Overview

The Tollycraft 44 Aft Cabin presents a beautifully curated interior that marries traditional boatbuilding artistry with modern sensibility. Lush, hand-selected teak with a silky satin luster pairs with light-hued bulkheads and refined textiles across the staterooms, cultivating a soothing, upscale mood. Expansive windows in the salon and galley bathe the areas in daylight, heightening the sense of volume and reinforcing the open, breezy character of a motor yacht.

Equally impressive is the effortless circulation between the salon, galley, and dinette, a hallmark of this aft cabin cruiser. Set just a couple of steps below the salon, the galley keeps the chef engaged with guests and the conversation above. This well-considered arrangement suits life and gracious entertaining alike, blending comfort, practicality, and enduring design to create an inviting onboard setting ideal for cruising and motor yacht living.

Detailed Description

Salon

The salon welcomes with handcrafted teak cabinetry and a plush carpeted salon floor that set a warm, refined tone. Forward to starboard, a starboard forward side helm station with a sliding deck access door streamlines movement along the side deck, while centerline aft, teak double doors lead gracefully to the aft deck for effortless indoor-outdoor flow. Forward to port, a breakfast serving bar from the galley elevates casual dining and service, complemented by a beverage center with cabinet storage, a sink, and hot and cold water, alongside a U-Line icemaker to keep refreshments perfectly chilled. Light and privacy are tailored with large opening window shades paired with roller style window shades, and essential systems are close at hand with AC/DC power distribution panels. Entertainment is thoughtfully curated by a Sony stereo system that enriches the ambiance.

Galley

Thoughtfully arranged in a U-shaped configuration, the galley maximizes food preparation and storage space with rich teak cabinetry, including overhead cabinets fitted with beautiful tambour-style sliding doors, complemented by ample drawer storage and a dedicated cutting board. The appliance suite features a Princess stainless-steel three-burner electric range, a Contoure convection microwave, a Norgold refrigerator and freezer, and a trash compactor by Roper Mfg. A double stainless-steel sink with a Moen single-lever faucet streamlines cleanup, while the teak parquet floor adds warmth and elegance underfoot. Fresh air and natural light pour through an opening window with a screen and curtains, and a salon icemaker stands ready to serve.

Dining area

The dining area features two facing settees flanking a table that converts into a double berth, complemented by bulk settee storage and additional drawer storage to keep essentials neatly organized. Warm parquet flooring enhances the ambiance, while in-floor storage maximizes space for extended cruising.

Owner's stateroom

Commanding the full beam aft, the owner’s stateroom is a serene retreat centered around a queen island bed, framed by two headboard reading lights for evening comfort. Natural cross-ventilation and privacy are thoughtfully balanced with port and starboard opening sliding windows fitted with screens, complemented by window blinds when desired. Safety and peace of mind come from two transom escape hatches discreetly integrated into the design. Storage is abundant, with a starboard nightstand offering six drawers, two hanging lockers for apparel, and a port bureau providing additional capacity. Practical amenities include a 120VAC electric heater and a 12VDC outlet to support onboard conveniences, while a dressing mirror enhances daily rituals. Completing the suite, the ensuite head features a stall shower for true residential comfort.

Owner's stateroom head

Warm wood flooring sets an inviting tone in the owner’s stateroom head, where a vanity with a cultured marble countertop, sink, and chrome finished faucet is complemented by a mirror and generous drawer and cabinet storage. Daily rituals are effortless with a stall shower, while a 12VDC ventilation fan ensures fresh airflow. For added safety and utility, a GFCI protected 120VAC duplex outlet completes this well-appointed space.

VIP stateroom

The VIP stateroom showcases contemporary design with light, bright finishes, centered around a large V-berth with filler beneath a mirrored headboard. Natural light and ventilation flow through port and starboard portlights and a skylight with screen, while practical amenities include drawer and cabinet storage, a hanging locker, 12VDC and 120VAC power outlets, and two headboard reading lights. Completing this private retreat is an ensuite head for added comfort and convenience.

VIP stateroom head

Designed for comfort and practicality, the VIP stateroom head features a vanity with a cultured marble countertop and sink, complemented by a chrome-finished faucet and mirror. Thoughtful storage is provided by drawer and cabinet compartments, while a Dometic electric toilet offers dependable convenience. Natural light and fresh air flow through a portlight with screen, supported by a 12 VDC ventilation fan, and onboard power needs are met by a 120 VAC duplex. Completing the space is a refined shower.

Helm

At the helm, a stainless steel destroyer‑style wheel provides confident, precise control with a classic maritime aesthetic. Adjacent, a sliding side deck access door enables swift transition to the side deck, enhancing ease of docking and line handling while maintaining the seamless flow of movement around the yacht.

Aft deck & cockpit

A factory hardtop crowns the area, complemented by non-skid decking for secure footing. Teak doors open to the main salon, while two fiberglass deck boxes/seats provide versatile seating and practical storage. A recessed ladder leads to the cockpit, and there is no aft deck enclosure.

Electrical equipment

Designed for dependable performance at sea and at the dock, the yacht features two 125V/30A shore power inlets paired with a 125V/30A shore power cord for effortless hookup. In the engine room, 12 V DC air‑ventilation blowers enhance cooling and airflow, while a Guest Charge‑Pro 20A battery charger is dedicated to the bow thruster batteries for consistent readiness. When away from shore, a 6 kW generator delivers reliable onboard power, and navigation is supported by a Simrad chart plotter.

Mechanical equipment

Power is delivered by twin 340 HP Mercruisers with 1,100 hours, paired to Twin Disc transmissions and protected by Racor fuel filters. A Honda outboard provides auxiliary propulsion, while standard shaft packing glands and spare propellers underscore reliable running gear. Comfort and weather protection come courtesy of reverse-cycle marine air and heat, an aft deck hardtop, and a flybridge enclosed on three sides.

Exclusions

All personal property is excluded from the sale unless expressly identified and included in the sale agreement and listing specifications. For the avoidance of doubt, personal property refers to all items not permanently attached to the vessel, including but not limited to artwork, furnishings, and recreational or entertainment items.
