Walkthrough

FANCIER NANC I welcomes you aboard via one of four hull-side gates assisted by a Marquipt boarding ladder, or directly onto the swim platform from a floating dock, where easy stairs lead up to the aft deck. The aft deck offers both fixed and loose seating around a dining table, along with a ladder to the boat deck. Through the sliding salon door, a large sofa lines the starboard side, followed by a wet bar and circular stairs that connect the decks above and below. To port, starting aft, an easy chair precedes a substantial grouping of cabinets for entertainment electronics, followed by a six place round dining table and abundant storage forward. Continuing forward, the galley lies to port and a day head to starboard; beyond, the pilothouse presents the lower helm to port and L-shaped seating to starboard. Centrally positioned steps lead to a single Captain’s cabin with a desk, a VIP cabin forward, and a large shared head between.

On the lower deck, the master stateroom is aft with a queen size berth and his and her heads. Forward are two guest cabins: to port are twin berths with an ensuite head, and to starboard is a double berth with an ensuite head. The flybridge is reached by interior stairs and features a port side helm and two large L-shaped settees, with the port side offering a fixed dining table. Aft, the boat deck is equipped with a grill, storage, and a crane for the tender, while the large engine room is accessed from the swim platform.

Salon

Stepping in from the aft deck, the spacious salon spans approximately 13' in width and nearly 19' in length, with a generous headroom of 6'10". Bathed in natural light through large port and starboard windows, it feels beautifully appointed, open, and airy, the high-gloss cherry joinery accented by Pommele burl lending a rich, sophisticated warmth throughout.

Along the starboard side, a recently upholstered light tan ultra-leather 10' sofa offers abundant comfort and concealed storage below, complemented by built-in end tables, one at either end. A Lucite coffee table anchors the seating area, accompanied by two upholstered stools for versatile lounging and entertaining.

To port, beginning aft, an upholstered easy chair provides an inviting perch beside a run of cabinet doors that flank a raised center cabinet housing a Samsung 42" TV behind retractable doors. Within the aft cabinetry are a Denon AV receiver, Blue Ray player, KVH Trac Vision controls, Direct TV receiver, and a speaker selector, while the forward-most cabinet offers additional storage.

The salon is finished with an Amtico planked sole, five-channel stereo speakers, digital A/C controls, and Duette shades with upholstered valances above. Air conditioning is delivered via full-length soffits on both sides, and overhead there are 14 halogen mini-spots. An accordion shade discreetly screens the aft sliding entry door when privacy is desired.

Dining area

Gracefully integrated within the salon, the dining area lies forward to port, where a round cherry/Pommele table seats six, accompanied by wood chairs with black frames, cherry backs, and upholstered seats. Overhead, a circular cherry light fixture with five lights casts a warm, even glow. Immediately forward, a built-in buffet offers six drawers and six cabinet doors beneath a wood top, with three clear glass, lighted display cabinets above, while a mirrored bulkhead facing aft between the upper and lower cabinets enhances the sense of depth. To starboard, forward of the sofa, a two-door bar cabinet features a bar sink above and, below, storage for liquor and a Kenmore stainless clear-ice icemaker. Further forward, very attractive curved open-tread steps ascend to the Flybridge, while closed-tread steps lead below to the main accommodation area.

Galley

Located immediately forward of the dining area on the port side, the U-shaped galley blends form and function with black Avonite “Midnight Sky” counters set above an Amtico sole that continues seamlessly in from the Salon. A mirrored backsplash between the cherry cabinets and Avonite counters amplifies light and space, while A/C is delivered via a three-sided soffit for even distribution.

The culinary suite centers on a Frigidaire twenty-four cubic feet stainless steel Gallery Series refrigerator/freezer with water and ice through the door, paired with a Frigidaire glass-top stainless steel stove and oven with warming drawer and a GE stainless steel microwave convection oven with vent hood. Command and confidence converge at the lower helm, where a Garmin 7612 touch screen plotter/radar pairs with a Garmin 7616 touch screen plotter/radar, backed by two CAT LCD engine monitors and two Garmin 4-inch digital instrument displays for instant, at-a-glance clarity. Communication is crisp via a Standard Horizon VHF with DSC, while a Simrad auto pilot and a VDO rudder angle indicator deliver precise course-keeping. Captain's cabin

The generous single berth is positioned outboard with integrated storage beneath, while an opening stainless steel porthole sits above for fresh air and natural light, and two storage drawers are neatly arranged below. Inboard, a five-drawer desk provides practical workspace and organization, and forward a cedar-lined, auto-lit hanging locker enhances stowage for longer passages. Independent digital A/C controls ensure personalized climate comfort, complemented by overhead lighting and a soft, carpeted sole for a refined, inviting finish.

