Detailed Description
Walkthrough
Boarding the 95' 2016 Hargrave Flybridge Motor Yacht "SEASEID" is via one of the four hull-side bulwark doors using a seven-step Tracy boarding ladder. The large aft deck, measuring twelve feet fore and aft, offers both loose and fixed seating surrounding a seven-foot hardwood table. Port and starboard steps lead down to the swim platform, where access continues to the engine room and crew area, while additional starboard-side steps rise to the boat deck and flybridge.
A stainless-steel-trimmed automatic entry door opens to a generously wide salon, complemented by full side walkaround decks outboard. A 55-inch Samsung smart TV sits aft to starboard, angled to face the large L-shaped couch to port, with an entertainment console aft and a coffee table featuring built-in storage anchoring the space.
To starboard, steps descend to the private master suite. Further forward, a bar area is appointed with an icemaker and drink fridge, while opposite to port a square dining table for eight is paired with a buffet cabinet aft, providing ample storage.
Forward to starboard, just before the galley, a day head is thoughtfully placed. Up two steps, the large galley presents full-size appliances, an L-shaped dining settee, and the yacht’s full lower station.
To starboard, enclosed steps rise aft to the flybridge and lead forward to the guest accommodations. The forward VIP features a queen-size berth with a private head and shower. Aft to port lies a twin cabin stateroom with a private head, and to starboard a king-size midship VIP also enjoys a private head. A standout feature is the private master cabin entrance from the starboard side of the salon; inside, a king-size berth rests off the aft bulkhead, enhanced by ample storage, large hull-side portlights, and a double-vanity head with a huge shower.
The flybridge is expansive, with a dedicated dining area, a walk-behind bar, a hot tub, and a sun lounge area, plus a 14-foot tender.
The crew area is accessed from the swim platform. To starboard is a dual-access head and a bunk room with two beds; to port, the captain’s cabin offers a queen-size berth and a private head. In the main companionway, a second washer/dryer, sink, fridge, and microwave add convenience. Engine room access is forward.
Salon
Entered from the aft deck just starboard of centerline, the salon unfolds with four large house-side windows to port and four to starboard, all dressed in translucent Roman shades. Immediately to starboard, a 55” Samsung Smart TV is angled toward the couch, while just ahead a built-in double cabinet crowned with a Carrera marble top provides elegant utility. Further forward, steps enclosed in clear glass lead to the private master suite.
Beginning at the portside aft, an entertainment cabinet houses two Sonance receivers, two DIRECTV receivers, a Tripp Lite Smart UPS, a Shinybow AV Matrix Switcher, and a WattBox 8-place switch panel, with a large upholstered chair and ottoman set invitingly in front. Moving forward, a generous L-shaped settee with full storage below surrounds a shipyard-built coffee table featuring four drawers beneath and a centered glass display area. The salon is finished with a “driftwood” planked wood sole, digital A/C controls, and fifteen overhead LED lights set within a painted overhead panel, while LED rope lighting softly illuminates the soffits above the Roman shades. The light, pleasing palette evokes a beach-house sensibility, distinctly different from older Hargraves.
Dining salon
Just forward of the salon’s settee, a low banquette-style room divider topped in Carrera marble defines the space, with five drawers and two three-shelf cabinets below to house all of the yacht’s dinnerware. Advancing along the port side, a square 57" x 57" fixed-position dining table anchors the room, surrounded by eight leather dining chairs for effortless entertaining. The forward bulkhead is finished in handsome horizontal wood paneling, while to starboard—adjoining the steps to the master cabin—a dry bar is appointed with a wet icemaker and drinks fridge beneath a matching Carrera marble top. Immediately ahead lies the day head. The ambiance is enhanced by seventeen overhead LED lights, two stereo speakers, digital A/C controls, and a contiguous driftwood wood sole that flows seamlessly from the salon.
Day head
Set to starboard, the day head features a full-size Headhunter toilet, a house-side window with Roman shades, and a Carrera countertop crowned by a Kohler above-counter vessel-type sink with bulkhead faucet fixtures, creating a refined and functional space.
Galley
Two steps up from the salon, the large open galley welcomes you with full-size appliances and expansive house-side and forward windows that flood the space with natural light. The planked “driftwood” sole, shared with the salon and dining area, continues here oriented fore and aft, while the galley remains fully open to the lower helm for effortless conversation and flow.
A substantial center island crowned in Silestone anchors the space, thoughtfully fitted with two slide-out trash bins, six drawers, and two cabinets, and is complemented by Silestone Blanco Maple countertops and a stainless-steel tiled backsplash. Culinary equipment includes a five-burner GE glass cooktop paired with a modern Broan glass exhaust hood in a smaller profile, a GE stainless steel built-in microwave and matching built-in oven, a Fisher & Paykel two-drawer stainless steel dishwasher, and a GE refrigerator/freezer with water and ice in the door, augmented by two Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers. A deep, double-basin Franke stainless steel sink with a removable VIGO spray faucet is served by InstaHot and InstaCold taps, while under-cabinet LED lighting and twenty-one overhead LED lights ensure brilliant illumination throughout. Storage is exceptional, with thirteen cabinet doors—most concealing pull-out shelves—and a seven-foot-tall pull-out pantry, and comfort is enhanced by Roman shades on the house-side windows and a four-place dining settee. Entertainment is equally well considered with a forty-inch Samsung Smart TV, a Marantz AV receiver, four stereo speakers, and a DIRECTV box.
Lower station
A centerline helm set behind a three-panel windshield affords excellent visibility, framed by electric blinds and served by a starboard-side pantograph door to the side deck. At your fingertips, a 22" stainless steel helm wheel fronts a comprehensive suite of navigation, control, and monitoring systems. Glendinning electronic engine controls are paired with two CAT color engine monitors, while a Naiad hydraulic bow/stern thruster joystick and a Naiad dynamic digital stabilizer control deliver precise handling. The helm presents four 16" MFD monitors supported by three Furuno Navigation net controls with cursors, a Furuno NavPilot, and a Furuno Black Box 8-inch tube color sonar added 8/24, complemented by three Furuno RD33 data screens and a Plastimo Horizon 5" magnetic compass with cover. Anchoring operations are simplified by two Maxwell windlass controls, and night running is enhanced by two ACR searchlight controls and FLIR M-324XP night vision camera controls, with a CCTV camera selector switch overseeing onboard views. Communications are assured by a Standard Horizon Quantum GX5500s VHF with remote mic and a command mic for the VHF above. Critical systems include two key start/stop switches, three VDO fuel tank gauges, three VDO water tank gauges, Exalto wiper controls, a Sea-Fire fire detection panel, seven bilge pump switches with run and alarm indicators, a ship’s graphic panel with key alarm indicator, a back-up engine control switch, and two electrical panels at the helm for DC and A/C. The yacht’s computer tower for the Nobeltec Navigation System integrates seamlessly with the display suite, while storage and ergonomics are thoughtfully addressed with three drawers, four cabinets, and a Stidd leather helm chair. From here, ten steps rise to the flybridge, ensuring swift transitions between command centers.
