Accommodations

Sun Deck:
On the sun deck the fresh water Jacuzzi on centreline forward is surrounded by large sofas either side, ideal for relaxing under way, at anchor or when arriving in port. Aft and to starboard is access down to the bridge deck via a shallow staircase and a wet bar and BBQ are further aft. An electrically operated awning can be extended forward from the radar arch, while a manual awning aft provides shade over 2 large dining tables surrounded by very comfortable L shaped sofas.

Bridge Deck:
On the Bridge Deck the wheelhouse is well equipped and has excellent views through vertical windows over the bow and wing control stations on either side of the Portuguese bridge. There is a 3 place settee aft in the bridge and navigation station aft to starboard. Immediately aft of the bridge and to port is a large and comfortable Captain’s cabin with double berth and en suite bathroom.

Further aft is a TV room or sky lounge on the starboard side and a bright VIP guest stateroom with en suite on the port side, offering great views. Both the VIP cabin and the TV room/skylounge open up to the massive aft bridge deck. An assortment of loose furniture takes advantage of this impressive space, be it for al fresco dining, sunbathing or hosting large parties. One of the tenders is stored all the way aft without spoiling the ship’s profile, or indeed this fabulous deck.

Main Deck:
Entering the yacht from the dock via the passarelle or from either of the port or starboard stairs from the wide swim platform door, the aft main deck is equal in size to that of a far larger yacht. There is a large sun pad aft of a well shaded and protected lounging area which has easy chairs and coffee tables all around.

Stepping into the main salon the full height windows and cut away bulwarks offer fabulous unobstructed views and glorious natural light. The main salon is huge for a yacht of CAPRICORN’s dimensions because of her asymmetrical side decks: the starboard side of the main deck salon is full width with full walk arounds on the port side and full walk arounds on both sides of the bridge deck superstructure. This large and bright salon can be fully blacked out for watching movies from the drop down screen and projector. An open plan space has the dining area
forward and a sitting area with coffee tables aft.

The tasteful interior décor and cherry wood throughout the vessel is fresh, cosy and in sync with the yachts exterior and surroundings.

Immediately forward of the dining area is the main galley to port and access to the crew area down on the port side from the galley. On the starboard side there is a day head and the laundry room with access down to the lower deck guest accommodation and access up the staircase to the bridge deck.

The Master Stateroom is forward on the main deck. Full beam with many large windows, there are great views and privacy. There are two large walk in closets at the head of the bed, which faces forward in the centre of this comfortable suite. Forward of the bed is a retractable TV and a stunning Japanese style desk and vanity to the port side. The Owner’s bathroom is accessible via two large sliding doors with his and her sinks, toilet, shower and Jacuzzi bath on the centerline. The feeling of space and light in the master stateroom is excellent.

Lower Deck:
On the lower deck immediately forward of the aft engine room and garage is a full beam VIP stateroom with walk in closet and well appointed bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate shower aft.

Two mirror image double berth cabins are forward and amidships and are well appointed with good closet space and comfortable en-suite bathrooms with showers. The 6th guest cabin on the port side further forward has twin beds and is also very comfortable with en suite bath with shower.

There are four double crew cabins forward, each with en suite bath with stall shower. The garage aft of the engine room houses tenders and toys as well as some auxiliary and emergency machinery and gives easy access to the steering compartment. A clever screen separates the garage from guests view from the 3 meter hydraulic swim platform (which is the garage door in the up position) easily accessible by shallow steps either side from the main
deck aft. There are various swim ladders both sides for easy water access.

CAPRICORN’s large and luminous interior, six staterooms, massive exterior deck spaces, large swim platform, and number and size of tenders and toys make her ideal as a cruising or charter yacht. Her fast cruising speed yet long range at lower speeds and her moderate draft allows the flexibility to get somewhere fast or do more serious crossings with great comfort and
ease.
