Overview

VICTORY is an 80' Hatteras Motor Yacht that has been thoughtfully modernized and meticulously cared for by experienced owners since launch. This luxury flybridge motor yacht offers a four-stateroom arrangement highlighted by a full-beam king master with his-and-hers baths. Above, the open flybridge carries a custom hardtop and a full EZ2CY clear enclosure, allowing the deck to button up for foul weather or open wide on sunny days. Air-conditioning on the bridge keeps the space cool for cruising and entertaining in the heat. Amenities on the flybridge include a built-in hot tub, custom sunpad lounges, a complete wet bar, propane BBQ grill, and an LED flatscreen TV. Aft on the bridge deck is an open lounge area with new (2023) upholstered seating. An overhead sailcloth awning with tension posts provides shade when desired and removes easily for full sun and starlit evenings. Altogether, the bridge deck is an all-weather social hub with superyacht-style features rarely found on boats of this size.

Boarding aft via the new eight-step Marquipt ladder, you step onto a welcoming aft deck designed for alfresco dining, featuring a large teak table, built-in settee, and custom chairs. The deck boasts a solid teak sole, with steps leading down to the swim platform and up to the bridge deck, and a motorized curved glass-and-stainless entry door into the main salon.

Inside, the main salon immediately signals one of the finest 80' Hatteras luxury yachts built. Custom high-gloss cherry joinery and a detailed overhead design frame the space, complemented by an entertainment center with a 50" HD TV on a lift to starboard and a bespoke upholstered sofa to port. Forward, the formal dining area seats six, flanked by custom built-in china storage on the forward bulkhead and matching buffet cabinets with marble tops to port and starboard. A sculpted wood soffit with integrated lighting sets the mood above the table. Nearly all flooring, headliners, and much of the furniture were renewed in 2022.

Just ahead, the fully equipped galley serves as the heart of this cruising yacht, outfitted with a stainless Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, granite counters, and a center island. Forward, an inviting dinette with L-shaped seating and three stools comfortably hosts six to eight guests. From the galley, stairs rise to the flybridge, a pocket door to port leads directly to the foredeck, and expansive forward windows flood the space with natural light and views.

Accommodations for eight are arranged on the lower deck in four staterooms: a full-beam king master with his-and-hers baths, two VIP queen staterooms, and a twin cabin—each with its own entertainment system and private ensuite. Every stateroom is elegantly dressed with decorator bedding, pillows, and shams for a refined, restful retreat.

Power comes from Caterpillar C32s rated at 1,650 hp, delivering a comfortable cruise around 19 knots and top speeds near 23 knots. Key equipment includes Onan 27.5 kW generators, a 1,400 GPD watermaker, TRAC stabilizers with display, bow and stern thrusters, underwater lights, and a comprehensive electronics suite. Notable 2025 updates include Starlink satellite connectivity, all new batteries, and new televisions for the bridge and galley.

For buyers considering a premium Flybridge Motor Yacht in the 75'–100' Motor Yacht category, VICTORY stands out as a must-see—combining bluewater capability, entertaining prowess, and superyacht-level details in a timeless Hatteras package.

