Overview
GRACE is a singular RPH raised‑pilothouse luxury motor yacht, blending elegance and capability. She provides four staterooms plus crew accommodations, a generous shaded flybridge for entertaining, modern 4‑cycle CAT engines, updated navigation electronics and stabilizers, and a plush high‑end interior with a distinctive social galley ideal for refined cruising.
Detailed Description
Prelude
Grace is a custom Northwest build from Tacoma, Washington, and her current steward is only the third owner to care for her. In 2002 her first owner delivered her to Spencer Rybovich for a transformative interior reconfiguration with most of the joinery renewed. In 2005, the original four‑cycle Detroits were replaced with 1,550 HP CAT C‑30s, two new Northern Lights generators were added, and a nine‑foot hull extension created a new aft crew cabin along with a larger aft deck and flybridge—an overhaul reportedly totaling four million dollars. The second owner reimagined the galley, fitted a Pipewelders FRP hardtop, upgraded with Garmin electronics, and more. The third and current owner has continued the program of thoughtful upgrades and refinements, presenting GRACE as an outstanding offering at a realistic price. She is turnkey and ready to cruise now.
Walkthrough
Boarding GRACE is effortless from a floating dock via the swim platform and the curved, molded stairs up to the aft deck; from a fixed dock, a Marquipt boarding ladder can be positioned at any of the four hinged boarding gates, two of which open directly onto the aft deck. A mix of built‑in and freestanding seating gathers around a new high‑gloss table; to port, a wet bar integrates a refrigerator, an icemaker, and an electric grill, while to starboard a graceful stair leads to the boat deck. Two expansive sliding doors open much of the salon’s aft bulkhead to reveal a teak‑and‑maple planked sole that continues uninterrupted all the way forward to the galley. Within the salon, a white leather built‑in sofa spans the port side opposite two matching swivel barrel chairs to starboard, with a generous coffee table centered between. Entertainment comes by way of a 60‑inch TV and a Sonos music system. Forward, a six‑place dining table sits beyond a low bank of cabinetry, with a wine cooler and additional storage to port, followed by an alcove with a side‑deck door and the main‑deck day head. To starboard, curved timber stairs rise to the pilothouse, private steps descend to the master cabin, and a long run of cabinets lines the way to the newly appointed chef’s galley. The galley dazzles with a large center island and four bar stools, sweeping side‑deck windows, new appliances, and high‑gloss overheads—nothing short of spectacular. Steps forward lead to three guest cabins. From the salon, a private starboard stairway descends to the master with a king‑size berth set off the aft bulkhead and private His and Hers heads—His aft to starboard, Hers forward with a tub/shower. From the galley’s companionway, three private ensuite cabins unfold: the most aft VIP with a queen‑size berth; forward to port, an upper/lower berth cabin with ensuite; and all the way forward in the vee, a queen‑berth cabin with ensuite. The pilothouse centers a fully equipped helm with an L‑shaped settee to port, and the flybridge is accessible both from the aft deck and the pilothouse stairs. Forward on the bridge are a complete helm and a starboard‑side wing station; aft to port lies an L‑shaped settee and opposite to starboard an L‑shaped bar, all beneath the Pipewelders FRP hardtop. Just aft to starboard sits a covered, four‑person Jacuzzi; opposite, a sun pad with storage below. Further aft are the starboard stair to the aft deck, the tender, and two Sea‑Doos. The aft crew area offers a single double berth with abundant storage, accessed through a scuttle from the aft deck or via the transom door. The engine room is reached from private stairs adjacent to the master cabin.
