GIADA welcomes up to 10 guests across four staterooms. The main deck hosts a spacious owner’s suite; on the lower deck are a double cabin and two twins with Pullmans, plus a flexible fifth room currently arranged as a cinema/TV lounge that readily converts into an additional cabin. Four crew are accommodated to deliver seamless, discreet service.

On deck, the shaded aft terrace is perfect for alfresco dining, while the skylounge aft on the flybridge features a full bar, modular seating, and a retractable sunshade. Forward, built-in sunpads create a private hideaway, and the broad swim platform makes access to the water, tender, and toys effortless.

Underway, this semi-displacement, long-range cruiser is efficient and quiet, with a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots, a top speed of 14 knots, and an approximate 800-nautical-mile range. Seakeeper gyros paired with ABT-TRAC fin stabilizers provide outstanding steadiness both at anchor and while cruising.

With a beam of 6.30 m and a draft of 2.20 m, this GRP yacht presents a finely balanced profile and a gross tonnage of 123 t. Conceived inside and out by Zuccon International Project and flying the Cayman Islands flag, she is powered by two MAN 1200 hp engines (approximately 3000 hours) through ZF gearboxes on shaft drive with commercial propellers, supported by two Kohler 28 kW generators (approximately 3350 hours). She reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots; the overview cites a cruising speed of 13 knots, while the performance data is referenced at 10 knots to deliver a range of 500–600 nm with fuel consumption of approximately 100–110 L/h. ABT-TRAC fin stabilizers and a Seakeeper gyro ensure composed running, a bow thruster refines close-quarters control, and the mechanical suite is completed by a Hydromar watermaker, fuel oil separator, fire and bilge pumps, boilers, and Dometic air conditioning.

Fuel capacity is 12,500 L, complemented by 2,000 L of fresh water, 500 L of grey water, and 500 L of black water. Electrical systems comprise 220V AC shore power and 12V/24V DC batteries.

Accommodation welcomes 10 guests in four cabins—one master, one double, and two twins. One cabin is presently arranged as a cinema/entertainment room; it retains its en-suite and can be reconverted to a guest cabin at any time. Crew quarters provide for four in two cabins.

The galley and laundry are appointed with a Miele stove and oven, Miele dishwasher, and Miele washer and dryer, paired with Gaggenau refrigerators and freezers. Navigation is anchored by X‑band radar, a Furuno chart plotter and magnetic compass, a Simrad autopilot and GPS, and a Furuno AIS. Communications include a Simrad VHF, SART, and Starlink internet.

Entertainment is thoughtfully curated: the main salon features LG and Panasonic TVs with a McIntosh sound system; the master suite enjoys a Bang & Olufsen TV; the double cabin carries a Sharp TV; the twin cabins are equipped with Sharp TVs; and the cinema/entertainment room is centred on an LG TV.

Safety and security equipment includes two life rafts, SOLAS/standard lifejackets, SART, FM200 fire suppression in the engine room, and portable extinguishers comprising 14 dry powder units and 2 foam units. On deck, Lofrans anchors and chains pair with a Lofrans windlass, a Besenzoni passerelle streamlines boarding, and a swimming ladder completes the bathing setup. Tenders and toys include an Extender EXT 460 folding RIB with a Honda 40 hp outboard and 2 Point 65 Tequila! kayaks.