Detailed Description

Accommodations

Victory is an 80-foot Hatteras that has been fastidiously upgraded and immaculately maintained by knowledgeable owners since new, delivering the poise and capability of a far larger yacht. She presents an open flybridge layout crowned by a custom hardtop and a full EZ2CY clear enclosure, allowing the bridge deck to button up tight in foul weather or open wide in fair conditions. The air-conditioned flybridge ensures effortless comfort when cruising or entertaining on the hottest days, and it is appointed with custom sunpad lounges, a full wet bar, a built-in propane BBQ grill, an LED flat-screen TV, and a built-in Jacuzzi. Aft of the hardtop, the bridge deck flows into an open lounge with outdoor upholstered seating, shaded as desired by an overhead sail cloth awning with tension posts that can be removed at the owner’s request for sun or a star-filled sky. This expansive bridge deck becomes an all-weather social stage, brimming with amenities seldom found on yachts of this size. Boarding aft via the eight-step Marquipt tide ladder, you arrive at an elegant aft deck designed for alfresco dining with a large teak table, a built-in settee, and custom chairs. The space is laid in solid teak, with stairs leading down to the swim platform and up to the bridge, and features an automatic, custom curved glass-and-stainless entry door into the main salon. Inside, the salon confirms you are aboard one of the finest 80-foot Hatteras motor yachts ever crafted, with custom high-gloss cherry joinery and a sculpted overhead design. An entertainment center to starboard hides a 50-inch HD TV on a lift, while a custom upholstered sofa to port anchors the lounge. Forward, a formal dining table seats six guests beneath a custom wood soffit with lighting, flanked by built-in china cabinets on the forward bulkhead and port and starboard buffet cabinets capped in marble. Just beyond, the fully equipped galley features a stainless Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, and a center island; forward, an inviting dinette with L-shaped upholstered seating and three stools comfortably accommodates six to eight guests. This bright, practical space connects via stairs to the flybridge, a port-side pocket door to the foredeck, and is framed by large forward windows for abundant light and clear views. On the lower deck, Victory accommodates eight guests in four staterooms: a full-beam king master suite with his and her baths, two VIP queen staterooms, and a twin stateroom, each with a full entertainment center and a private bath. Each suite is beautifully finished with decorator comforters, pillows, and pillow shams to create a refined, restful retreat. Performance comes courtesy of Caterpillar C32 engines rated at 1650 HP, delivering a comfortable 19-knot cruise and a 23-knot top speed. Notable equipment includes Onan 27.5 kW generators, 1400 GPD watermakers, stabilizers with Trac display, bow and stern thrusters, a Starlink system, underwater lights, and a comprehensive suite of electronics—only a sampling of the highlights aboard. Victory is a must-see for any discerning buyer in the 75- to 100-foot market.

Main salon & dining

Framed by curved electric stainless-steel sliding doors from the aft deck, the main salon unfolds in a sweep of high-gloss cherry bulkheads and custom finishes that were refreshed with new carpeting and wood flooring in October ’21 and a Whisperwall headliner in February ’22. A custom upholstered sofa from October ’21 faces a marble coffee table and matching end table from the same period, joined by a comfortable club chair to create a refined conversation area. Fixed, frameless windows in tinted safety glass bathe the room in light while air conditioning is quietly diffused through decorative wood valances with silhouettes set in recessed pockets; DC low-level lighting glows behind the valances to port and starboard, and a decorative soffit with wood accents crowns the headliner. The entertainment center integrates a Samsung 50-inch LED TV, an omnidirectional antenna, a Crestron remote, an AM/FM surround receiver with DVD/CD player, Boston Acoustics 5.1 surround speakers, and Crestron control of audio, video, and lighting, all backed by SMX digital A/C controls, a smoke detector, and a carbon monoxide detector for peace of mind. Forward, the dining area centers on a high-gloss table with six upholstered dining chairs installed in October ’21, flanked by storage cabinets to port and starboard, twin china cabinets with glass doors and a buffet, and custom lofted storage for china, glassware, and flatware. A mirrored soffit hovers above the table, triple decorative valances help disperse conditioned air, and a central vacuum system with five outlets stands ready for swift housekeeping, with SMX AC digital controls at hand. Conveniently positioned nearby, the day head features Amtico vinyl strip flooring, a Plexi mirrored ceiling, custom wallcovering, and a vanity trimmed in stone with a bullnose countertop, sidesplash, and baseboards, completed by a decorative undermount sink and Opella faucet.

