A bespoke creation with a singular past and a contemporary soul, SOARIS is an Aicon 85 flybridge luxury motor yacht of standout provenance. Her hull began in 2009, construction paused, then relaunched with all-new machinery and systems, completed in 2014. Propulsion & steering

Effortless command begins with hydraulic steering that guides twin shaft line propellers for confident, efficient thrust, while power delivery is entrusted to CAT gearbox engineering. Close-quarters maneuvering remains precise and stress-free thanks to a Sleipner sp2401 bow thruster complemented by a matching Sleipner sp2401 stern thruster, together delivering assured control in any harbor.

Safety & security

Safety on board is assured by a comprehensive suite of systems, beginning with an EPIRB and extending to life-saving appliances that include life raft capacity for twelve persons and twelve life jackets. Fire protection is robust, with fourteen powder fire extinguishers complemented by an automated fire suppression system in the engine room. Vigilance is maintained through shipwide alarms managed by the integrated domotics system, while a network of security cameras provides continuous coverage and intruder alarms. Critical resilience is further reinforced by bilge and fire pumps positioned one aft and one forward, and night operations benefit from a dedicated searchlight.

Communication & navigation equipment

Electrical

Engineered around a robust 24 V, 50 Hz platform, the yacht’s electrical system delivers seamless versatility at sea and in harbor. A shore power converter is fitted for effortless dockside compatibility, complemented by one 3 kWh inverter to provide reliable power when underway. Capacity is generous, with eight 24/250 V/Ah service batteries supporting onboard systems and ten 24/112.5 V/Ah batteries dedicated to the thrust engines, ensuring sustained performance and balanced delivery across all operating conditions.

Mechanical

Engineered for endurance and comfort, the mechanical suite includes a fuel separator with a dedicated fuel settling tank served by five fuel filters to ensure pristine fuel delivery. Climate control is assured by centralized fan coil air conditioning throughout the yacht and every cabin. Waste water is managed by a 1,000-litre holding tank with an efficient discharge pump, while oily water management is handled by an automatic coalescing separator. The vacuum toilet system offers dependable, low-consumption operation, and domestic hot water is provided by two 88-litre boilers.

Deck

On deck, anchoring is managed by an electrical windlass working a single fifty-kilogram anchor paired with eighty meters of chain. Access to shore is effortless via a hydraulic, telescopic retractable passerelle, while water access is equally refined with a hydraulic, telescopic retractable bathing ladder. A bimini top is fitted for shade and comfort. Although no cranes are installed, efficient tender operations are ensured by winches and a support structure dedicated to tender handling. For precise docking control, two reversible stern capstans, one to starboard and one to port, complete the arrangement.

Galley & laundry

The galley is thoughtfully outfitted with two refrigerators and one freezer for generous cold storage. Cooking is handled by a sleek induction stove by Whirlpool paired with a Samsung microwave, offering efficient meal preparation even without an oven.
