The Tiara Yacht's hull and deck are a testament to superior craftsmanship and innovative engineering, backed by a transferable limited warranty that offers five years of coverage on the hull and deck, and two years on accessories. The hull is infused with a gelcoat outer layer and features structural foam-cored hullsides and bottom, reinforced with carbon fiber, engineered fabrics, and premium resin, ensuring durability and performance. The deck is hand laminated, also with a gelcoat outer layer, and includes balsa-cored walking surfaces, engineered fabrics, and premium resin for added strength and resilience.

At the core of the yacht's structure is an infused fiberglass structural grid system, complete with a molded finish and an integrated bilge water management system, which enhances the vessel's integrity and functionality. The transom system is a 5-ply resin-infused composite, featuring a patented transom reinforcement grid for additional support.
