Detailed Description
Description
MAMMA MIA, a 2007 Benetti Classic 120 and Hull #106 of this highly regarded series, was built to ABS and MCA standards and delivered in 2007. Blending timeless Italian design with proven charter pedigree and significant recent investment, she stands out as an exceptional opportunity in today’s market.
Accommodating up to twelve guests in five beautifully appointed staterooms, MAMMA MIA offers a versatile layout ideal for private cruising and charter alike. The full-beam Owner’s Suite lies forward on the main deck, capturing panoramic views and offering generous storage, a walk-in wardrobe, and an elegant marble ensuite. Four additional guest staterooms on the lower deck each enjoy private ensuite accommodations and thoughtfully curated finishes.
Outdoor living is a defining strength. The spacious aft deck sets the stage for elegant alfresco dining, while the bridge deck provides an additional lounge seamlessly connected to the skylounge. Above, the expansive sundeck invites day-to-night enjoyment with a full-service bar, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and multiple seating areas for entertaining or relaxing amid sweeping ocean vistas.
With a distinguished charter record, MAMMA MIA has operated successfully with consistent demand. Since January 2026, she has completed six charters and holds three additional charters confirmed for the remainder of the year, offering a turnkey charter platform for an owner seeking both enjoyment and revenue potential.
An extensive interior refit in 2021, totaling approximately $1.2 million, introduced new soft goods, updated furnishings, refreshed interior and exterior spaces, and upgraded fabrics throughout. Since acquisition in 2023, ownership has maintained an open-checkbook approach, investing more than $1.5 million in mechanical improvements, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
Her recent upgrades and services from 2024 to 2025 underscore a meticulous maintenance program. A complete yard period included comprehensive bottom service, with shafts aligned and propellers balanced. Naiad Zero Speed Stabilizers were fully serviced, and exterior teak was restored, re-caulked, and refinished. A new chilled water AC system with air handlers was installed throughout, complemented by full cleaning and sanitation of all AC ducting and new ionizing air purification systems. The galley received new appliances alongside upgraded refrigeration systems, while the crew quarters underwent a complete refit. Connectivity and entertainment were elevated with a new Starlink internet system and upgraded audio/video systems across the yacht. Benetti-supplied windshields were newly installed in both the master suite and the bridge. The Jacuzzi was completely rebuilt and refurbished, and the watermaker was overhauled and serviced. The ASEA shore power converter five-year service was completed, and the windlass and anchoring systems were overhauled. The steering system was upgraded with new steering modules. Mechanically, the MTU engines received a complete overhaul at 4,600 hours, followed by a 2,000-hour MTU service recently completed, and new exhaust blanket insulation was installed. The starboard 80kW generator was fully rebuilt in 2024, with the port 80kW generator overhaul scheduled/completed in 2025. Power management has been upgraded, and the exterior hull and superstructure received a multi-stage polish that has been completed or scheduled.
With major services recently completed, upgraded systems throughout, and an impressive charter history, MAMMA MIA is offered fully operational and ready for her next owner. Trades are welcomed and in-house financing is available. Not available for sale to U.S. residents while in U.S. waters.
