The 40m SOYASLAN N130 is presented in a hull-complete, ready-for-outfitting state, crafted at Soyaslan Marine in Istanbul. With both hull and superstructure finished, this new-build luxury motor yacht already benefits from key technical installations, including twin Doosan main engines (2 × 588 kW) and twin Doosan generators (2 × 93 kW), alongside a comprehensive dive-support setup featuring one Coltri LP 300 and two Coltri MCH16 Mark 3 scuba compressors. Propulsion and maneuvering elements—propellers, shaft lines, and a bow thruster—are in place, as are the anchoring and deck-handling essentials with anchors, windlasses, and full mooring gear. Safety and engineering foundations are well advanced with bilge and fire systems installed, while onboard comfort is assured by a full HVAC air-conditioning plant rated at 360,000 BTU. This compelling superyacht project allows a buyer to secure the vessel immediately for €3.5M.

Nirvana

Completion may proceed either at Soyaslan Marine—where the project commenced in 2021—or at any other qualified shipyard selected by the buyer. With all technical and architectural drawings prepared and Bureau Veritas approved, the yacht transitions directly into outfitting with minimal lead time. The hull and superstructure are complete, engines, generators, and compressors are installed, propulsion systems and the bow thruster are fitted, anchoring and safety systems are in place, the full air-conditioning plant is installed, and all technical drawings and approvals are finalized.

Nirvana measures 39.95 m LOA with a 9.00 m beam, a 2.30 m draft, and a 4.03 m depth, carries 390 GT and a 316 t displacement, and offers a cruising speed of 12 kn with a 14 kn maximum. Passenger capacity is 24 with crew accommodations for 13.

Classification is Bureau Veritas ✠HULL • MACH Charter Yacht – Unrestricted Navigation, and the yacht is flagged in Palau.

Constructed in 165 tons of BV-certified steel that has been NDT tested, pressure-tested, and approved, the hull has received Bureau Veritas acceptance, with sandblasting and primer paint completed.

Installed systems include two Doosan 4V222TIH main engines rated at 588 kW at 1800 rpm, paired with two Doosan gearboxes at 3.02:1 with trolling valves, driving two ERC propellers of 1275 mm with four blades. A 55 kW ERC bow thruster is fitted, along with two Doosan AD136 generators at 93 kW. The sewage system is an ACO Clarimar MF3, complemented by BV-certified Soyvalve bilge and fire systems, and the exhaust and tank ventilation systems are complete.

Electrical and outfitting are well advanced, with all BV-certified cabling, panels, and navigation lights installed. A hydraulic fore crane rated at 10 t.m, watertight doors, fifty-six aluminum anodes, and certified anchors and chains are fitted. Climate control is provided by a 360,000 BTU chilled-water air-conditioning system with fresh-air makeup units by Mistral Blue.

All engineering, classification, and architectural projects are fully prepared, enabling rapid completion at Soyaslan Marine or at any other qualified shipyard of the buyer’s choice.

A suite of completion pathways is available. Option 1—Hull Ready—offers the yacht as-is, with hull completed and engines, generators, compressors, and key systems installed, available immediately for €3.5M, with completion to be undertaken at Soyaslan Marine or any shipyard of the buyer’s preference. Option 2 configures ten guest cabins for a passenger-oriented arrangement accommodating 20–24 guests, originally envisioned as a luxury diving expedition platform that blends comfort with specialized dive operations; the buyer retains full flexibility to design and specify the interiors, with an estimated total upon completion of €9M and delivery in 12 months. Option 3 optimizes for a luxury layout with six spacious cabins, including two master suites, for 12 guests, conceived for high-end comfort and bespoke finishes, with an estimated total upon completion of €17M and delivery in 16 months. Option 4 provides a custom re-design tailored to the buyer’s needs; Soyaslan Marine has already studied multiple exterior and interior design alternatives and layouts, which may be selected as-is or reimagined, with final cost and delivery time dependent on the chosen configuration.
