Built in the epicenter of custom boatbuilding, Wanchese, NC, the 42 Daniels ATTITUDES showcases everything this Carolina pedigree is known for: ride, performance, fishability, and sheer beauty. Powered by straight-shaft Cummins QSM11 715hp diesels beneath a Steve French design, she cruises comfortably at 30 knots (65% load) sipping just 42 GPH, with a top end of 38 knots. The original owner has another Daniels under build, and this 42 Express is poised to change hands. Meticulously cared for to an exceptionally high standard with a full-time captain—almost unheard of in a 42-footer—she presents beautifully throughout. Crafted with 100% composite foam-core construction, this yacht is powered by a Cummins QSM11 rated at 715 HP with a ZF straight-shaft transmission for confident, efficient performance. Comfort underway is enhanced by a Seakeeper 6, while a Pipewelders full tower with outriggers and center rigger, added in 2023, elevates fishability. Miya Epoch US-9 teasers with remotes in the tower put precision within easy reach, and a full teak cockpit with a Bluewater battle station/chair sets the stage for serious action. Extended autonomy and pristine water quality come courtesy of a Dometic Seaexchange watermaker and Dometic Spotzero system, complemented by an Electrosea sea strainer system for reliable cooling flow.
