Detailed Description

Construction

A robust fiberglass hull and superstructure are crowned by elegantly laid teak decks, uniting enduring strength with timeless yachting refinement and delivering a quiet, vibration-damped ride with warm, tactile outdoor living spaces underfoot.

Dimensions

Proportioned for grace and bluewater confidence, the yacht measures 127.11 feet in length overall (38.74 meters), with a molded beam of 24.51 feet (7.47 meters) and a loaded draft of 7.00 feet (2.13 meters). Her gross tonnage is 282, affirming substantial volume for comfort and storage. Long-range autonomy is assured with fuel capacity of 7,300 US gallons (27,634 liters), complemented by 1,050 US gallons (3,975 liters) of fresh water and 360 US gallons (1,363 liters) of holding. For self-sufficiency on extended passages, the watermakers deliver 6 US gallons per hour (23 liters per hour).

Machinery

Power comes from two MTU 16V-TE92 diesel engines rated at 2,000 horsepower each, delivering authoritative thrust through ZF drive gear for confident passage-making and agile maneuvering. Ship’s power is equally robust, with a total output of 55 kW supplied by two Northern Lights M439T generators, while a dedicated emergency Northern Lights NL378K delivers an additional 10 kW for critical redundancy. Shore power connectivity is on hand, supported by a Newman 32-12-50 DC converter and an Atlas Shore Power Classic Frequency converter to harmonize incoming current. The battery suites are comprehensive, including six 8 AGM, eight 6 VDC 9 AGM, and four Group 27 AGM units. Climate control is assured by a Marine Air tempered-water system with four compressors feeding 22 air handlers for even, whisper-quiet comfort throughout. For limitless independence, two Village Marine 2000 GPD watermakers replenish stores at sea. Naiad Dynamics model 404 stabilizers (2021) with new seals installed in 2021 provide composed, roll-damped motion. Close-quarters control is effortless via an American Bow Thruster unit paired with a Robertson FU91 bow thruster control, while helm authority is reinforced by a Robertson RI9 steering system. Fuel is polished by a Separ SWK 2000 separator and filtration train for engine health and reliability. The black-water system is equally well considered, featuring an Orca IIA-24 installation, a Vacuflush arrangement, and a keel-laid black-water tank. Fresh-water heating is handled by one Rheem 50-gallon water heater augmented by two 30-gallon electric water heaters. Bilge and fire contingencies are addressed by two Baldor fire/bilge pumps together with one Rule 3000 unit dedicated to the engine room.

Communication, navigation & entertainment systems

Clear, reliable communication is assured with VHF sets by Icom and Sailor, joined by a Sea7157 VHF DSC, while a Navico NAIS 300 AIS transponder and a Seahail intercom system complete the ship-to-ship and internal comms suite. Navigation is anchored by a Furuno 10 kW radar with a 72 nm reach, a Richie magnetic compass, and a Robertson AP 9 MK 3 autopilot with remote. Depth intelligence comes via a Furuno FCV-620 and a B&G Hydra 2000, complemented by GPS from a Simrad NSE 8 and Simrad OP 40. Charting is delivered by a Furuno GP 150 alongside the Simrad OP 40, and speed is monitored through a B&G 20/20 log. For off-watch comfort, the crew mess features a Samsung TV and integral speakers for easy listening.

Galley & laundry equipment

The main galley is designed for effortless gourmet service, centered on a Thermador five-burner induction cooktop supported by two Dacor stainless-steel ovens and a GE Profile microwave. Cold storage is abundant, with two SubZero integrated refrigerators, one SubZero freezer, and six dedicated freezer drawers, while a Bosch stainless-steel dishwasher accelerates turnarounds. Professional touches include a Kitchen Aid trash compactor, Jura Capresso and Nespresso coffee machines, and a convenient dumbwaiter to service decks above. The crew galley/mess is equally thoughtful, featuring a Force 10 two-burner cooktop and a GE microwave oven for quick, efficient provisioning. On the flybridge, an Ultraline Professional barbecue brings alfresco dining to life, complemented by two Frigibar top-load freezers, two icemakers serving the aft skylounge and flybridge, and additional refrigerators positioned on the aft skylounge and flybridge to keep refreshments perfectly chilled. Laundry needs are comprehensively met by three Maytag washers and three Maytag dryers, ensuring impeccable linens and swift turnaround between guest activities.