Refrigeration and cooking are handled by a Sub-Zero refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, a Kitchen Aid four-burner cooktop, a Whirlpool oven, a Whirlpool microwave/convection oven, and a Whirlpool dishwasher, complemented by a trash compactor and a stainless-steel sink with garbage disposal. Natural light pours through fixed frameless windows in tinted safety glass, while recent finishes include Amtico vinyl strip flooring from October ’21 and a Whisperwall headliner from February ’22. Practicalities abound with a phone outlet and smoke detector, waterproof wing doors to port and starboard, and stairs to the flybridge safeguarded by a pocket sliding door. All low-level rope lighting and all LED lighting were renewed in 2018, while safety is ensured by a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector. The his and her bath is elegantly finished with stone flooring, a Whisperwall headliner, custom wallcovering, and stone-trimmed details including sidesplashes, baseboards, and bullnosed vanity tops. Twin decorative undermount sinks with Jado faucets flank an adjoining stone shower with a frameless door, accompanied by twin mirrored storage cabinets, twin wood base cabinets with bowed fronts, Headhunter freshwater heads, a 120V A/C freshener blower, new A/C LED lighting from 2018, new DC low-level rope lighting under the toe kicks from 2018, an air conditioning vent, and a holding tank full indicator light.

Queen guest stateroom, port

This serene port-side VIP presents a queen-sized tapered berth with an upholstered headboard and an upholstered berth base, with cedar-lined storage beneath accessed via pneumatic cylinders. Comfort is heightened by padded bulkheads, custom carpeting, and a Whisperwall headliner, while a fluted wood valance with a fixed Roman shade and duette conceals soffits that disperse air conditioning. An HMC coil spring mattress with a custom spread and pillow shams invites deep rest. Natural ventilation arrives through a screened portlight, and storage is generous with a cedar-lined hanging locker with arched doors and automatic lighting, nightstands with drawers, a built-in dresser, blanket lockers above the berth and along the hullsides, and a full-length mirror reflecting a mirrored aft bulkhead. Entertainment and control are assured with AM/FM audio access, a DVD/CD changer, a one-touch master universal RF remote, Boston Acoustics loudspeakers, a 20-inch LED TV with MATV outlet, and SMX HVAC compartment control. All LED lighting and all rope lighting were renewed in 2018, and safety is served by a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector. Queen guest stateroom, bow

An HMC coil spring mattress with a custom spread and pillow shams, custom carpeting, and Whisperwall padded panels and headliner create a cocoon of quiet. Nightstands to port and starboard, overhead storage cabinets to both sides, and cedar-lined hanging lockers with arched doors and automatic lighting provide generous stowage, mirrored by a full-length mirror and a mirrored forward bulkhead. Fresh air filters through a screened overhead hatch with a privacy cover, and climate is tempered by a fluted wood valance delivering conditioned air. Entertainment and control include AM/FM audio with a DVD/CD changer, a one-touch master universal RF remote, Polk stereo speakers, a 20-inch LED TV with MATV outlet, DC low-level lights under the berth, new DC low-level step lighting to the bow stateroom from 2018, a phone outlet, and SMX HVAC compartment control. Flybridge & deck equipment

The flybridge is a refined open-air salon crowned by a custom hardtop with a removable EZ2CY four-sided clear enclosure, enabling full climate control with the flybridge A/C from ’20 and heating when enclosed. New wicker furniture and a table with covers from ’23 invite lingering afternoons, while two reupholstered leather helm chairs with canvas covers from ’18 face a console arranged for clarity: a compass with dimmable light, single-lever clutch and throttle controls, and hydraulic power-assisted steering. A new Smart TV from ’24 pairs with synthetic teak decks applied in ’17 and ample dry stowage beneath the control console with DC lighting; polished stainless-steel grab rails and a framed glass windshield add security and elegance. A painted radar arch with mast features a dual platform, an anchor light, and three LED downlights from ’18, with two additional LED lights for the mast and deck added the same year; lighting for the mast and domes was further renewed in ’21. Cushioned bridge deck seating benefits from new upholstery, with stairs and a sliding door providing convenient passage from the flybridge. Entertaining is effortless at the wet bar with sink, a Scotsman refrigerator from ’20, a Scotsman icemaker from ’16, and three barstools. The culinary centerpiece is a new DCS stainless-steel propane grill with a custom cabinet for two tanks, complemented by a solid-surface table on a stainless pedestal. Molded-in stairs lead to the aft deck with a hatch, while a freshwater washdown with Hatteras quick disconnect simplifies cleanup. For safety and convenience, neutral interlock switches allow the engines to start only in neutral. Relaxation is elevated by a built-in deck Jacuzzi with a new padded cover from ’18, bench seating with cushions and custom storage below, and a Marquipt 1500 lb davit that received new rams, motor, cable, and paint in ’23. An audio system controller sets the mood, and a computer-controlled ethernet monitoring system with an LCD touchscreen oversees engines, gears, generators, high bilge alarms, engine-room fire and extinguisher discharge, AC power loss, smoke detectors, all tank levels, low battery voltage, alternator and charger failures, bilge pump control with run indication, and holding-tank pump control. Aft deck surfaces received fresh non-skid paint in ’22, and a custom sunshade with two stainless support poles ties to the radar arch for flexible shade.