Salon
A wide, counter‑balanced double door opening over six feet across invites you into a full‑beam salon of impressive volume. Immediately to starboard stands a corner cabinet housing a 60‑inch Samsung TV above five cabinet doors; within resides the main‑deck stereo suite, including a Denon receiver, Sony Blu‑ray player, Direct TV HD satellite receiver, and an exterior speaker selector, with three small drawers neatly poised beneath the TV. Moving forward, two white swivel club chairs precede the stair enclosure to the master. To port, the arrangement begins with a large easy chair and matching ottoman, then an end table with a table lamp, followed by a six‑person L‑shaped ultra‑leather settee with storage below and another end table with a matching lamp above. A very large, two‑tier coffee table anchors the seating group. The sole is a teak and maple hardwood, painstakingly laid stick by stick; large house‑side windows are dressed with zebra Roman shades with sconce lighting set on the mullions between. Overhead is newly renewed with nine LED downlights and a five‑channel in‑ceiling speaker system.
Dining salon
Open to the salon, the dining salon centers an oval zebra‑wood table surrounded by six white leather chairs, all beneath a ceiling detail with wood trim echoing the table’s form and a sculptural white bubble light. A 48‑bottle wine cooler and no fewer than twenty‑one cabinets encircle the setting, providing storage capacity seldom seen on a yacht of this size, while round mirrors with additional sconce lights frame the outboard sides. To starboard, the forward accommodation foyer leads into the galley; centerline is access to the pilothouse; to port sit the day head, the port side‑deck door, the dog‑house entrance, and a forward closet. The area continues the contiguous wood sole with nine overhead LED lights and additional stereo speakers.
Day head
The day head features a new Dometic toilet, a vanity with storage below, and an above‑counter sink set beneath an inset mirror flanked by twin sconce lights—compact, bright, and elegantly practical.
Master accommodaiton foyer
Descending nine curved, carpeted steps from the starboard side of the salon leads to the private master cabin and engine‑room access. The foyer’s sole is cherry and holly, with a lighted art niche and two storage cabinets at the base of the stairs. Outboard lies the engine‑room entrance and a breaker panel cabinet for the lower level. Inboard, a large two‑door locker houses a brand‑new Samsung washer and Samsung dryer, followed by a four‑shelf storage cabinet for laundry supplies and towels. Aft is the entry to the master cabin.
Master cabin
Significantly reconfigured from her original build, the very private master cabin centers a king‑size berth facing forward. Four large drawers are tucked beneath the berth; on each side, three‑drawer nightstands are topped with refined sconce lighting. Both port and starboard, a long bank of ten drawers and two cabinets with shelves above a mahogany countertop provide superb stowage, while two opening portholes are dressed with zebra Roman shades. Aft to starboard lies Her head with a tub; aft to port, a huge walk‑in hanging locker includes a safe and a dressing mirror on the inside of the door. At the foot of the berth, a cabinet holds a 43‑inch Sony TV above four doors concealing an HD Direct TV receiver, a Denon A/V receiver, an Apple TV, a Sony Blu‑ray player, and the cabin’s digital A/C control. Further forward, twin double‑door hanging lockers precede His head with a stall shower. Overhead, an attractive ceiling detail with a new vinyl finish integrates ten LED fixtures and two stereo speakers, while the sole is softly carpeted.
His and her heads
Her head indulges with a large Jacuzzi tub served by both hand‑held and wall‑mountable shower fixtures. An L‑shaped vanity offers twelve drawers, a cabinet, and a china sink set below three mirrored medicine‑cabinet doors. A new Dometic toilet rests on a cherry‑and‑maple sole, and the finish is elevated with crown molding and zebra Roman shades over the opening porthole—an unmistakably high‑end retreat. His head, set some fifteen feet forward across the beam, features a large stall shower with a seat, glass door, side light, and hand‑held or wall‑mountable fixtures. It too includes a new Dometic toilet on a cherry‑and‑maple sole. The vanity provides four large drawers and a cabinet with an above‑counter sink on a solid‑surface top, with a pair of mirrored medicine‑cabinet doors and an opening porthole above.
Starboard side companionway
Leading forward from the salon, the teak‑and‑maple sole carries you to the galley and three additional cabins. Outboard is the starboard side‑deck entry door; inboard, a large electric distribution panel is neatly concealed behind a sliding door.
