Detailed Description

Vessel walkthrough

Boarding is intuitive and gracious, whether you arrive from a floating dock onto the generous swim platform or step aboard from a fixed dock through the twin hinged hull‑side doors. The Aft Deck invites lingering with its mix of fixed and loose seating, twin curved steps cascading to the swim platform, and gentle, well‑lit steps leading up to the Flybridge. Enter the Salon on the centerline and your eye draws forward along a clear sightline to the centerline Lower Helm, with a comfortable settee to port and entertainment and bar amenities to starboard. To starboard, a large dining settee faces the portside Galley for effortless service and convivial meals. Just outboard to port of the helm, elegant curved steps descend below; the Companionway guides you aft to the Master and forward to the VIP, with a cleverly arranged upper/lower Guest Cabin to port and the Guest Head and laundry to starboard. Above it all, the fully enclosed Flybridge is unusually expansive for her size and features a newer crane, making tender handling and deck life easy and refined.

Salon

The spacious Salon welcomes you through the curved Trend sliding door, where full lined drapes across the aft door temper the sun to perfection. To port, a two‑piece curved sectional sofa with hidden storage is anchored by a two‑drawer end table between, its special lighting accents framing a burl wood coffee table set ahead, under which two small matching stools nest discreetly. Behind the sofa, twin Roman shades are flanked by graceful curved Soji screen panels softly backlit, while above, a soffit delivers even‑flow air conditioning with refined rope accent lighting. Moving forward, four curved cabinet doors conceal glass storage, the upper pair rendered in illuminated glass, while to starboard the yacht’s main electrical panels begin aft behind four tinted glass doors with a double‑door storage cabinet above. Forward again, the entertainment center presents a 32" Sony LED TV over a two‑shelf storage cabinet; behind twin cabinet doors reside a Sony AM/FM/audio/video control center and a separate Sony CD/DVD player. Continuing forward, a curved double‑door storage cabinet with a burl wood top gives way to a walk‑behind dry bar featuring a hidden U‑Line icemaker, four drawers, and two storage cabinets—one purpose‑built for wine—all crowned by an Onyx stone countertop. Overhead, a dramatic inset ceiling detail centers the room with beveled mirror panels, eight halogen mini spots, rope lighting, and burl wood trim. The ensemble is completed by carpet runners, four stereo speakers, nine additional overhead halogen mini spots, digital Marine Air controls, and an intercom system.

Galley

One step up from the Salon to port, the U‑shaped Galley is both beautifully concealed and beautifully equipped. A GE upright stainless steel refrigerator with two freezer drawers, new 11/21, anchors the space, complemented by a Kenyan three‑burner Ceran‑type cooktop and a GE Profile stainless steel microwave/convection oven with fan and work light. Verde marble countertops provide a rich working surface, with Blanco stainless steel sinks incorporating a convenient trash chute. Utility and order come naturally with a GFCI outlet, six storage cabinets, four drawers, a cherry grab rail, Roman shades, and a cherry and mahogany planked sole illuminated by six overhead halogen mini spots. Upper‑level Verde marble countertops subtly screen the Galley from view, while two additional upper cabinets sit above the house side windows to expand stowage.

Dining

The Dining Area aboard UNBRIDLED sits just abaft the Lower Helm, adjacent to the Galley, ensuring seamless service and outstanding sightlines. A raised C‑shaped leather settee with storage beneath embraces an elegant height‑adjustable table whose burl wood top is secured by a cherry keeper, while Roman shades temper the light across the large side windows. Abundant storage lies in large drawers beneath the settee and in two additional cabinets above the house side windows. Overhead, three halogen mini spots provide focused ambiance, and a central vacuum neatly concealed under the settee reaches the entire interior of the yacht with a single drop.

Lower helm

UNBRIDLED’s interior Helm, set on the centerline, affords commanding control with one hundred eighty degrees of unobstructed views. The helm suite is comprehensive: a Garmin GPS Map 5212 touchscreen plotter partners with a Simrad AP 20 autopilot and a Furuno 48‑mile radar, while a B&G Hydra 1000 speed/depth log complements a Raymarine ST60 digital depth. Communications and control are assured by an Icom ICM 127 VHF with DSC, Hynautic engine controls, an ACR Point Pad for the searchlight, Maxwell windlass controls, Bennett trim tab controls, four bilge pump controls, two sump pump controls, a 24‑volt electronics sub‑panel, Fireboy fire system controls, full VDO engine gauges, MAN alarm panels, and a Wema five‑position fuel/water tank gauge. Precision handling is enhanced by Side Power bow thruster controls, start/stop controls, a wood and stainless helm wheel, and an adjustable leather helm seat with a wood footrest. A portside Pantograph entry door eases movement on deck, red overhead lights serve for night running, and three wiper/washer controls keep the view clear.

