HACKER CRAFT CO is an old American shipyard located near the Lake George (Silver Bay, New York). The company became famous for the classic boats made of mahogany.

HACKER CRAFT CO has been existing since 1908. Its founder was John L. Hacker (1877-1961). Together with several assistants he manually made the mahogany pleasure vessels. In the 1930s the company and the brand gained prominence.

For 100 years of history the company has developed own technology and principles that are followed up to this day. Painstaking work on each boat and manual labor are the two factors that make the HACKER CRAFT boats so popular. Thousands of hours are spent for each boat.