Galley
Positioned forward on the main deck, GRACE’s galley is a showpiece, marrying white Corian counters and white enamel cabinetry with a large center island, new appliances, and a teak‑and‑maple sole edged in varnished teak fiddles, all accented by deep blue brick‑tile splashes. The equipment suite is comprehensive: a Liebherr side‑by‑side refrigerator and freezer pairs with two Fisher & Paykel drawers configured as either refrigerators or freezers; a GE Monogram five‑burner ceramic cooktop, GE stainless‑steel Monogram double oven, GE trash compactor, and a GE stainless‑steel range hood with light vented overboard make serious cooking effortless. A Bosch dishwasher and a stainless under‑counter sink with disposal are complemented by a Stealth alkaline drinking‑water tap and a second garbage disposal. Several sliding drawers hide behind latched cabinet doors for secure stowage at sea. Illumination is superb with twenty LED lights, and a 34‑inch pop‑up Samsung TV rises from the aft‑port corner. Aft, three above‑counter pantry cabinets expand provisioning capacity, while the high‑gloss varnished island countertop shines at the heart of the space. Large side‑house windows with shades bring in light, and four bar stools at the island invite casual dining and conversation.
Lower accommodation companionway
Seven steps down from the galley, the lower foyer serves the forward bow stateroom, the twin cabin just aft, and the full‑beam VIP all the way aft. The removal of the former forward washer/dryer has opened a very large storage locker for suitcases and gear.
Vip cabin
Entered from the forward end, the VIP presents a queen‑size berth set off the aft bulkhead with an upholstered headboard and storage below. Nightstands flank the berth—three drawers to starboard and six to port—while outboard to starboard a bank of six drawers, a cabinet, a 32‑inch Samsung TV, and two opening portholes behind zebra shades complete the suite. Forward lies an auto‑lit hanging locker, and to port, the VIP head awaits.
Vip head
The VIP head includes a vanity with storage below, a Corian countertop with a seamless Corian sink, and above, a two‑door sliding mirrored medicine cabinet. The sole is cherry and maple. The shower is enclosed by a clear bi‑fold entry door and offers both hand‑held and wall‑mountable fixtures.
Port side twin guest cabin
Entered from the forward end, this cozy guest cabin features two twin berths set outboard in an over/under arrangement, each with its own reading light. Aft is a hanging locker; inboard, three drawers and a countertop with open storage above keep essentials neatly stowed. Forward is the ensuite head. The sole is carpeted, and overhead, four LED lights glow within a new headliner.
Port side guest head
The port guest head mirrors the VIP’s finishes, with a vanity and under‑counter storage, a Corian countertop and seamless sink, and a two‑door sliding mirrored medicine cabinet above. The cherry‑and‑maple sole adds warmth. The shower closes with a clear bi‑fold entry door and includes both hand‑held and wall‑mountable fixtures.
Forward cabin
All the way forward in the vee, a raised double berth sits on centerline, with port and starboard shelf‑nightstands enclosing storage within and opening portholes above. A large drawer lies at the foot of the berth; aft to both port and starboard are hanging lockers. A 19‑inch Toshiba TV is mounted to starboard, followed by the ensuite head. Overhead, five LED lights are set into a new headliner, and the sole is carpeted.
Forward cabin head
The forward cabin head repeats the proven formula: a vanity with storage below, a Corian countertop with a seamless Corian sink, and a two‑door sliding mirrored medicine cabinet above. The cherry‑and‑maple sole sets a warm tone. The shower features a clear bi‑fold entry door and both hand‑held and wall‑mountable fixtures.
