Notable upgrades

AMICO has undergone a series of significant upgrades over the years, enhancing its performance, comfort, and technological capabilities. In 2017, the yacht's stabilizers were upgraded to Side Power Zero Speed stabilizers, ensuring a smooth and stable ride in all conditions. The exterior received a custom black Awlgrip accent paint on the hardtop stanchions, satellite domes, antennas, mast, and accessories, adding a distinctive touch. Custom fishing rod and reel racks were installed in the aft crew storage area and engine room, and a Clearmate dual pass water purification system was added.

In 2018, both Northern Lights generators received top-end rebuilds, including cylinder heads, turbos, injectors, and injection pumps. The HVAC system saw the replacement of three chillers, frequency drives, and pump relays, while the galley settee was recovered in leather for added luxury.

The year 2019 saw the overhaul of both port and starboard transmissions, servicing of the transmission coolers, and the installation of a new pinion for the port transmission. In 2020, a new hydraulic gear motor was installed for the bow thruster, along with a new 24v 60a battery charger and PSS shaft seals. The entire vessel was upgraded to low draw LED lighting, enhancing energy efficiency.

In 2021, the foredeck seating area received a new audio system with a Fusion stereo, JL amp, and speakers. Two shore power booster transformers with WiFi monitoring were installed, and the Jastram multi-station steering system was rebuilt. Custom port and starboard Deangelo exhaust risers were added, and the owner/guest AV systems were upgraded with eight Crestron MC4-R media room controllers, eight Marantz SR7015 8k receivers, and eight Apple TV units. The yacht also features a 60” Samsung TV fitted in a water-resistant enclosure in the cockpit, new Side Power ECU, controller, and cables, and a Fusion Apollo head unit for the flybridge. The teak deck was restored, and a 12v 100A battery charger was installed. The house, engine, and generator batteries were replaced with ten 8D AGM batteries and a 24v 60amp charger. A Blackwater Tank Sentry was added, and the flybridge enclosure saw the replacement of the center panel, all zippers, and adjusted stitching.
