THYKE is a 26.76-metre Sanlorenzo SL86 motor yacht delivered in 2019, defined by a clean contemporary profile, a balanced flybridge layout and generous exterior spaces that together create a compelling platform for Mediterranean private cruising. Her arrangement spans the flybridge, main deck and bow area, with the flybridge serving as the primary open-air social hub, offering ample room for sunbathing, dining and relaxing beneath a hardtop crowned by a powered louvre roof system. On the main deck, the aft cockpit flows directly into the saloon to blur the boundaries between inside and out, while the hydraulic swim platform ensures effortless, comfortable access to the sea.

Machinery & technical equipment

Propulsion comes from twin MTU 12V2000M96L diesel engines, each producing 1,947 HP, with 1,000 h on the main engines. Zero Speed electric stabilising fins deliver comfort both underway and at anchor, while a hydraulic bow thruster and a hydraulic stern thruster provide confident maneuvering. A fixed third MTU control station is positioned in the cockpit for precise handling. Shipboard power is supplied by two generators—one rated at 26 kW and one at 25 kW—each showing 2,500 h. Extended autonomy is supported by a 180 L/h watermaker and a 100 L stainless steel hot-water boiler.

Navigation & communications

Command and control are entrusted to the Raymarine Diamond navigation package, with the internal dashboard hosting two 12-inch multifunction colour displays and the flybridge helm complemented by a 12-inch multifunction colour display. Precision systems include autopilot, AIS, a GPS antenna, a wind transducer, and rudder angle indicators at both the internal helm and the flybridge, while communications are assured by VHF at the interior station and on the flybridge. Situational awareness is elevated by a 48-inch, 72 nm open array radar antenna, a Sanshin searchlight with controls from the flybridge and the internal wheelhouse, and a comprehensive CCTV system with two fixed cameras in the engine room and one fixed camera in the cockpit. Connectivity and entertainment are equally considered, with a 4G Wi‑Fi internet system and an ST24E satellite TV antenna.

Exterior and deck equipment

Designed for effortless enjoyment on the water, the exterior is anchored by a hydraulic swim platform for easy sea access and an electro-hydraulic passerelle with teak grating and a stainless steel frame for seamless boarding. A dedicated tender garage neatly stows the Williams tender, preserving clean lines and rapid launch capability. The aft cockpit transforms at the touch of a button with an electric hi/low table, while the flybridge sets the stage for open-air living beneath a hardtop with a powered louvre roof system, complemented by a bar cabinet, a refrigerator, an ice maker, and a teppanyaki grill for elevated entertaining.