Foredeck
Freshly repainted, the foredeck presents a painted non‑skid fiberglass surface and a welded stainless‑steel bow rail. Ground tackle is robust with two Muir windlasses set in a stainless anchor tray with remote‑control plug‑ins, and two Danforth anchors each riding 300 feet of chain. Mid‑ship power inlets line the starboard side. Mooring is simplified with two bow cleat/hawse‑pipe combinations and dual spring‑line/hawse‑pipe sets port and starboard. A starboard‑side boarding gate leads to the salon, while the port‑side gate serves the galley; a secondary hull‑side gate with a rail break forward adds flexibility. Ample freeing ports clear water quickly, and sixteen low‑level LED courtesy lights set the mood after dusk. Storage is exceptional with a large forward locker in the front of the deckhouse for cushions and fishing rods, plus port and starboard lockers set into the trunk cabin. A 220‑volt, 100‑amp cable master stands ready, international navigation lights are fitted, and two 10‑inch JL speakers add soundtrack to the breeze. At the windlass area, a chrome ship’s bell gleams. Seating options abound with a bow seat and sun lounge, both with removable cushions, along with two outboard bow seats with removable cushions and storage below.
Pilothouse
Five curved steps rise from the dining area to the raised pilothouse and continue on to the flybridge. The helm has been extensively refreshed with new equipment, switching, headliners, and lighting. A carpeted sole and a vinyl overhead with five LED lights frame a wood‑and‑stainless helm wheel. Navigation and control are comprehensive: a 6‑inch Ritchie PowerDamp magnetic compass, ICOM M602 VHF with digital selective calling, fuel‑transfer control, a 16‑inch Nauticomp color monitor, twin 8622 22‑inch Garmin MFD displays, and a single 8610 10‑inch Garmin MFD display join a Garmin four‑foot data display. Two CAT engine displays, CAT electronic engine controls, and CAT emergency engine controls stand ready, with three wiper switches, a new Garmin GHC 50 autopilot head, a Naiad bow‑thruster joystick, and Naiad digital stabilizer controls on a four‑inch LCD. Engine start/stop and horn switches are to hand, with a circuit breaker panel and a digital Cruisair A/C control nearby. Aft to port, raised L‑shaped seating offers six drawers below. Ventilation and access are enhanced by two opening side windows. To starboard of the helm, one drawer and two cabinets provide quick‑grab stowage, a Yacht Controller remote expands maneuvering options, and four storage cabinets above and behind the settee keep the space orderly.
Aft deck
The aft deck’s newly painted non‑skid fiberglass is softened by a removable woven grass‑cloth‑style cover under a hardtop with nine overhead lights. Sound flows from four JL Audio stereo speakers. To starboard, ten lighted steps rise to the boat deck, with large illuminated storage beneath. Aft bench seating with removable cushions hides stowage below, served by a new high‑gloss teak table with keeper from 2023. Port and starboard FRP hinged boarding gates simplify embarkation, while a 100‑amp shore cord rides a cable reel. A hinged stainless‑steel transom gate opens to starboard, beside a large fender‑storage tube. Double, counter‑balanced sliding doors give grand access to the salon, and two large mooring cleats with fairleads stand at the ready. A raised aft‑deck hatch formerly serving crew/engine access is currently used for storage, and eight‑step carbon‑fiber boarding stairs deploy when needed. Forward to port, an L‑shaped counter with sink conceals a triple Jenn‑Air electric grill beneath a hinged top with stainless wind guard, an under‑counter U‑Line refrigerator behind an FRP door, and an XO stainless wet icemaker behind an FRP door.
Swim platform
The swim platform features non‑skid fiberglass decking, with starboard‑side curved steps—five in all—with a stainless railing leading up to the aft deck. Four stainless‑steel removable hoop rails enhance security, while three pop‑up cleats serve the tender. Two aft‑facing floodlights shine from above at night. Port and starboard stern cleats stand ready, and a hinged crew entrance door opens the transom. An angled LED light highlights the boat’s name from the platform, and a port‑side storage locker is set into the transom wing.
Crew area
Accessed either through a hinged door from the swim platform or via the aft‑deck scuttle, the full‑beam crew area feels remarkably spacious. The captain’s cabin to port features a raised double berth forward with four drawers beneath, its opening porthole shaded by Roman blinds. A 32‑inch Samsung TV sits aft above a bank of four drawers; a two‑door hanging locker and an additional bank of four larger drawers lie further aft. Overhead, five new LED lights brighten freshly renewed headliner, wall coverings, and vertical mica finishes in the linen locker. On centerline, a full head includes a stall shower, new Dometic toilet, vanity, sink, mirror, and overhead LED lights. To starboard, a large open utility area spreads nine cabinets and a large locker beneath a new vinyl overhead with five new LED fixtures. Throughout, a new cherry‑and‑holly hardwood sole unifies the space.