Deck equipment

Precise ground tackle and handling define the deck plan, led by a Maxwell 4500 anchor windlass and Maxwell 3500 aft warping capstans. The anchoring suite includes two stainless-steel Danforth anchors at 450 lbs each, served by two 350-foot lengths of 5/8 galvanized chain. Tender handling is effortless via a Marquipt 4,000 lb hydraulic davit, while a Marquipt hydraulic passerelle streamlines boarding in style. An integral swimming platform invites on-water living, and Marquipt Tideriders boarding ladders add secure, elegant access in all conditions.

Security, fire fighting & safety equipment

Onboard security begins with a CCTV array comprising eight PTZ Elbex units managed through a dedicated switcher, complemented by door alarms from Ademco security systems. Fire preparedness includes a Pyrene two-cylinder fire control system and a complement of eighteen extinguishers spanning ABC, BC, and AB types, as well as Size 1 and II dry-chemical and foam units. Safety at sea is comprehensive, with two SOLAS Viking twenty-five-person life rafts, six SOLAS life rings equipped with line bag lights and smoke, forty SOLAS life jackets, and eight SOLAS immersion suits. Two ACR EPIRBs stand ready for emergency alerting, while medical readiness is elevated by a National Marine First Responder Bag that includes O2 tanks, a defibrillator, various medications, and two ACR SARTs. Night operations and search duties are supported by a CR RCL-100 searchlight.

Accommodations

Thoughtfully conceived for private cruising or charter, FAVOR welcomes up to 10 guests overnight in 5 staterooms. An open, light-filled salon sets a relaxed tone, with a lounge flowing into a formal dining area for up to 10. Forward to port lie the gourmet galley and stew pantry: a professional workspace with a cooktop, dual ovens, two sinks, a dishwasher, trash compactor, generous refrigerators and freezers, and abundant stowage in cupboards and drawers. The galley can be left open to the social spaces or discreetly separated by a privacy panel to preserve the formality of dinner service. Ascending a starboard stair from the galley leads to the bridge and skylounge. The bridge features two Captain’s chairs facing the navigational suite, with Portuguese bridge doors to port and starboard. Aft, the skylounge invites easy entertaining, complete with a portside wet bar with refrigerator and icemaker, a day head to starboard, a starboard-side desk, and an oversize portside settee with a coffee table. Deck spaces are superb and varied. Boarding aft via the hydraulic passerelle brings you onto the integral swim platform, with portside steps ascending to the climate-controlled main deck aft, where a varnished rectangular table surrounded by chairs and a settee seats up to 10; a starboard-mounted TV, lockers, and a sink enhance open-air living. Portside stairs continue up to the bridge deck aft, revealing another convivial zone with a dining table, additional seating to starboard, a full-beam aft settee, and a pair of lounge chairs; the hydraulic crane, freezers, and the emergency genset are also situated off this deck. Starboard-side stairs rise further to the flybridge, the ideal alfresco venue with multiple tables, chairs, and settees, a wet bar equipped with refrigerator and ice machine, and a BBQ; forward, the flybridge helm provides two Captain’s chairs, while the bow offers two additional seating areas—one just ahead of the bridge and a second lower perch near the anchor controls. The owner’s stateroom is positioned forward on the main deck and distinguished by a unique split-level layout; below, a generous ensuite is arranged as his-and-hers, each side with its own sink, toilet, bidet, and walk-in closet, connected by a large multi-head jacuzzi tub that also serves as a shower. Guest accommodations are cleverly zoned: aft and down a separate stair sits a double stateroom and a gym, each with its own ensuite. Further aft, reached by another dedicated staircase, lie two additional guest spaces—a VIP and a twin stateroom that converts to a double bed—both with private ensuites. Crew are comfortably housed aft, where three crew cabins, a crew galley, and a mess provide excellent service flow; two cabins with bunk beds each have an ensuite, and the captain’s cabin to starboard features a double bed and private ensuite.