Forward VIP cabin

Set all the way forward, ahead of the single crew cabin, this VIP cabin centers on an island queen berth. The walk-around, centerline berth is complemented by two large drawers beneath, integrated hull-side shelves that serve as nightstands, and twin reading lights flanking an upholstered headboard. To starboard, a suite of five high-gloss cherry doors is followed by a cedar-lined, auto-lit hanging locker with a mirror on the outside of the door. To port, four matching cabinets lead to a 22-inch LG TV and a matching hanging locker. Overhead are an escape hatch, stereo speakers, a combined smoke/fire alarm, and ten LED light fixtures. The sole is carpeted, and this cabin also has stereo speakers and digital A/C controls.

Forward shared head

Just aft of the VIP cabin and opposite the captain’s cabin, this generous shared head features a three-cabinet, one-drawer vanity beneath a Corian-type countertop with a Kohler sink. Above, four mirrored medicine cabinets provide abundant storage, while the Galley Maid toilet is set upon marble tiles for a refined finish. The stall shower is enclosed by a tempered-glass bi-fold door and includes a seat, an overhead fixture, a shelf, a dedicated light, and an exhaust fan for comfort and convenience. Illumination is provided by five overhead lights, complemented by an air-conditioning vent and a mirrored overhead that amplifies the sense of space.

Lower companionway

Ten gracefully curved, carpeted steps with discreet step lights lead below to the three main guest cabins. Aft lies the master suite with his-and-hers heads, while to port a double-berth ensuite cabin provides inviting comfort and to starboard a twin-berth ensuite cabin completes the arrangement. For convenience, the area’s breaker panel is positioned at the base of the stairs.

Master suite

Positioned aft within the main accommodation and entered from the forward end, the Master suite presents a walk-around queen-size berth set off the starboard outboard bulkhead, fitted with a custom innerspring mattress and flanked by twin three-drawer cherry nightstands topped with decorative reading lamps. An upholstered headboard is crowned by two opening portlights discreetly shaded by fabric blinds, while four drawers beneath the berth add practical stowage, and a mirrored soffit with a six-light fixture above lends a softly illuminated, luxurious glow.

On the forward bulkhead, a cherry door opens to an auto-lit, cedar-lined hanging locker beside a chest of seven drawers, with the entry door to the cabin also located here. This capable Novurania 2003 430DL Deluxe fourteen-foot tender is powered by a Yamaha 60 HP four-stroke outboard and piloted from a side-console helm. Navigation and communication are managed by a seven-inch Garmin MFD and an ICOM VHF, while safety and convenience features include a bow rail, navigation lights, a lifting bridle, and a dedicated tender cover. Thoughtful ergonomics provide a bench seat aft, a full bench seat ahead of the console, and an additional forward seat, with engine data displayed on two Yamaha engine gauges. Electrical systems are supported by a battery with a shut-off switch and a battery charger inlet.

Engine room

The starboard long block was replaced at 3,973 hours on July 3, 2019, including a new exhaust completed in Fort Lauderdale, for a total of $23,200. Underwater main engine exhaust with a transom bypass ensures quiet, efficient running, while an engine-driven emergency bilge pump stands ready for rapid dewatering. Power is smoothly delivered through ZF 1950 transmissions with 2.030:1 reduction gears, turning three-and-one-half-inch stainless steel Aquamet 22 shafts fitted with dripless shaft seals and five-blade Nibral propellers. A hard epoxy-wrapped exhaust system, dedicated fuel coolers, and coolant recovery bottles for the main engines contribute to long-haul reliability.

The command suite is equally robust, featuring Twin Disc Power Commander engine controls, CAT manual engine gauges in the machinery space, a Hynautic power steering system, and an engine room camera for real-time monitoring. Stability and maneuverability are assured by a Naiad hydraulic system serving the thruster and a Naiad 302 stabilizer system, giving the yacht confident footing in a seaway. A single fuel fill on both sides feeds five tanks via dedicated valves, while a Hart Tank Tender provides eight tank level readings for precise oversight. Fuel capacity is intelligently distributed with 486 gallons port midship, 489 gallons starboard midship, 248 gallons port aft, 251 gallons starboard aft, and 300 gallons between the engines.

Environmental and life-safety systems are executed to a high standard. A 220V forced-air engine-room ventilation system integrates automatic fire doors tied to the suppression suite, and an Ansul CO2 fire system provides automatic engine shutdown for decisive protection. Electrical

The yacht’s electrical architecture marries a 12V/24V DC system with a 120V/240V AC system for seamless, reliable power in every scenario. Shore power is managed by a 100 amp aft inlet with a Cable Master and approximately 90 feet of cord, supported by an Acme 25 kVA shore power transformer and a comprehensive electrical bonding system. During the 2026 yard visit, the yacht received a complete bottom job, Propspeed was applied to all underwater metals, the stabilizers were dropped and resealed, a new A/C plant was installed featuring two MCGX 48,000 BTU chillers, and two SmartStart salon air handler blowers were fitted to elevate performance, efficiency, and onboard comfort.
