Overview
Commissioned and delivered in 2005, Wishes Granted is a Horizon Yachts build specified with a 27-inch stretch to the salon and sky lounge and an additional 10 inches of overall height compared with the standard 82’ motor yacht. The result is 100' superyacht volume with the easy handling of an 82' motor yacht. She sleeps six in three staterooms, with two crew cabins aft. The décor features high-gloss, ribbon-cut American cherry, burled‑maple detailing, and granite and marble surfaces throughout. Twin Caterpillar C30s (1,550 hp each) deliver a 17-knot cruise and 21-knot top speed, while bow and stern thrusters and fin stabilizers ensure precise maneuvering and a composed ride for owner-operators or professional crew. WA State LLC owned—tax paid. Kept under cover in a freshwater Lake Union boathouse for 10+ years, with a transferable lease available to her next owner.
Detailed Description
Accommodations
Accommodations for six guests are thoughtfully arranged in three en suite staterooms accessed via a forward stairway, complemented by separate aft crew quarters for up to three crew.
The midship master suite spans the full beam and features a king berth with his-and-hers marble baths joined by a jacuzzi tub/shower. Forward, the VIP stateroom offers a centerline queen berth, while the guest cabin to port features a twin berth.
Crew accommodations aft include a captain’s double cabin, a twin-berth cabin, a workshop area, and private access to the swim platform.
Main salon
Bathed in the warm luster of high-gloss, ribbon-cut American cherry joinery with burled-maple surfaces, the main salon invites relaxation with a large curved sectional sofa and a matching settee offering abundant storage below. At its heart, a hi-lo cherry dining and coffee table pairs elegantly with two hide-away stools, while a granite-topped wet bar—complete with sink, U-Line refrigerator and icemaker, custom lucite glassware and bottle display, and granite flooring—stands ready for effortless entertaining. Mirrored and lighted glassware cabinets to port and starboard aft add a refined, symmetrical gleam. An entertainment center anchors the space with a Samsung 42" Smart HDTV on a hi-lo lift, DirectTV receiver, Marantz surround receiver, Sony VCR, Samsung Blu-ray, iPod dock, AMX matrix switcher, Apple receiver, and full surround audio with subwoofer. Trend stainless sliding-glass door panels, dressed with tie-back drapes, open the room to the light, as maple-burl soffit lighting layers rope, direct, and fiber-optic starburst effects for a dramatic ambiance. Underfoot, carpeting softens a teak and holly sole with a khaki canvas runner, while Roman-shade window treatments and indirect lighting under the valance heighten the mood. A Nutone central vacuum inlet completes this impeccably appointed space.
Galley
Commanding an unobstructed view of the salon and indoor dining area, the galley blends seamlessly into the social heart of the yacht. Expansive black granite countertops pair with rich cherry cabinetry to offer ample storage and a refined working surface, while a Sub-Zero full-size refrigerator is complemented by a two-drawer undercounter freezer and two additional Sub-Zero freezer drawers with icemaker. Culinary capability is assured by a full-size Bosch dishwasher, a microwave/convection oven, and an induction cooktop served by an overboard hood vent. Cleanup is effortless at the double stainless sinks with garbage disposal, supported by a Broan trash compactor, and a floor-to-ceiling pantry keeps provisions impeccably organized. Entertainment and control are at hand with a Sharp 15" LCD TV on a swivel mount with AMX control and speakers, and the ambiance is completed by a classic teak and holly sole and a privacy curtain that can separate the space from the salon when desired.
Skylounge and pilothouse
A rich high-gloss cherry interior with burled-maple horizontal surfaces sets an elegant tone for the skylounge and pilothouse, where a U-shaped Italian-leather settee embraces a burled-maple hi-lo dining table and is complemented by two suede barrel chairs. A built-in aft cabinet discreetly houses a U-Line refrigerator and icemaker, while a large desk and nav station with a teak-and-leather chair provide a refined command center. Entertainment unfolds with a TV on a hi-lo lift and a full surround-sound system, and navigation is confidently handled by dual 21-inch Garmin MFDs, a new ICOM radio, and a new SIMRAD AP50 autopilot, supported by Intellian V-Sat, KVH TracPhone, and FLIR night vision. Just steps away, the sundeck elevates open-air living with a sink, refrigerator, icemaker, and a propane BBQ, joined by an inviting L-shaped settee with table and soft, indirect lighting.
Exterior & deck equipment
A teak-laid aft deck and swim platform set a sophisticated tone, while the sundeck carries a Nautical Structures 1,700 lb hydraulic davit paired with a 15’ Nautica RIB tender powered by a 90 HP Yamaha outboard. An electric passerelle is seamlessly integrated into the starboard stairway for effortless boarding. Forward, the foredeck is equipped with dual Maxwell windlasses, twin 175-lb stainless anchors, and 250’ chains, the port side new. Guests can unwind on the forward sunpad and cushioned seating area complete with drink holders and protective covers. Boarding is further enhanced by a Marquipt Tide Rider ladder, and safety at sea is assured with an eight-person Viking life raft.
Hull & mechanical systems
Engineered to perform and built to endure, this yacht features SCRIMP resin-infused construction with a solid fiberglass bottom and foam-cored sides, riding on a deep-V hull with propeller pockets to reduce draft and improve efficiency. Propulsion comes from twin Caterpillar C30 diesels rated at 1,550 HP each, complemented by twin Northern Lights 32 kW generators showing approximately 5,200 hours on the port and approximately 5,200 hours on the starboard. Climate control is handled by a Marine Air chiller air-conditioning system with smart features, while Delta T engine-room ventilation partners with a Fireboy automatic fire-suppression system for safety. Maintenance is simplified by an oil-change pump system serving the engines and generators. Dockside authority and close-quarters control are delivered by American Hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and ride comfort is further enhanced by Trac fin stabilizers. Hotel systems include a HeadHunter Tidal Wave waste-treatment system and a water softener, plus a Sea Recovery watermaker and dual 30-gallon water heaters. Bilge management is robust, with five Rule bilge pumps backed by a 24/110V backup system and alarms, and comprehensive monitoring overseeing pumps, blowers, and navigation lights.
Upgrades & improvements
A comprehensive electronics refit in 2023/2024 elevated the yacht’s navigation and communications suite, highlighted by a Starlink Internet System, two Garmin GPSMAP 8624 units with mapping, a Garmin GSD 25 Premium Sonar Module, a Garmin MSC 10 Marine Satellite Compass, a Garmin GMR 1224 xHD2 Open Array Radar, a Garmin GMR Fantom 18x/24x Dome Radar Radome, and an Airmar UltraSonic weather station, complemented by two Axis M5525-E Network Cameras positioned on the aft deck and in the engine room, and three Icom VHF units. Further reliability upgrades include new generator start batteries in 2025, new house batteries in 2023 (Victron), and a new inverter charger with a PLC-driven power management system in 2023 (Victron), while performance benefits from new props in 2025 and a fully rebuilt starboard engine in 2024, now showing approximately 125 hours.