Companionway

To port outboard of the lower controls, five curved steps lead gracefully to the accommodation deck, with a two‑door storage cabinet outboard and an auto light that illuminates by motion sensor. Aft lies the Master; just forward, a stacked GE Spacemaker washer/dryer accompanies a four‑shelf linen locker highlighted by a beveled mirror with a small burled accent shelf flanked by petite burl wood columns. The Twin Guest Cabin is to port, the Guest Head to starboard, and the VIP awaits all the way forward.

Master cabin

The Master Cabin centers a queen‑size berth on the aft bulkhead, with a storage drawer and soft rope lighting below. On both port and starboard, two‑drawer nightstands with burl wood tops frame the space, while burl wood panels and sconce lights flank a beveled mirror panel and upholstered headboard; twin reading lights are set above in a burl wood panel. To port, a curved vanity with a hinged top and fold‑out stool is joined by a drawer and a cabinet, with three storage cabinets above, Soji‑type backlit panels, and stainless steel opening portholes shaded by Roman blinds. At the foot of the berth, a 32" LG LED flat panel TV and the private Head entry add convenience. To starboard, a double‑door hanging locker with auto light accompanies a Hitachi CD/DVD/VCR player built into a cabinet; just aft, an upholstered settee offers seating with storage below. Above, three more cabinets, an opening stainless porthole, a Soji‑type backlit panel, and Roman shades complete the ensemble. Enhancing the ambiance are a Sony AM/FM/CD player, two stereo speakers, eight overhead mini spots, and refined burl wood toe‑kick and cornice trim.

Master head

Two steps up from the Master, the private Head feels markedly spacious, its marble and onyx sole trimmed in brass setting an opulent tone. A Vacuuflush head pairs with a stall shower featuring a tempered glass door, seat, porthole, exhaust fan, light, and a fixture usable handheld or wall‑mounted. The bow‑front vanity offers twin storage cabinets below and twin undermount china sinks set in an onyx countertop with single Grohe fixtures, while four beveled mirrored panels above provide abundant storage. The space is finished with three halogen mini spots overhead, additional storage and a concealed opening porthole, burl wood columns, and extra mirrored panels.

Guest cabin

The portside Guest Cabin sleeps two in a fore‑and‑aft upper/lower berth arrangement, with two large storage drawers below. The upper berth cleverly folds downward to create a cozy seating area. Upholstered head and sideboards, Roman shades over two opening stainless steel portholes, a storage cabinet, intercom, and focused reading lights deliver comfort and function in a compact footprint, while a unique two‑part sliding pocket door ensures privacy.

VIP cabin

All the way forward, a centerline queen berth rests against the mirrored forward bulkhead. To port and starboard, two backlit Sojo screens and two opening mirrored storage cabinets add glow and utility; just aft, Roman shades temper port and starboard opening stainless steel portholes above built‑in nightstand cabinetry. Further aft, cushioned seats precede access to the Head on the starboard side and an auto‑lit hanging locker to port. A large cabinet at the foot of the berth yields additional stowage, and access panels in the sole reach the bow thruster and forward bilge. The suite is rounded out by a Sony AM/FM/CD player, a 13" Toshiba flat screen TV with VCR, overhead mini spots, stereo speakers, and a large overhead escape hatch with a blackout screen.

Guest head

Positioned between the VIP and Guest Cabins, this surprisingly large Head also serves as the Day Head via a companionway door, with direct VIP access as well. The marble sole features a contrasting border with brass trim, and the Vacuuflush toilet pairs with a stall shower offering a tempered glass door, light, exhaust fan, and a handheld or wall‑mountable shower fixture. The bow‑front vanity provides a cabinet below and a china undermount sink in a marble countertop with a Grohe single‑lever faucet. Three mirrored panels function as medicine and linen cabinets, within which an opening stainless steel porthole brings in air; a GFCI outlet and four overhead halogen mini spots complete the specification.

