Decks

The aft deck welcomes with a beautifully crafted table and chairs, creating an inviting setting for open-air relaxation and dining. Above, the sun deck features a hot tub Jacuzzi and, aft, space for four sun loungers, perfect for basking in the sun. Midships, a well-appointed bar serves as the social hub, complemented by another high-quality table that can be enlarged or reduced in size to suit the moment, transforming seamlessly from a dining arrangement to a coffee table setup. Also on the sun deck, a flybridge station makes navigation a true pleasure.

Lounge and dining area inside

The main deck salon welcomes with a bar and comfortable seating, while further forward lies another beautiful dining table; everything throughout is in mint condition. Galley

The galley aboard CLARITY is generously sized and highly practical, positioned on the main deck next to the dining room. A door opens directly to the deck to invite fresh air and natural ventilation, while abundant storage keeps provisions neatly organized, including a walk-in fridge and three freezers. Thoughtfully appointed with a double sink for wash-up and bright, well-planned lighting, this inviting workspace makes onboard preparation effortless.

Commercial status

CLARITY is commercially registered in Malta and is legally authorized to conduct charter operations. She is in Class with ABS A1 notation, with all surveys up to date, and all safety equipment maintained and verified in accordance with commercial regulations. For commercial operation, she must be operated within sixty nautical miles of a safe haven. Her current berth in Loano is a great and safe option to consider, although it is not included in the sale. The current charter rate is €78,000 per week in high season and €68,000 per week in low season.

Engine room

The engine room is impeccably clean, and the engines were completely rebuilt in 2024 to as-new condition with zero hours. The stated 3,800 hours are since the boat was new, with minimal hours accumulated since the W6 rebuild. Generators were installed new in 2022, each showing under 700 hours, and the modern Kohler 55kW units run impressively quiet.

Garage and swim platform

From the aft deck, generous, easy steps sweep down to the fixed swim platform, a Mediterranean favorite and distinctly preferable to fold-down alternatives. The transom opens to reveal a large garage housing a Williams jet tender, while its striking silver paint lends a bold, contemporary touch. At the water’s edge, a swim ladder and shower provide effortless convenience. Wide side decks lead all the way forward, their elegant curves underscoring expert designer Bill Dixon’s seasoned experience and unmistakable flair.

Other technical information

The hull was recently subjected to non-destructive testing (NDT), confirming the GRP is in excellent condition. The drivetrain has been meticulously maintained, with flexible couplings between gearbox and shaft replaced in 2022 and both ZF gearboxes serviced the same year. The shaft survey is scheduled for 2025, the rudders were surveyed in 2022, and the five-blade 920 mm propellers were precisely balanced in 2024. Maneuvering is assured by a hydraulic bow thruster, and the custom-made hydraulic passerelle features a manually installed rope handle on one side for confident boarding.

Power is delivered by two 55 kW Kohler generators, model 55 EF OZDJ, new in 2022 and manufactured in 2021, complemented by two John Deere generator alternators, model 4045TFM85, likewise new in 2022 and manufactured in 2021; both generators are housed in sound boxes for refined acoustic comfort. The electrical system is three-phase at 50 Hz, with shore power supplied via three-phase connection and twenty meters of cable, and there is no shore power converter. The battery inventory is equally robust: an Exide Marine gel service pack new in 2022, emergency batteries plus a second emergency set dedicated to lightning-strike protection, four Varta N9 12 V 225 Ah main engine battery packs, and two Varta M18 12 V 180 Ah generator battery packs. A Victron inverter supports emergency lighting, while each battery bank benefits from a MasterVolt charger, with the service battery pack served by two chargers—one main and one spare.

Bridge equipment

The bridge is outfitted with a refined suite of electronics, led by plotters comprising one Raymarine Axiom XL 16 running Lighthouse 4 and integrated with radar, one Raymarine Axiom 12 repeated on the flybridge, and one Simrad NSS 12 Evo 2. Positioning is delivered by one Furuno SC 50 GPS, while wind data is provided by a Calypso Instruments Bluetooth wind indicator anemometer. The depth sounder is currently not operational and is due for repair or replacement. Vigilant watchkeeping comes courtesy of a Furuno BR510 bridge watch navigation alarm system new in 2024 and a JRC Navtex also new in 2024, complemented by a Raymarine autopilot repeated on the flybridge with a second Raymarine controller. Comprehensive monitoring includes watertight door surveillance, an alarm panel covering bilge, tank level, and navigation light alarms, and dedicated grey water and black water monitoring, all safeguarded by a Marinelec Carina fire alarm system new in 2021.

Communication

An expertly integrated suite ensures confident command and safety at sea, featuring a VHF ICOM IC-M 330 at the bridge with GMDSS, installed new in 2020, complemented by an FHF Simrad HS90 at the flybridge with a dedicated Distress button. A KANNAD Marine EPIRB 406 satellite beacon is mounted on the sun deck, while radar transponder coverage is provided by KANNAD Marine Rescuer 2 SART. GMDSS-compliant portability comes via two NAVICO AXIS 30 VHF transceivers, and traffic awareness is managed by a Raymarine AIS 700, fitted new in 2019. Connectivity extends far offshore with Starlink Maritime and one antenna. The entire system draws from a standalone battery supply supported by a Victron Orion 24/20 charger, while a Kahlenberg Air Horn S-2 delivers a commanding acoustic signal.

Lifesaving appliances

Safety aboard is uncompromising, with two twelve-person liferafts complemented by an additional eight-person liferaft, five liferings positioned for rapid deployment, seventeen lifejackets ready for guests and crew, two immersion suits for extreme conditions, and fourteen thermal protective aids to preserve body heat. Emergency signaling is equally comprehensive, featuring a set of eight flares and smoke devices.

Tank capacities

Thoughtfully engineered for extended cruising, this yacht offers comprehensive onboard reserves: aft grey water is contained in a 668-litre tank, while aft fuel capacity reaches 7,980 litres. Black water and oil are each accommodated with 744 litres. The day tank on the starboard side holds 660 litres, mirrored by the port day tank with a further 660 litres, working in concert with the forward fuel central tank of 9,361 litres. Forward systems include a grey lift tank of 315 litres and forward grey water capacity of 1,359 litres, complemented by 2,600 litres of fresh water. The total fuel capacity, including the day tanks, is therefore 18,661 litres distributed across four tanks.