Deck equipment

Every detail on deck is engineered for authority and ease. The ground tackle centers on a 4000 lb hydraulic windlass with 300 feet of galvanized chain and deck-mounted control switches, feeding a polished stainless-steel anchor chute and roller serving a 110 lb plow anchor with rode and a deck hawse pipe. Handling and access are elevated by a fully hydraulic Marquipt 1500 lb davit with a 126-inch boom, serviced in May ’23, and Marquipt eight-step Tide Sea Stairs with storage brackets and a custom extension platform from ’18. Boarding gates open to port and starboard side decks, while the swim platform—renewed with non-skid paint in October ’22—carries a polished stainless ladder and two pop-up cleats. Visibility and signaling are assured by two remote-controlled searchlights, a fog bell, and dual air horns. Mooring hardware includes six polished stainless springline cleats plus polished stainless cleats at the bow and stern, and bow and stern staffs with pennants. Practical touches include a freshwater washdown on the forward deck with a Hatteras quick disconnect, four black fenders, fender tracks, a rope locker storage hatch in the bow deck, and deep storage in the bow trunk to port and starboard. A Pacific Coast watertight door leads from the sport deck to the crew’s quarters, and cable handling is effortless with a wireless remote control for the Cablemaster. Cushions and canvas covers were newly upholstered in ’18, with custom sunshades to port, starboard, and aft added the same year. Safety is current with a certified life raft and a new hydrostatic release from May ’23, and new non-skid paint was applied to the stairs and aft bridge deck in October ’22.

Aft deck & sport deck

The aft deck is a warm, teak-laid terrace tailored for effortless gatherings, with built-in bench seating dressed in newly upholstered cushions and canvas covers from ’18, a teak dining table on stainless-steel pedestals, and three teak dining chairs. New plumbing fixtures and custom granite from ’20 refine the wet areas, where a starboard-side sink pairs with an icemaker, and a fold-down navigation station to port stands ready when needed. Entertainment is easy with a new Smart TV from ’24 and a new Raymarine aft deck camera from ’24, all orchestrated by a Crestron waterproof remote for audio/video control. Teak decks underfoot set the tone, with freshwater washdown close at hand, an audio control with an LCD keypad, and two Pioneer waterproof speakers. LED lighting was integrated into the hardtop in ’18, with custom sunshades to port, starboard, and aft. Access is seamless via dual molded fiberglass steps to the flybridge with stainless handrails to port and starboard, and dual molded steps with synthetic teak treads down to the sport deck. The sport deck adds removable stainless hoop guard rails, a freshwater washdown, a handheld hot/cold shower with cover, two sets of storage brackets from ’18, pop-up cleats, and a centerline boarding ladder, with a Pacific Coast watertight door leading to the crew’s quarters and the engine room.