Flybridge
The flybridge wears a Pipewelders FRP hardtop installed in 2018, with twelve overhead lights and four JL stereo speakers, plus two Lumitec LED aft floodlights and twin trumpet horns. Helm and companion ride in covered Stidd seats, with a built‑in storage cabinet to starboard. A three‑quarter enclosure of curtains snaps to the overhead with acrylic panels that open, and three zippered vents at the top temper the breeze. To port, L‑shaped seating rides above storage, served by a new high‑gloss table on twin adjustable‑height stainless bases with a fitted cover. A four‑person hot tub sits aft to starboard. Three sun‑lounge seats line the deck, their backs folding up to port or starboard as desired; beneath, a huge storage cabinet houses all exterior flybridge cushions when not in use. The bar module with a Jenn‑Air electric grill under a hinged top and fold‑out wind guard includes a U‑Line refrigerator behind an FRP door, an Isotherm icemaker behind an FRP door, a round stainless sink with a removable spray faucet, and six additional storage cabinets.
Helm equipment
At the flybridge helm, a 8622 Garmin MFD display pairs with an 8617 Garmin MFD screen, supported by two CAT engine displays and CAT electric engine controls. A Naiad stabilizer LCD panel, Fusion MS‑RA70 stereo with Bluetooth, and a Garmin VHF radio with digital selective calling round out communications. Systems are at your fingertips with blower and windlass controls and indicator lights for the generators, five bilge pumps, two blowers, two fuel‑transfer systems, the stabilizers, and the Halon bypass. Two ACR searchlight controls flank a Garmin GHC‑50 autopilot in the new‑style head, while a 6‑inch Ritchie magnetic compass in a chrome binnacle provides steady reference. A Naiad joystick bow‑thruster control and a fitted helm cover complete the station. To starboard, a wing station mirrors critical functions with engine start/stop buttons, steering controls, CAT engine controls, thruster controls, and its own cover.
Hardtop
The hardtop carries two ACR searchlights, twin six‑foot Garmin radar scanners, two VHF antennas, and two SAT domes—the port dome houses GPS sensors, while the starboard dome is reserved for communications and currently not in use. A black‑painted mast supports radar, a SAT‑TV dome, and a Wi‑Fi antenna. Four fold‑down cleats atop the structure secure kayaks with ease.
Boat deck
Recently painted non‑skid fiberglass underfoot pairs with stainless‑steel handrails around a capable working boat deck. A Marquipt tender davit with extendable boom, also recently painted, stands within reach of an aft helm station for docking, a hatch to the aft‑deck ladder, tender chocks, and two Sea‑Doo chocks. Two spare four‑blade propellers reside in a dedicated storage box positioned within the davit’s swing. A stainless flag staff, fresh‑water washdown spigot, and low‑level LED courtesy lights complete this purposeful deck.
Tender
A 2019 13‑foot‑1‑inch Walker Bay Generation tender with a 50 HP Evinrude E‑TEC powers ship‑to‑shore adventures. Appointments include a forward seat, a helm seat, a steering wheel, and a windscreen with handrail, plus a tachometer, fuel gauge, and a Garmin GPS map for confident navigation. Engine controls, a bilge pump, an anchor with rode, and navigation lights complete the package. Accompanying the tender are two 2020 Sea‑Doo Spark personal watercraft.
