Fresh from upgrades, the 1998/2017 124’ Delta TDMY, MURPHY’S LAW, is a luxury motor yacht. Upgrades include 2017 Detroit 16V92TA port engine and 3/24 overhauls taking both mains and generators to 0 hours, plus 2023 hull repaint, new soft goods, and new electronics. Tri-deck superyacht offers four staterooms: a king master with his-and-her bath, a queen VIP, and two twin guest cabins. Accommodations

MURPHY'S LAW welcomes up to nine guests in the owner's party within a refined four-stateroom layout. The master stateroom is positioned below deck and offers a king-sized bed paired with a his-and-hers master bath, while a VIP queen stateroom and two twin staterooms to port and starboard complete the guest accommodations; one of the twins includes a Pullman berth, and both provide ensuite private baths. Crew accommodations are situated forward of the galley, accessed via a starboard companionway, and include a captain's cabin, three crew berths, and three heads.

Entertaining is effortless at the wet bar, appointed with four custom upholstered chairs, a granite top with cherry molding, a stainless steel sink, a U-line refrigerator, a U-line icemaker, and dedicated bottle storage. The entertainment system, housed in a cabinet to starboard, features a Samsung 37-inch flatscreen TV with vertical lift and swivel, a Sony DVD combo, a Sony 5-CD changer, a Yamaha Cinema DSP receiver, a Crestron control system, built-in storage, and Apple TV. Atmosphere and audio are finely tuned by custom overhead lighting and stereo speakers, while two pewter and brass table lamps, four decorative pewter wall sconces, and a custom Colombian round ebony table lamp layer in rich accents. Eight leather dining chairs encircle the table, which extends effortlessly with two 18-inch leaves. A wrap-around buffet offers custom storage for glasses, silverware, and more, while two U-line wine coolers are discreetly integrated to port. Forward, a custom display cabinet presents crystal within refined cabinetry and features self-locking drawers and overhead lighting to showcase every detail. Flybridge electronics & equipment

To port, a crew cabin offers over-and-under berths with its own head and shower, mirrored to starboard by a second crew cabin with over-and-under berths and a head and shower. Electrical equipment

At the heart of the yacht’s power suite are two Northern Lights 50KW generators turning at 1200 RPM's, double mounted (anti-vibration), with a complete overhaul on both generators 2/24 (1000 Hrs). The yacht operates on a 3-Phase, 208v 60-cycle electrical system supported by two 3-Phase to single phase 100-amp adapters and an Atlas shore power transformer rated at 75 KVA for 220 to 480v, 50/60 cycle compatibility. Shore connectivity is effortless through Hubbell 100-amp 100' shore power cord connections, a Smart box 50' extension, and a Glendenning 100-amp 140' cable master. Onboard charging is handled by a Sentry 3 24v battery charger, a Sentry 12v 15-amp battery charger, and a dedicated battery charger for tenders, all feeding six gel cell 8D deep cycle batteries. System oversight and continuity are ensured by a Servowatch alarm system, a Best UPS system, and convenient dockside phone and cable TV connections.

Engine & mechanical equipment

Power is delivered by twin Detroit Diesel DDEC 16V-92TAs producing 1,450 HP each, with the port engine new as of 12/17 and fully overhauled in 3/24 with 400 hours since, complemented by a starboard engine overhaul in 5/24 with 400 hours. Power flows through two ZF 195-2.57:1 transmissions, while Naiad 404 stabilizers with 19-square-foot fins and Datum controls ensure poised motion underway. Precision handling comes from an American 20-inch bow thruster rated at 85 HP with a six-blade propeller, and oversight is seamless via the DDEC computer diagnostic system. A robust Aqua Air twenty-ton air-conditioning system keeps the yacht perfectly tempered.
