VICTORY is a Motor Yacht measuring 55.50 m in length overall with an 8.66 m beam and a maximum draft of 3.17 m, delivering a maximum speed of 16 and a comfortable cruising speed of 14. She accommodates twelve guests in six cabins, attended by a professional crew of twelve. VAT status is Not Paid. Built by Feadship in 1983 and refitted in 2025, she offers 591 GT of volume on a steel displacement hull with aluminum superstructure and carries Hull No. 748 under the Maltese flag. Fuel is diesel, propulsion is by Caterpillar engines rated at 1090 hp, with two engines installed by Caterpillar. Her naval architecture is by Feadship, exterior styling by F. de Voogt, and interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell. Classification is Lloyds with +100A1 LMC, ISM, ISPS, Commercial notation. Safety and security are comprehensive. Safety equipment includes 2 x 25‑man RFD “Surviva” life rafts with EPIRBs and Hammar H20 hydrostatic release mechanisms; 2 x Pains Wessex type 360 M.O.B. smoke markers; 2 x Comet lifebuoy lights; a Kannard type 406FH EPIRB with Hammar H20 hydrostatic release; and 8 x life rings. Firefighting protection consists of FM200 fixed installations in the engine room, forepeak and fuel locker, double shutoff flaps in the mast, 2 x fire pumps, a portable emergency fire pump, 2 x Drägen breathing apparatus, and CO2 and dry powder extinguishers throughout. Alarm systems include a fire alarm system, smoke detectors throughout, and a Furuno Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) IC‑307. Communication equipment is extensive. SATCOM comprises 2 x Nera Inmarsat “B” and “M” systems with dual ID, a Fleet 77 voice and fax terminal, a Thrane & Thrane Sailor SC4000 Iridium, Wavecall 4003 Broadband at Sea (always on), and internet access. VHF includes 6 x Icom IC‑4008A handheld units with an Icom BC‑121N multi‑slot charger, a Sailor RT‑2047 VHF radio, a Sailor RT‑4822 VHF DSC controller, a Standard Horizon “Eclipse” VHF radio for the Nautica tender, a Sailor “Compact” RT‑4822 VHF/DSC radio, 2 x Icom IC‑GM1500 handheld VHF radios (GMDSS approved), and an Icom IC‑M1EuroV handheld VHF with Icom AD‑95 charger. Deck equipment is robust and well‑specified. The anchor windlass is a Steen electric 380 V AC unit with double cable gypsies and warping drums, and Steen rollers in the hawsepipes. Ground tackle includes 2 x galvanised anchors (new 2010); galvanised chain of 7/8"/22 mm; 6 x shackles/540 ft/165 m to starboard; and 7 x shackles/630 ft/192 m to port. Lifting gear comprises custom aluminium beams with hydraulic rams and electric motors concealed in the overhead, and an Ackerboom folding jib crane with hydraulic controls on the aft boat deck. The passerelle is a Nautical Structures 590 cm unit (2010). Boarding convenience is enhanced by port and starboard ladders. Night operations are supported by a high‑power spotlight on the sundeck and 2 x Francis handheld searchlights.

Audio/visual entertainment is curated for every mood. Onboard are 3 x Sky Italia decoders with active subscriptions and a music/movie library; guests may bring their own content or stream and AirPlay it from an Apple device to the ship’s sound system, noting limited support for Android devices. Apple TV serves the Sky Lounge, Main Salon and Master suite, while other cabins feature Roku media players; audio‑only zones support AirPlay music. In the galley, a Roller grill, a Garland six‑place electric stove with double oven, an ElectroMaster deep fryer, an Amana RCS511 microwave oven, a Jenn Air extractor hood, a Miele G7856 dishwasher and a Zanussi convection and steam oven ensure culinary versatility. The pantry features a Hoshuzaki ice maker, a Nespresso coffee machine and a Miele G6905C dishwasher. Refrigeration includes a Koleing double‑compartment stainless‑steel refrigerator with an air‑cooled compressor in the galley; 2 x walk‑in cold rooms with glass‑fibre flooring and 2 x chilling units in each for fridge/deep‑freeze; a Zanussi refrigerator in the crew mess; a Miele K316 refrigerator in the pantry; and a drinks refrigerator at the main saloon bar. The crew galley is equipped with a Codigel microwave oven, a Miele Premier dishwasher, a Kenwood toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. Laundry facilities comprise 4 x Miele WS‑5427 washing machines, 4 x Miele T‑5206 drying machines and a Miele B‑865 roller ironing machine.

On the water, her tender suite includes 2 x 6.12 m BSC tenders powered by Yamaha 150 hp outboards.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged. The owner’s domain is a full‑beam double cabin located forward with a marble bathroom featuring his‑and‑hers sinks and a Jacuzzi tub en suite, complemented by a spacious office area, walk‑in wardrobes and a dressing area. Guest spaces include a full‑beam VIP double cabin aft with a marble bathroom en suite and the convenience of private access via the Main Salon; 2 x double cabins with shower rooms en suite; and 2 x twin cabins with bathrooms en suite, one of which can convert to a single cabin as required. Crew quarters provide a captain’s double cabin with an en‑suite shower room and 6 x twin‑berth cabins each with en‑suite shower rooms, accommodating the captain and up to thirteen additional crew members.

