Machinery

Power is delivered by two MTU 12V4000 diesel main engines, each rated at 1,800 hp, driving through ZF 4650-A reduction gearboxes to Wartsilla shafts fitted with Veem Star LC 5BLH V*LC propellers. As of February 2026, the port main shows 16,105 hours and the starboard main 16,092 hours. This propulsion package provides a maximum speed of 17.5 knots, a comfortable cruising speed of 16 knots, and an economical speed of 12.5 knots. Fuel burn is approximately 85 gallons per hour at 12.1 knots and 150 gallons per hour at 14.3 knots, yielding an estimated range of 1,800 nautical miles at 12 knots and 1,159 nautical miles at 14 knots.

Auxiliary machinery & electrical system

Power is anchored by three 99 kW Northern Lights generators delivering 115/208 V, three-phase, 60 Hz output. Generator hours recorded in October 2025 are 11,344 on generator one, 11,488 on generator two, and 10,440 on generator three. The vessel’s electrical distribution is 120/208 V, three-phase, 60 Hz, while shore power is seamlessly managed by two Hyak shore power converters accepting single-phase or three-phase inputs from 208 to 480 V. DC systems are supported by robust 12 V and 24 V 8D marine batteries, ensuring dependable energy reserves across all onboard operations.

Tank capacities

Engineered for extended autonomy, the yacht’s tankage delivers impressive self-sufficiency, beginning with fuel reserves of 54,125 litres (14,300 US gallons) that enable confident long-range cruising. Fresh water stores of 8,327 litres (2,200 US gallons) are thoughtfully complemented by two watermakers delivering 7,571 litres (2,000 US gallons), ensuring a steady supply on passage. Operational fluids are meticulously managed with dedicated tanks for lubricating oil at 567 litres (150 US gallons) and dirty lube oil at 757 litres (200 US gallons), supporting clean, efficient maintenance at sea. Waste systems are equally well considered, with grey water capacity of 2,752 litres (727 US gallons) and black water capacity of 2,812 litres (743 US gallons), allowing for extended independence between shore services.

Ancillary equipment

The yacht’s maneuvering and onboard systems are comprehensively specified, featuring a Jastram S-Model steering system paired with a Hamilton Jet rudder angle indicator for precise helm feedback. Dockside and close-quarters control is assured by a 100 hp American Bow Thruster, Trac 24, while Quantum QC1800 zero-speed stabilizers deliver superior comfort at anchor and underway. Emergency and service pumping power is provided by two MP 29618 fire/bilge pumps. Hot water demand is met by RHEEM MR35245 boilers, and wastewater is treated through a FAST biological treatment plant MX-25, with Microphor Microjet LF-710 WCs throughout. Climate control comes via a CuGe Marine 30 ton chilled-water air conditioning system supported by Cruise Air ventilation.