Electrical equipment

Power and protection are delivered by two Onan 27.5 kW Electronic Quiet Diesel generators mounted on shock absorbers within sound enclosures, complete with remote start, seawater strainers, fuel/water separators, hour meters, and water-lift mufflers; both units were serviced in ’23, with approximately 3400 hours on port and 4400 hours on starboard. Nightlife shimmers via six underwater lights aft on an automatic timer, while hot water arrives from three heaters: a 30-gallon unit, a 20-gallon midship unit, and a 6-gallon unit aft for the crew. House power is underpinned by two 24V banks of heavy-duty 12V marine batteries installed in ’25 and a gel/lead-acid compatible 240V automatic programmable battery charger. A battery paralleling system with a switch at the control console provides redundancy, and two 100-amp transformers feed connected retractable shore cords with a wireless remote for the Cablemaster. Navigation lights, ground-fault protection on AC receptacles and lighting circuits, and an SSB radio ground screen laminated into the cabin top are all standard. Shoreside amenities include phone and CATV inlets, an omnidirectional TV antenna, and towing lights for the tender.

Engine room & mechanical equipment

Mechanical pedigree begins with twin Caterpillar C‑32 engines at 1650 HP each, with electrically controlled marine gears, neutral interlocks, exhaust silencers, engine hour meters, alternators, fuel filters, and seawater strainers—all serviced in ’23. Redundant Caterpillar manual gauges provide at-a-glance status. Climate is assured by chilled-water air conditioning with reverse-cycle heating and soft starting, driven by new four-ton A/C compressors installed in ’22, automatically staged and individually controlled with SMX controls in each compartment, aided by two new A/C frequency drives from ’22. Freshwater independence is extended by a new Zero Spot 2800 GPD watermaker from ’18, complementing the yacht’s watermakers noted elsewhere. Ride quality is commanded by stabilizers with a Trac display, serviced with new rams and seals in ’23, with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters ready for precise maneuvers. Systems are neatly organized with water manifold blocks and a centralized shutoff valve for sinks and showers, a fiberglass rudder shelf with a stainless-steel rudder tie bar, a DC exhaust blower, and an FM200 fixed fire extinguishing system for the engine/generator compartment with automatic and remote manual controls. Ventilation is robust via two AC fans and variable-speed air induction fans ducted to the flybridge for engine combustion air, plus two 21-inch vane-axial fans that are pressure and temperature controlled. Fuel and service systems include an electric fuel transfer system with filtration and dry-tank pump protection, a freshwater fill hose for engines and generator, an AC compressed air system with airline and regulator, and an 110V AC oil changing system serving engines, generators, and gears with Hatteras patented quick disconnect. Propulsion elements comprise Nibral high-performance seven-bladed propellers, stainless-steel rudders, sacrificial zincs on rudders and shafts, and Alloy 222 high-strength propeller shafts, with manganese bronze dripless four-inch shaft and rudder seals renewed in ’24. Fire safety includes thirteen portable dry-chem extinguishers and a recently recertified fire system. Trim is managed by stainless-steel tabs, with engine and generator exhausts exiting the hull sides near the transom and a generator water separator smoothing discharge. Blackwater is handled by a holding tank with a sewage pump and overboard discharge, while dockside water inlets with a pressure regulating valve, automatic tank fill, and Hatteras quick disconnect simplify shoreside supply. Bilge and sumps rely on 24V DC pumps with heavy-duty float switches and protective guards; all underwater through-hull valves are bronze/chrome ball valves through-bolted in fiberglass with comprehensive bonding. Freshwater pressure is maintained by a 230V AC pump with pressure tanks and a central charcoal filter with back-flush capability. Fuel cleanliness is ensured by duplex fuel filters/water separators with a bypass manifold to the engines and 24V DC electric fuel priming pumps. Discharge and pickup sea chests are provided—five for discharge plus dedicated pickups. For endurance, an Eskimo ice chipper and storage chest and a separate freezer stand ready, with a sturdy work bench rounding out the space.

Exclusions

The following items are expressly excluded from the sale: the Pursuit tender, all owner’s personal effects, lighted nameboards, all tools and toolboxes, crystal stemware and fine china, the vertical ladder, and the turn table for boarding stairs.