Living areas are expansive and inviting. On the main deck, a warm, welcoming Main Salon with a full bar and separate seating areas sets the tone, while a second, more intimate forward salon with a state‑of‑the‑art entertainment centre suits smaller gatherings. Aft of the Main Salon, the spectacular aft deck offers a circular dining table ideal for buffet‑style or alfresco dining, and a separate formal dining salon with comfortable seating for twelve is perfect for entertaining clients, guests or close friends. The impressive full‑width master suite is positioned forward on the main deck, finished in exotic woods and light fabrics and featuring a king‑sized bed, a comfortable seating area, a dressing room and an en‑suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Dining options span three exterior areas and one formal interior venue: the formal dining room forward of the Main Salon, the main aft deck dining area, the sundeck dining area and the upper deck shaded dining area. On the lower deck, the large, full‑beam VIP suite aft with centreline king bed and marble bathroom en suite can be accessed privately via the Main Salon, complemented by two double queen guest staterooms and two twin guest staterooms; all guest staterooms are notably spacious, well designed and include en‑suite bath facilities.

Crowning the yacht, the top sundeck is a private resort: forward around the stack sits a bar with barbecue, behind which a large padded sunning area invites long, languid afternoons. Further aft is an outdoor dining table that can be shaded by market umbrellas, and at the stern of the sundeck four huge sun beds with windscreens create a chic retreat. A tented atrium in the middle of the sundeck floods the upper deck area below with natural light.

Her refit pedigree is extensive. In 2025, an interior refit saw the master cabin completely redesigned; all cabins receive new linen, decoration, paintings, lamps, sofas, ceilings, taps and chairs; the upper saloon gained new lights, lamps, paintings, decoration, a chair, curtains, TV and an outside door; a new AC system and new generators x2 (John Deer) were installed; new bridge and wings controllers were added; the accommodation ladders, garage door and passerelle hydraulic system were refitted/serviced; the refrigeration plant was refitted; fresh water, grey water and fuel tanks were refitted and cleaned; an additional awning was fitted for the bridge‑deck forward sofa; and a new set of awnings was supplied for the sundeck. The dining area was fully redesigned with a new table, new chairs, a chandelier, wall lamps and paintings, while the saloon received new lamps, chandeliers, curtains, decoration and paintings. A gym was added on the sundeck. All outside cushions and canvas were renewed, a new beach lounge was built, all exterior and interior lights were replaced, new paintings and taps were installed, the upper salon door was renewed, new TVs were added, and a new Furuno full ECDIS navigation system was fitted.

Between 2021 and 2022, general upgrades, surveys, servicing and all expected maintenance were carried out. In 2020–2021, extensive upgrades were performed on the steel hull in the foredeck aft around the anchor shield, with new steel plates installed in areas of thinning and hull thickness testing completed. Repairs and new teak were applied to the swim platform and its stairs; all hydraulic systems were serviced; stabilizers received maintenance; annual engine maintenance (CAT) and generator maintenance were completed; anodes and valves were replaced; anti‑fouling was applied; stainless steel polishing was done in 2020; interior ceiling panels were replaced in the hallways on the main and upper decks; additional insulation was added to HVAC pipes for Gulf cruising; all window frames were upgraded throughout the yacht to prevent condensation in hot climates such as the UAE; all routine maintenance on systems and equipment was carried out per PMS (IDEA); and the 2021 Lloyds class surveys were completed with all Class and Statutory certificates renewed and current, transferable to a new owner if the flag remains in Malta. Exterior works included painting, replacement of teak rubber, steel hull repairs, hull cleaning and repair of windows on all decks. Pumps and A/C works included a stabiliser pump service; A/C seawater and circulation pump service; fresh‑water pump service; watermaker booster pump 1 service and booster pump 2 replacement; watermaker HP pump servicing; watermaker chemical cleaning and winterization; Hammam macerator, mix and drain, and seawater pump servicing; JETS Pumps 25MB service; A/C unit and refrigeration units maintenance; discharge pump service; fuel pump service; oil pump replacement; galley hood blower replacement and hood repair; and the installation of two Air Handling Units (AHU). Mechanical works included shaft bearings changed; annual maintenance of engines; annual maintenance of generators; replacement of all zincs and anodes; and cleaning and repair of butterfly valves.

An extensive refit in winter 2018–2019 delivered a new galley and pantry service areas with top‑of‑the‑line food‑preparation equipment, new teak floors and extensive touch‑up and repainting, maintenance and upgrade of engines, generators and navigation equipment, upgrades to audio‑visual systems and speakers on all decks, refurnishing and modernization of all interiors and dining areas indoors and out, a redone Beach Club and refitted sun decks, with a full refit works list available on request. The 2017 refit brought updated AV/IT systems, paint, systems upgrades, interior refurbishment and a full overall of engines and generators in August 2017. In the 2010 Feadship relaunch, the yacht was extended in length: the transom was re‑designed and re‑built to incorporate a stern garage and a hydraulic transom/platform enhancing swimming, water‑toy launches and boarding, and creating a large, open U‑shaped padded lounge on the main aft deck; the two top decks were also extended with aft lounge seating, a newly redecorated upper deck salon and an on‑deck exercise area.
