Overview

Meticulously cared-for, this beloved and iconic Mackenzie Cuttyhunk Bass Boat was crafted in Rhode Island in 1964. Built to original production specs, she’s a single-screw inboard skiff—28’ long with approximately an 8’10” beam and around 3’ of draft. Kept each season under a covered in-water shed at Arnold’s Boat Basin and Johnson Brothers Boat Yard, she has spent most of her life on Barnegat Bay and has earned multiple ACBS awards, a true Classic Motor Yacht and Downeast Bass Boat pedigree prized by collectors.

Power comes from a fresh-water-cooled 318 cubic inch V8 rated at 220 HP, rebuilt in 2000, with the hour meter now just over 80 hours. The engine is securely mounted to the stringers and runs smoothly. Fuel is carried in two welded aluminum tanks to port and starboard beneath the aft cockpit sole. A 2022 marine survey is available on request, with the full equipment list detailed therein, and she includes a new winter cover with frame. An elegant Vintage Inboard dayboat with timeless lines and proven heritage, she is attractively priced for a timely sale.
