Detailed Description

Accommodations

AQUA has been donated to the National Save the Sea Turtle Foundation, and the current offering is the assumption of a pre-existing lease with an option-to-purchase agreement. The lease is non–interest bearing with highly favorable terms, with approximately twenty-two monthly payments remaining at $12,135 per month ($266,970 total over 22 months) and a balloon payment of $412,525 due on October 20, 2027, providing interest-free financing for just under one half of the total lease assumption price. The vessel was refit in 2019, with more than $500,000 invested prior to donation, and the charity together with the current lessee has added another $400,000 in improvements; she is in excellent condition and ready to cruise. Features include MTU/DDC 16V-2000s, Northern Lights generators, an Atlas power system, stabilizers, and a bow thruster, and the vessel was refit in 2019 with new furnishings, carpeting, window treatments, soft goods, electrical upgrades, running gear, A/V equipment, headliners, and LED lighting.

The salon is entered through two electric stainless and glass sliding doors from the aft deck, revealing high-gloss woods and silk fabrics, an overstuffed free-standing sofa, two chairs, and a fully equipped bar with four bar chairs. The granite bar countertop is paired with an ice maker, refrigerator, glass storage, and a dedicated liquor storage area, while a circular staircase forward of the bar leads to the lower deck. An entertainment center anchors the space with a 50-inch TV, DVD player, AM/FM Linn stereo tuner, and generous storage for videos and CDs. Forward to port, the dining area showcases a circular dining table with six dining chairs, marble flooring, and built-in storage for china and cutlery, with interior cherry woodwork and maple burl accents crafted by Elegance & Wood. The galley, positioned forward to port for discreet crew service, features granite countertops and backsplash, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, GE Profile oven, microwave/convection oven, waste disposal, Hansgrohe single-lever faucet, full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, and trash compactor. The on-deck day head is appointed with a beautiful metal sink and marble countertops, and faucets and hardware throughout the yacht are by Safdenelli Jado and Hansgrohe.

The full-beam master stateroom forward presents a king-size bed with a padded headboard and mirrored panels above, an L-shaped settee to port, and a built-in burl wood dresser. Its entertainment center features a pop-up 32-inch TV, DVD player, VCR, AM/FM tuner, and storage for videos and CDs. Forward of the bed, a few steps descend to a dressing area with cedar-lined wardrobes fitted with full-height beveled mirror doors, leading to a generous athwartship master head. This his-and-her arrangement offers a two-sink vanity with marble countertops and backsplash, with separate enclosed port and starboard compartments—one with the toilet and the other with the shower—set over exquisite onyx stone flooring.

Entry to the pilothouse is to starboard on the main deck, where a midship steering station is complemented by a comfortable L-shaped settee over teak and holly flooring. A full-beam VIP stateroom—a second master—is aft on the lower deck, featuring a king-size bed with a padded fabric headboard and mirrored panels above, a pair of bedside nightstands, a settee, and a vanity. The VIP suite is enhanced by his-and-her baths, with one side offering a marble shower stall, marble sink, countertop, and flooring, and the “her” bath presenting a marble tub along with a marble-topped sink and marble flooring. Forward to port, a guest stateroom offers a queen-size bed, nightstands, an entertainment center with a 20-inch TV, and a hanging locker; its en-suite head includes a fully equipped shower stall with marble floor and a single sink with marble countertop and backsplash. To starboard, a twin-berth stateroom includes a nightstand, full-height closet, and an entertainment center with a 20-inch TV; its head features a marble shower stall, single sink with marble countertop and backsplash, and marble flooring.

Forward lies the crew galley/laundry lounge with four berths, a full-height wardrobe, a small settee, a 20-inch TV/VCR, and a head with shower. The galley/laundry area incorporates a sink, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a built-in ironing board, while the crew mess is finished with an Amtico tiled floor. Forward of the settee, a watertight door opens directly to a storage compartment fitted with a deep freezing unit. The flybridge invites open-air relaxation with a starboard helm station flanked by two bench seats; amidships, a wet bar and new stainless steel BBQ grill serve a dining area with U-shaped seating and a hot tub, while further aft a sofa and four chairs gather around a coffee table with a built-in gas fire pit.

Main salon & dining

The full-beam main salon and dining area spans almost 600 square feet and showcases an Evan Marshall designed interior with cherry joinery. Following a 2019 refit, the space is refreshed with all new high-end fabrics, carpeting, Roman blinds, sconces, custom Savage lighting, soft goods, etc., all beautifully set against high gloss cherry joinery throughout.

To starboard, a granite-top bar is appointed with four high back bar chairs, while a formal dining area forward to port features an oversized round glass-top table for eight accompanied by eight upholstered dining chairs. The dining setting is enhanced by a custom overhead soffit with accent lighting, custom marble flooring with black galaxy borders, a built-in buffet with cabinet storage for china, flatware, and crystal, custom wallcoverings, and convenient stairs to the lower guest accommodations to starboard.

The salon invites relaxation with an L-shaped upholstered sofa, a large cocktail table, and two upholstered club chairs. Entertaining is effortless with a wet bar equipped with a U-line icemaker, Master Chef refrigerator, sink, and dedicated glass and liquor storage, complementing the bar arrangement. Overhead, padded panel headliners, overhead LED lighting, overhead stereo speakers, automatic window shades, and ten wall sconces create an elegant ambiance.

The entertainment system includes a Samsung 50" HD TV that can be concealed effortlessly behind a Tambour door, a surround sound stereo, DVD player, stereo tuner, multi-amplifier seeker, and a fully programmable remote system. An additional entertainment center offers a Samsung 50" TV, Direct TV receiver, stereo system, and a Yamaha wireless bluetooth amplifier, all intuitively controlled by iPad.

Along the starboard companionway, an on-deck day head presents a marble sink and vanity top with custom Safdenelli Jado and Hansgrohe faucets and fixtures. Practicality meets design with stairs to the pilothouse, storage under the pilothouse with a refrigerator and access to electronics, and a starboard pantograph door to the foredeck. There is also a forward entrance to the on-deck master, marble flooring with a black galaxy border, and an outboard storage buffet with four doors.

Thoughtful amenities such as a trash compactor, a double sink with garbage disposal, and an exhaust fan ensure effortless functionality, complemented by digital air-conditioning controls for precise climate management.