Foredeck

The foredeck is expedition‑ready and elegantly equipped: a Maxwell 3500 anchor windlass with capstan and gypsy is flanked by two windlass deck switches, feeding a stainless steel anchor chute with roller, a chain locking mechanism, and a Pool 60 kg (132 lb.) Navy‑style stainless steel anchor on 250 feet of chain serviced by a dual‑access deck chain locker and a freshwater anchor wash‑down hose. Port and starboard fair leads with rollers, a welded heavy‑duty double stainless bow rail, and a stainless burgee staff frame the bow lounge, where seat cushions for two feature a ratchet back and a sun lounge, complemented by a round Bomar deck hatch with cushion/cover and built‑in drink holders. Port and starboard built‑in dunnage boxes add practicality, while three windshield wipers with washers and a black Textulene windshield cover manage weather and glare. Mooring is simplified by dual port and starboard spring line cleats and International Navigation lights, with a portside Pantograph entry door and an ACR RCL 100 searchlight enhancing safety. Illumination arrives via three port and three starboard overhead deck lights; service access is secured with a lockable fuel fill door and a lockage water fill door. The look is completed by frameless dark‑tinted cabin windows, engine room air intakes inside the bulwark, and raised fiberglass bow and side deck bulwarks.

Aft deck

The Aft Deck is designed for effortless living and secure handling. Port and starboard fiberglass boarding gates with hinged rails and fair leads with rollers at the stern cleats ease arrivals, while twin stainless steel gates open to the swim platform. A curved aft seat for four with removable cushions surrounds an oval fiberglass table with fore‑and‑aft adjustment, and six dink holders and special lighting at the sofa ends add convenience and ambiance. Entry is via the curved Trend stainless steel door, with an “At Sea” hatch to the Crew Cabin and Engine Room close at hand. Cockpit controls with start/stop and thruster controls reside in a hinged cabinet, adjacent to an emergency pull cable for the Fireboy system, a GFCI outlet in a weatherproof cover, two stereo speakers with volume control, and eight overhead halogen mini spots with stainless steel trim. Port and starboard electric lockers each carry a Glendinning shore cord, with three curved steps per side down to the swim platform. The integral teak‑over‑fiberglass swim platform includes mooring cleats, three stainless steel hoop rails with the center hinged and side gates, and a swim ladder beneath a teak‑covered hatch. A Pantograph door accesses the Crew Cabin and Engine Room, and a hinged cabinet reveals a hot and cold shower. Eight teak‑tread curved steps with step lights lead to the Flybridge, with freshwater and sea water washdowns and a shore water inlet with pressure regulator simplifying service.

Fly bridge

The Flybridge blends fresh updates with purposeful design. New LED NAV and anchor lights and a new 19" Shakespeare DTV antenna crown the fiberglass radar arch with integral hardtop, while a tinted glass and stainless hatch on gas shocks neatly covers the Aft Deck stairs. Underfoot, fiberglass nonskid decks feel secure, and eleven overhead halogen mini spots with stainless trim set the mood. To starboard, a fiberglass bar conceals a Miele electric grill and storage behind doors and lids, with a clear bubble‑type retractable helm cover ready when needed. Port and starboard cushioned seats flank the Helm—complete with new cushions (July 2021)—and a tinted plexiglass Venturi windscreen with a stainless frame deflects breeze. Entertainment flows via a Sony AM/FM/CD player with four speakers. A fiberglass dual helm seat with removable cushions offers command comfort, supported by a GFCI outlet, an eight‑station intercom, and FB air conditioning. To port, a fiberglass cabinet with a stainless sink beneath a hinged top sits above the bridge AC unit, while C‑shaped seating for five with removable Sunbrella cushions encircles a height‑adjustable fiberglass table. Safety and utility include a stainless handrail around the steps to the Aft Deck, a stainless flagstaff, a stainless rail partially around the aft Flybridge deck, a round hatch in the hardtop, and a stainless steel arch. The hardtop carries the radar antenna, two VHF antennas, a GPS sensor, horns and a hailer horn, with deck drains at the aft corners. Rounding out the upgrades are a life ring with throw line, a new three‑side acrylic bridge enclosure (10/21), new FB carpet (7/21), and new clear vinyl in the aft enclosure (7/21).

Flybridge electronics

At the upper helm, technology is at your fingertips: a Garmin GPS Map 5212 touchscreen plotter in a Scanstrut swivel enclosure headlines a suite that includes Hynautic hydraulic controls, a Simrad AP 22 autopilot, a Furuno LCD radar remote screen, and a Northstar 952X GPS/plotter. Depth and trim are monitored by a Raymarine ST60 digital depth indicator and Bennett trim tab indicators, while an oversized stainless steel helm wheel, MAN engine alarm panels, start/stop switches, windlass controls, Marine Air air conditioning controls, VDO engine gauges, an Icom M502 VHF with DSC, Side Power bow thruster controls, and a Ritchie 4" magnetic compass with cover deliver total command.

