NEVERLAND marks Overmarine’s purposeful move into the tri-deck superyacht arena. The Italian yard, creator of the wildly popular Mangusta sport yacht line, has long been synonymous with waterjet-driven, open-style performance craft—glamorous and thrilling for weekend cruising along the French Riviera, yet less attuned to prolonged passages in uncompromised comfort. Perceiving this desire among devoted Mangusta owners, Overmarine conceived the Oceano family of full-displacement motor yachts to deliver genuine range, volume, and serenity at sea. NEVERLAND is hull number two in the series, a statement of this strategic evolution, with four additional sisterships presently in build.

With an 8.7-meter beam and 2.4-meter draft, she features a steel hull, teak decks, and an aluminum superstructure, and for her waterline length offers an impressive 450 gross tons. Twin 1,448‑hp MTU diesels provide a top speed of 15 knots, an effortless 11‑knot cruising speed, and an estimated 4,500‑nautical‑mile bluewater range. She welcomes 12 guests in five cabins, with in‑house design by Alberto Mancini, renowned for 17 distinctive iterations of Mangusta’s open, waterjet-powered creations. Both NEVERLAND and NAMESTE were originally commissioned by American clients and later appeared on the U.S. luxury yacht brokerage market, where they enjoy strong recognition, especially at South Florida boat shows. New build pricing is listed around €25M.

Technical details

Crafted by Overmarine as the Oceano 42, this motor yacht was built in 2014 with a 2017 model year and showcases Alberto Mancini’s vision for both interior and exterior design. A steel hull is paired with an aluminum superstructure and teak decking, uniting robustness, efficiency, and classic warmth. She carries a gross tonnage of 447 and measures 42.3 m (138.7 ft) overall, with an 8.7 m (28.5 ft) beam and a 2.4 m (7.8 ft) draft.

Propulsion is provided by MTU 12V 2000 M72 engines delivering 1,448 hp, enabling a maximum speed of 15 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 11 knots, with a range of 4,500 nm. Accommodation is arranged in five staterooms for twelve guests, attended by a professional crew of seven.
