Description

Yard owned, “Giorgia1” has just completed an extensive refit in summer 2024 at Lusben Yard (a complete list is available on request) and is available for private viewings in Varazze. Compared to a standard Benetti Classic 120, “Giorgia1” boasts enhanced connectivity, advanced entertainment, a larger selection of water toys, upgraded stabilizers, and recent refits that elevate both performance and comfort.

Refits

A thoughtful sequence of works underscores diligent ownership: in 2020 a major interior refit was completed at Nautech in La Ciotat; during 2021–2022 the yacht received a full Zytexx hull coating along with varnish touch‑ups, carpet replacements, and cabin deckhead repairs; and in 2024 she underwent hull cleaning, antifouling, and additional maintenance at Lusben.

Accommodation

Thoughtfully arranged for versatile family cruising, the yacht accommodates 10+2 guests in 5 cabins (1 Master, 2 Double, 2 Twin with Pullman berths), with up to 7 crew in 4 crew cabins to ensure seamless service. The main deck master suite enjoys a private study and a large ensuite, while the upper salon features a sit‑up bar and opens onto an upper deck alfresco dining area for 10. Above, the sundeck invites languid days with generous lounging space and a Jacuzzi. A well‑stocked toy locker completes the experience, with a tender and water toys including Seabobs, jet skis, and sea scooters.

Navigation & communication equipment

An integrated navigation suite anchors confidence at sea, combining advanced Furuno radar with GPS, autopilot, and an echosounder. New WiFi installed in 2017 and Starlink internet added in 2024 ensure robust connectivity throughout the yacht. Upgraded VHF and UHF radios further sharpen crew communication and operational efficiency.

Entertainment system

Life on board is enriched by a Sonos AirPlay ecosystem and Bose speakers placed in key living areas. Discreet, retractable 43" Samsung TVs pair with an iPad‑controlled Y.E.S. entertainment system in the main salon, sky lounge, and master suite, while guest cabins are fitted with 26" Samsung TVs and integrated sound for effortless indulgence.

Mechanical & performance

Power comes from two Caterpillar C32 engines, each producing 1,550 hp, delivering a top speed of 16 knots. She settles into a comfortable 13‑knot cruise, achieving a range of 3,500 nautical miles at that speed. With a fuel capacity of 42,000 liters and Naiad Zero Speed stabilizers, the yacht combines long‑leg capability with exceptional comfort at anchor and underway.

Onboard systems

A climate‑controlled haven is maintained by air conditioning rated at 432,000 BTU, while a high‑capacity watermaker produces 14,400 liters per day to support extended itineraries. Advanced sewage processing and vacuum toilet systems contribute to clean, quiet, and reliable operations.

Deck & tender equipment

Leisure is effortless thanks to a hydraulic swim platform and an emergency crane on the sundeck, streamlining water access and tender handling. The Novurania Equator 540 tender, powered by a Volvo Penta engine, stands ready for swift transfers and exploration. An extensive inventory of watersports gear includes jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment.

Propulsion

Propulsion is by twin CAT C32 diesel engines, each rated at 1,550 hp, with approximately 5,542 engine hours recorded on both engines at the time of writing. Fuel throughout is diesel, delivering the reliability and service network owners expect from CAT.

The specification sheet records a cruising speed of 7.02 knots and a maximum speed of 8.64 knots, with a listed range of 1,889.85 nautical miles. Principal dimensions are noted as 1200.79 ft length overall, 738.19 ft minimum draft, and 259.19 ft beam. Gross tonnage is 299, with fiberglass construction and a displacement hull form.
