Fresh from a comprehensive 2018 to 2020 refit with more than $600,000 invested, this yacht presents with new paint on the hull and superstructure and is built to RINA classification. Reliability and comfort underway are supported by two 28 kW Kohler generators, a bow thruster, and an HP water maker, and the MTU 1,000-hour service has been completed for added peace of mind. For enjoyment at anchor, a Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft is included.

Refit 2018-2020 details

With over $600,000 invested, “Dream On” underwent a comprehensive refit from 2018 to 2020 that elevated every space on board. Inside, the salon was renewed with carpeting, wall upholstery, all new furniture, drapes, and a TV with lift. At the helm, the side doors were refitted and the leather on the dash and doors was professionally treated. The lounge and dining area benefited from an improved cabin layout, new wood flooring, fresh headliners, L-shaped seating, custom carpentry, shades, mirrored walls, and new wall upholstery. The galley received new flooring and a microwave oven. Along the cabin hallway, a washer/dryer was added, complemented by new carpeting, wall upholstery, and headliners. The twin cabin was refreshed with carpeting, a new TV, headliners, and wall upholstery, while the VIP cabin gained new wall upholstery, carpeting, and a new TV. In the master, wall upholstery and carpeting were renewed, joined by a new TV and soundbar, a mirrored headboard, and a new shower base.

On deck, the hull, superstructure, and bottom were completely painted, radar and domes were addressed, windows were reglazed, and new port screens and exterior lighting were installed. Fresh teak decks were laid and the cockpit was re-caulked. The cockpit now features an added sunpad with storage, additional seating with storage, a wetbar with icemaker and refrigerator, a table, a cockpit shade, cushions, and a cushion cover. The bow received a new sunpad, and new sun pads were added on top.

Electrical upgrades included an electrical conversion with a QY 100A connection, new stereo speakers, TVs, interior and exterior cameras, and a spotlight. Mechanical works encompassed MTU one-thousand-hour engine service, Arneson drive service, and propeller service. New stainless steel exhaust risers costing $20,000 were fitted, together with new batteries and new zincs (HD). The cooling system was serviced, and the generator was upgraded and serviced. Hydraulic lines for the Arneson drives were replaced; the windlass and chain were replaced; a new bow thruster motor and a new sewage pump were installed; and both gray water pumps for the VIP and master were renewed. Additional enhancements included underwater lights, fire detection system recertification, and updated HVAC controls.

Performance

Delivering a top speed of 30 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 25 knots, this yacht blends pace with poise. A fuel capacity of 1,550 gallons pairs with a fuel consumption of 145 gallons per hour at cruise to provide a confident cruising range of 250 nautical miles at cruise.

Electronics

Vessel cameras enhance situational awareness throughout, while the command suite integrates a VHF Simrad RS87 for clear communications, a Garmin 16 GPS for precise positioning, and a Furuno Nav Pilot autopilot for confident course control, all complemented by Flir night vision and a rudder indicator: Furuno FL 30 Rudder for at-a-glance helm feedback.
