Detailed Description
Recent upgrades
Engines show fewer than two hundred hours since major overhaul, and the yacht benefits from a thoughtful suite of enhancements: three new air conditioners fitted in July 2014, a new refrigerator, and four new flat‑screen TVs with a PS3 integrated into the onboard network. All acoustics were replaced, complemented by a KVH TracVision M3 satellite receiver, a power‑enhanced cellular rebroadcaster, and both Wi‑Fi and a hard‑wired NMEA 2000 network. Bluetooth links the helm and cabin, while remote‑view infrared cameras monitor the engine room and stern. The Garmin suite includes radar, autopilot, IS600 radio with tracking, a 5212 plotter, a 4212 plotter, and dual GPS antennas for redundancy; a remote‑control bow thruster and a FLIR video camera mounted on the radar arch add confidence underway. Every light was upgraded to premium LEDs, with exterior LEDs and six underwater lights illuminating the sides and transom. New headliners and new countertops lift the interior finish. In the main salon, a large dining area with a folding table sits above lockers beneath the seats, with scatter cushions for comfort, a television/video player, CD hi‑fi surround sound, and a central vacuum cleaner. Overhead cupboards and a dedicated drinks cupboard frame opening portholes with mosquito screens and curtains, and two deck hatches, also screened, bring in air. Overhead halogen lighting and low‑level illumination set the mood, while the main AC/DC control panel and generator controls keep ship’s systems at hand. A double AC socket, four new handheld fire extinguishers, and fitted carpet complete the space. Altogether, this refined luxury motor yacht—equally at home as a performance motoryacht, express cruiser, and sport yacht—presents as turnkey and enticing.
Saloon
Thoughtfully arranged for relaxed living and easy entertaining, the saloon flows into a well‑equipped galley with a sink and drainer, a two‑ring ceramic cooktop, granite countertops, a 24V refrigerator and 24V freezer, a microwave oven, a trash compactor, generous cupboard and drawer storage, a built‑in coffee maker, a ten‑gallon hot‑water heater, and a pressure water system, plus a double AC socket and handheld fire extinguishers. Four opening portholes with screens and curtains invite fresh air, while the air conditioning keeps the interior cool on warmer days. A self‑draining cockpit with a stern safety door extends the living area outside, featuring a CD player, a wet‑bar with hot‑and‑cold sink, fridge, ice maker, bottle locker, and griddle. Deeply upholstered seating wraps around a cockpit table to welcome up to eight guests, with lockers beneath the seating for tidy storage. A full‑size upholstered sunpad with canvas cover is perfect for lounging, with glass holders close at hand. Overhead 24V cockpit lighting and waterproof low‑level LED courtesy lights set the mood after sunset, and an engine‑room access hatch keeps service simple. Altogether, this inviting space reflects the poise of a luxury motor yacht and the open‑air spirit of an express cruiser.
Master stateroom
The master retreat centers on a queen‑size double berth with ample storage beneath and a drawer at the foot, flanked by two reading lights, outboard shelving, and overhead bedside cupboards. A hanging wardrobe with mirrored door complements a shelved cupboard, while LED overhead lighting brightens the space. Two opening portholes with curtains and a deck hatch with screen provide natural air and light. Practical touches include a double AC socket, fitted carpet, and a private door to the shower room, plus a TV/video for quiet evenings. The result is calm, contemporary comfort befitting a sport yacht of pedigree.
Guest staterooms
Two guest cabins offer flexible accommodation; one features an en‑suite head with shower that is shared Jack‑and‑Jill‑style with the second cabin. Each includes two single berths with under‑berth storage, two 24V reading lights, a full hanging wardrobe, and 24V overhead halogen lighting. An opening porthole with screen and curtain brings in light and air, while a double AC socket, fitted carpet, TV/video, and air conditioning ensure easy comfort. Family and friends enjoy the privacy and practicality expected of a performance motoryacht and express cruiser.
Electronics and navigation
A capable suite supports confident cruising: depth sounder, Garmin chart plotter and autopilot, VHF radio, and Garmin radar, complemented by a 20‑inch color TV/VCR and a tachometer, plus nine‑inch and thirteen‑inch color TV/VCR combos and satellite TV for entertainment. An AM/FM stereo CD player feeds cockpit speakers and subwoofers, while a compass and hour meter keep the essentials close. On deck and hull, a hardtop with power sunroof crowns a helm bench seat and companion seating, overlooking a large cockpit table and a wet bar with refrigerator and sink, with carpet underfoot. Forward, bow sunpads invite relaxation; aft, a dinghy garage with power lift, stainless‑steel spring cleats, non‑skid decking, and an extended swim platform with ladder make waterside days effortless. A transom shower with hot and cold water, fresh‑water washdown, anchor with chain, and fenders with dock lines round out a specification that suits a luxury motor yacht, sport yacht, and express cruiser alike.
Electrical/ mechanical
Systems are organized for quiet comfort and straightforward handling: central air conditioning and heat across four zones, hydraulic power steering, engine synchronizers, hydraulic trim tabs, a bow thruster, a windlass with remote, remote spotlights, navigation lights, cockpit courtesy lights, instrumentation lighting, cabin accent lighting, and engine‑room lighting. Safety and service are built in with automatic bilge pumps, electric bilge blowers, a fixed fire‑extinguisher system in the engine compartment, engine alarms, oil exchangers, a central vacuum system, windshield wipers, a hailer/fog horn, shore‑power cord and phone hook‑up, and a fresh‑water cooling system. Power comes from a Kohler 13 kW generator and ten batteries across 24V and 12V banks, supported by battery chargers and a battery equalizer. Sea‑water strainers protect the machinery, and Nibral five‑blade props deliver smooth thrust. This reliable backbone suits the expectations of a blue‑chip performance motoryacht and luxury motor yacht.
Manufacturer provided description
Drawn with striking modern lines, the Sunseeker Predator 58 is a true performance motoryacht and sport yacht, capable of up to thirty‑nine knots with a cruising range between three hundred twenty and four hundred ten nautical miles. A teak bathing platform with molded steps leads to a fully automatic passerelle and swim ladder, with a hot‑and‑cold swim shower for rinsing off. Inside, contemporary luxury complements the dramatic exterior: an asymmetric saloon with a generous dining area and full entertainment suite, and a galley featuring a ceramic hob, microwave oven‑grill, fridge‑freezer, and abundant storage. The spacious forward stateroom offers a double berth with en‑suite head and shower, while two separate guest cabins provide twin single berths, one also with an en‑suite head and shower.
