALITY TIME is a lightly used one owner yacht with unusually low time on all machinery and systems. The CAT C32 Acert engines create a top speed of 29 knots, easily cruising at 22-24 knots, and creating long range potential at 8 to 9 knots if necessary. The teak 4 guest stateroom plus crew aft for two is ideal for a full or part time crew, or naturally when desired, experienced owner operators of two can easily run the vessel for short cruises. The powerful Sidepower bow and stern thrusters plus triple control stations create a convenient docking package for shorthanded running and the generous walk around side decks assure confident docking of Quality Time. Add to this a redundant Furuno complete electronics package with large glass monitors at both helms, KVH satellite TV, phone, and weather package, plus complete entertainment package throughout the boat and the result is true comfort in this well thought out classic cruiser.

Accommodations

Entering from the generous aft deck of QUALITY TIME, the salon offers a bright and airy feeling, with exceptional viewing areas in all directions, whether seated or standing, the sight lines are well thought out. With twin settees port and starboard, with high low table to starboard, plus two comfortable easy chairs aft, this immediate area is ideal for conversation, entertainment, or just watching the scenery streaming by. As you go forward, the dining area for 6 is bordered by vast cabinets, desk, china cabinets, TV screen, extra refrigeration to port, plus ice maker and sink also to port. Add to this a Bose Home Theater entertainment system which is also throughout the entire boat.

Up three steps into the galley/pilothouse area, one finds a delightful country style kitchen and dinette area forward to port. The forward views are ideal from this entire area, whether you are cooking, seated for breakfast, or enjoying a drink...This area often is where most boaters convene when they are not up on the fly bridge during the day.

From the pilothouse down to the lower stateroom deck, immediately to starboard, is an over and under cabin at the foot of the stairs. All the way forward down the hall is the ensuite VIP with king sized berth on centerline, followed by a third side by side berth cabin to port. Finally the master stateroom is down two steps aft with king sized berth on centerline.