Boat deck

On the Boat Deck, a UMT 1000 lb. davit with extension stands ready with both hardwired and remote controls, making tender launch and retrieval swift and secure.

Crew cabin

The Crew Cabin is accessed either through a lockable Pantograph door from the swim platform or via a hatch set into the Aft Deck sole. Though easily run by an experienced couple, this yacht offers a private Crew Area—equally perfect as an independent haven for a teenager. Descending three removable stainless and teak ladder steps from the platform, you enter the cabin’s head: to starboard, a cabinet with an undermount single fixture that doubles as a wall‑mounted shower fixture, with two storage cabinets below and a mirror and GFCI outlet above; to port, a Jabsco marine head sits behind a hinged platform with storage, and between them a shower area with a curtain protects the Crew Cabin door. Through the door forward lies a finely finished cabin with a single lower berth to port, upholstered headboard, two drawers beneath, and a two‑drawer nightstand adjacent; at the foot, a built‑in 13" Toshiba flatscreen TV with VCR stands ready. Various outboard cabinets provide storage and equipment space. To starboard, a custom second berth sits over three storage cabinets, accompanied by a Sony AM/FM/CD. Rounding out the space are an intercom, stereo speakers, five overhead mini spots, a resilient Pirelli‑type sole, and a double cherry door leading into the Engine Room.

Mechanical and engine room

The Engine Room is as methodical as it is serviceable, with a Pirelli‑type sole underfoot and systems laid out for clarity. Each engine is protected by dual 1000 Racor fuel filters with vacuum gauges, supported by ball valves on all seawater intakes and extra‑large seawater strainers. Ventilation comes from two DC Engine Room blowers and two ACR blowers, while Hynautic hydraulic Engine Room controls and remote‑mounted starboard‑side oil filters ease maintenance. Dripless shaft seals, a Raritan 20‑gallon water heater, wing fuel tanks with sight gauges, a hand bilge pump, four Rule bilge pumps, and two shower sumps speak to redundancy. Fuel polishing and generation are protected by a Racor 500 fuel filter for the generator and an exhaust/gas separator on the generator, while climate is managed by a 12,000 BTU Marine Air compressor for the VIP Cabin, a 12,000 BTU Marine Air compressor for the Master Cabin (new 2020), a 6,000 BTU Marine Air compressor for the Crew Cabin (inoperative), a 48,000 BTU Marine Air compressor for the Salon, and a 12,000 BTU Marine Air system for the Flybridge. Steering is via a Hynautic hydraulic system. Illumination is both DC incandescent and AC fluorescent, and safety is ensured by a Fireboy fire suppression system and a three‑point DC reversing oil change pump. The driveline features MAN electronic engine interfaces and ZF 550A transmissions with a 1.97:1 ratio, and holding tank status is monitored by a Tank Watch at the Salon electric panel. Headroom in the Engine Room is 6’ 4”.

Electrical system

Power distribution is robust and redundant. Port and starboard Glendinning cable reels supply 50‑amp, 220‑volt service with 70‑foot cords, while an Onan 21 KW genset with 1075 hours in a sound shield carries ship’s loads, protected by a dedicated battery shutoff switch and a Group 31 generator battery. Starting and charging are managed by two Guest battery switches for the main engines, a Guest battery parallel switch, alternator/charger selector switches, and two battery isolators. Reserves include four 8D Deca Geltech batteries for engine starting (new 2018) and four 8D Deca Geltech batteries for ship’s service (new 2018), plus a Group 31 generator battery. Inversion and protection come from a Trace PS series inverter at 2.5 KW and a Professional Mariner zinc saver system, with two 15 KVA Acme electric transformers stabilizing shore power. Charging is comprehensive: a Dolphin 24V 80‑amp charger, a Dolphin 24V 60‑amp charger, a Mastervolt 12V 30‑amp charger for the generator system, a Mastervolt 24V 50‑amp charger, and a Mastervolt 24V 75‑amp charger. Distribution panels include a 24‑volt DC panel with nineteen breaker‑protected circuits and digital volt and amp meters, and a 24‑volt DC panel with eight breaker‑protected circuits and digital volt and amp meters. AC systems comprise an AC 220‑volt system 1 with eleven breaker‑protected circuits and digital amp and volt meters, an AC 220‑volt system 2 with eleven breaker‑protected circuits and digital amp and volt meters, and an AC 110‑volt system 1 with twenty breaker‑protected circuits and digital amp and volt meters. A service battery selector switch and generator start/stop are at the Salon panel, and forward, two 8 D Deca Geltech batteries power the bow thruster.
