Kit Carlier Design 25EXP, the KCD 25 m Explorer “Globemaster” by Mazarin – German Yachts, harnesses outstanding efficiency and seakeeping on a proven high‑speed displacement platform deployed in both commercial and luxury variants, its performance validated by solid real‑world data and rigorous computational fluid dynamics studies. A chiselled aesthetic, impressive hull glazing and superyacht proportions culminate in a visually commanding exterior. Completely separate decks ensure accommodation below never encroaches on the space above, delivering over 2150 mm of clear headroom without increasing overall vessel height, thereby minimising windage and preserving a sleek, purposeful profile. The extensive aft deck invites bespoke layouts; in its current configuration it affords effortless access to toys housed in two aft lazarettes on deck, which also open to the machinery and engineering spaces below, as well as to the large tender stowed on the aft platform. An electric sun shade deploys from beneath the master‑cabin aft deck to bathe the cockpit in cool shade when required, then disappears seamlessly to flood the main deck with natural light. Broad side decks sweep around the main‑deck superstructure glazing to provide both port and starboard access to the wheelhouse and foredeck, while glass bulwarks gift undisturbed horizons from the main deck. A seating area in the bow becomes a natural observation perch and offers direct access to the anchoring systems housed below. With 2150 mm of clear headroom and an uncluttered arrangement, the space feels vast and intimately connected to the sea. To port, a generous residential galley provides abundant stowage and work surfaces with full‑size appliances. Centrally, a family‑sized dining table anchors convivial gatherings, while to starboard a spacious lounge faces a large TV on the aft bulkhead. A grand floating staircase rises to the master cabin and wheelhouse and is mirrored above by a hardtop skylight, cascading light through both levels. Forward lie the day head, a dedicated laundry area, and a panic‑room space reached from one of the guest cabins and via a wheelhouse sole hatch; this secure compartment grants access to all controls, navigation and communication equipment and incorporates an escape hatch through the bottom of the wing deck leading to a life raft or escape vessel. Also to port, a large media room with TV and floor‑to‑ceiling glazing precedes the main guest cabin with ensuite, which likewise enjoys floor‑to‑ceiling glass. To starboard, a gym and a twin guest cabin share the same immersive glazing from sole to ceiling. The lower‑deck crew mess and cabin are accessed via the starboard stairs, while the port stairs serve dedicated storage, an additional pantry, and fridge‑freezer space.

Ascending the central floating staircase to the upper deck, you arrive at the master suite and wheelhouse landing. The master‑cabin entry passes a refined office nook before opening into a spacious suite where wrap‑around glazing delivers a sweeping 180‑degree panorama and doors lead directly to the aft deck. To port, a private master lounge with TV offers a retreat with direct access to the luxurious ensuite. The wheelhouse, too, commands 180‑degree visibility; a relaxed seating area to port keeps guests at the heart of exploration, a chart table occupies the aft bulkhead, and a head to starboard completes this highly functional command space.