Electrical
Electrical systems are designed for global cruising, with 12/24‑volt DC and 120/240‑volt AC services. Ship’s power is backed by two Northern Lights 33 kW, 4‑cylinder, 1,800 rpm generators in sound shields, showing 9,070 hours port and 9,059 hours starboard as of June 2025. Charging is robust with a Sentry G140 12‑volt 40‑amp unit, a Sentry G240 12‑volt 60‑amp unit, and two Newmar 24‑volt 45‑amp chargers. Banks include nine 12‑volt batteries for house and engines wired in a 24‑volt series and two 12‑volt generator‑start batteries, all managed via four battery shut‑off switches. Shore‑power conditioning is handled by a Charles SmartBoost transformer and two C‑Power transformers, while a Toshiba 130 inverter supplies clean AC where needed.
Main companionway switch panel
The main distribution centers everything at a glance: full generator gauge sets, three four‑place rotary switches for Busses 1, 2, and 3, and a boost selector for the transformer. Power routing is flexible via forward or aft 100‑amp rotary selection, with metering that includes two 50‑amp voltmeters and two ammeters, two 100‑amp voltmeters and two ammeters, and a 120/240‑source meter with three voltmeters, two ammeters, and a Hertz meter. An area breaker sub‑panel completes the console.

Engine room
The machinery space is organized for confident passagemaking and service. Twin CAT C‑30s show 4,956 hours port and 4,969 hours starboard as of June 20, 2025, monitored by a full CAT manual gauge package. Underfoot is a black carpeted sole; above, a perforated overhead blends four AC fluorescent lights with five LED DC overhead lights. A Dynex monitor and a Capac Monitor stand watch. A workbench with a folding top and vise speeds maintenance, and dual Racor 1000 fuel filters with vacuum gauges protect each engine, with a Racor 1000 on each generator as well. The Naiad hydraulic system includes a reservoir, heat exchanger, and two raw‑water cooling pumps feeding a hydraulic junction box with pump selector. Ventilation is by a Delta‑T system. A PVC bilge‑pump manifold sits in the forward engine room under the workbench, near the fuel trim and transfer manifold, and an oil‑change pump with manifold serves all engines. An electric air compressor with storage tank supports ship’s services, and two fiberglass Marine Exhaust System mufflers quiet the engines and generators. Emergency engine‑room access is provided from the port‑side salon forward via a removable ladder, as well as through a hinged entry door with a window. For self‑sufficiency, a Sea Recovery Aqua Whisper watermaker produces 1,500 GPD, complemented by a UV sterilizer for the domestic water system. Steering hydraulics are safeguarded by a Hynautic reservoir with a Murphy gauge for high/low levels. Clean‑ and waste‑oil tanks, a fiberglass holding tank, two A/C raw‑water pumps, two fresh‑water pumps, and two hydraulic steering‑cooling pumps with a switch panel round out the auxiliaries. A hydraulic emergency bilge pump ties into the bilge‑manifold system, supported by five electric automatic bilge pumps. Climate control comes from nine Cruiseair A/C compressors distributed through the vessel, most housed in the dog house. Propulsion links through ZF Model 2050 transmissions at 2.5:1 ratio to 4‑inch stainless‑steel prop shafts swinging five‑blade main propellers with dripless shaft seals. A Naiad stabilizer system enhances comfort; four underwater lights illuminate the wake. An AirSep crankcase ventilation system, full keel protection below the props, a hard‑coat exhaust with DeAngelo mixers, and stainless‑steel inboard safety rails at the engines attest to thoughtful engineering. Fire suppression is by a Halon system. Fuel capacity is split among aluminum tanks: 1,400 gallons forward in the engine room to port, 1,400 gallons forward in the engine room to starboard, 310 gallons forward under the staterooms to port, and 310 gallons forward under the stateroom to starboard, totaling 3,420 gallons. Fresh water is held in aluminum tanks of 320 gallons under the master berth and 150 gallons under the swim platform, totaling 470 gallons. Waste is contained in fiberglass tanks of 200 gallons in the engine room and 210 gallons under the forward companionway. A site gauge stands on the forward engine‑room tank, with pressure gauges for fresh‑water pressure readings and for the dockside water system. Bronze strainers are neatly painted in bronze for a clean, uniform appearance.
