Highlights from Last Year

The 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show was one of the most successful editions in the event’s history. It took place across all seven iconic venues — Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Broward County Convention Center, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, 17th Street Yacht Basin, Pier Sixty-Six Marina, and the prestigious Superyacht Village at Pier Sixty-Six South.

Over five days, the show attracted more than 100,000 attendees, featuring 1,300 vessels and 1,000 exhibitors. The main themes included yacht premieres, eco-friendly technology, innovative design, and evening waterfront events. FLIBS 2024 highlighted the blend of style, craftsmanship, and sustainability — the core values of the modern yachting world.

History of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

Since its foundation in 1976, FLIBS has grown from a regional event into one of the world’s largest exhibitions. Today, it covers approximately 3 million square feet, divided into themed pavilions by vessel type and business category. The show is organized by MIASF (Marine Industries Association of South Florida) and continues to expand each year, attracting more participants and guests from around the world.

Entertainment Schedule for the Whole Family

FLIBS is not only a business platform but also a vibrant maritime festival. The program includes concerts, tastings, evening receptions, themed zones, and activities for all ages. The exhibition captures the Florida spirit — a celebration of innovation, lifestyle, and the love of the sea.

Visitors can enjoy discounts for children, though pets (especially dogs) are recommended to stay at home or in the hotel.
