Making a high-profile international debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show in September 2024, the inaugural 30XP, MINELLA (Hull No. 1), drew outstanding acclaim. Imagery features MINELLA and highlights the remarkably clever use of volume on board. From the expansive beach club aft to the “balcony deck” nestled at the rear of the main deck and up to the upper deck, this luxury motor yacht delivers the sensation of a far larger superyacht, blending open-air living with intimate, private retreats.

A standout element is the innovative flybridge configuration, which forges a seamless connection between the bow lounge and the classic sundeck via a port-side passageway. Unlike any previous XP model, the 30XP showcases a vast beach club with fold-down terraces to port and starboard, plus an impressive on-deck master suite with optional private balcony and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Outdoor living takes center stage, with numerous sanctuaries for relaxation including the aft beach club, a raised transom platform, the sun-drenched flybridge sundeck, and a welcoming bow lounge. Inside, sweeping windows in the main salon, the master stateroom, and even the lower-deck guest accommodations flood the interior with natural light, keeping owners and guests perpetually connected to the sea.

Numarine marks its 20th anniversary year with a compelling new addition to its fleet and its first ever yacht with diesel-electric propulsion, further strengthening a commanding presence in the market for high-quality explorers while answering the evolving ambitions of its clients. With demand for the 26XP and 32XP at a sustained high, the new 30XP neatly fills a strategically important space in the Numarine line-up.

“The 30XP is a model that we have introduced for repeat Numarine customers who are aiming to step up in size,” says Numarine founder Omer Malaz. “Following in-depth market research, it is a sign of the huge success of our XP range that three units of the new model have already been sold to existing clients. With the diesel-electric engines and POD drives, this is going to be a revolutionary model.”

The 30XP accommodates 10 guests in five ensuite staterooms, comprising four guest cabins on the lower deck and a master stateroom on the main deck forward, where floor-to-ceiling windows and cut-outs in the bulwarks maximize sea views. The master suite also features a superb balcony that brings the owner even closer to the water. In addition to the main salon on the main deck with full-height windows, there is room for open-air dining on the aft deck as well as on the covered sundeck, and the exact layout can be tailored to individual owner preferences.

A generous headroom in the semi-open beach club aft is achieved by raising the deck above, creating a lounging area just three steps above main deck level. Three fold-down platforms expand the beach club to a spacious 43 sqm of deck area, while a side-loading tender bay accommodates a tender of 6.25 meters.

Maximizing interior volume and seakeeping capability, the 30XP is a raised pilothouse design with bold exterior styling by Can Yalman, and an enormous sun pad graces the foredeck in front of the pilothouse. The forward section of the lower deck houses the crew mess and accommodation for five crew.

Owners can select a diesel-electric propulsion system with Veth pod drives, or opt for a conventional drive train comprising twin 560hp MAN engines. With the arrival of the 30XP, the Numarine range extends to five models, including the proposed new 45XP flagship, a steel and aluminum tridecker. Numarine is currently delivering around 12 yachts per year and is preparing to increase production with a new waterside facility slated to become operative in the next few years.

Key features

Engineered for composed blue-water cruising, this yacht marries electric fin stabilization with twin fifty-five kw generators featuring auto sync and a single 125A 380V three phase shore line, complemented by comprehensive 24V DC, 380V three phase and 230V monophase AC electrical systems with battery chargers. Precision handling comes from an electric forty-one kw bow thruster and twenty-one kw stern thruster, a power assisted hydraulic steering system, and an electric twin anchor windlass with 16 mm chain of 140 + 190 m alongside twin stern capstan winches. Onboard climate is perfected by full air conditioning and heating via a central 240,000 BTU chiller system with individually controlled fan coils for each cabin, while a twin pump hot and cold water pressurized system with shore connection and a hot and cold swimming shower at the stern ensure comfort throughout. Safety and oversight are paramount with a Yacht Monitoring System, eight cameras with monitors in the wheelhouse and crew mess, an automatic fire extinguishing system for the engine room, automatic bilge pumps with a central bilge system, and a remote controlled search light. Navigation and communications are equally advanced, featuring Raymarine electronic depth and speed displays, autopilot, VHF, radar, and 3x22" XL multifunction displays.

Life on deck is refined with a flybridge wetbar equipped with sink, hot and cold water, electric barbeque, icemaker and refrigerator, an electric refrigerator with freezer in the galley, flatscreen televisions in the VIP cabins and crew mess with SAT connection, and a 60cm satellite TV system. The teak laid bathing platform and steps, side decks and foredeck, flybridge stairway, flybridge and cockpit floor set a luxurious tone, enhanced by a flybridge sunbed with cushions and eight underwater lights that create an unforgettable evening ambiance. The beach club concept shines with an owner’s balcony opening to starboard, a beach aft door and side wings that open hydraulically, and a hydraulically opening bathing and boarding ladder integrated into the beach aft door, while a garage and tender recovery system accommodates a 5.65m tender. Fully fitted crew cabins ensure professional service on every passage, and the yacht’s build quality is underscored by classification to RINA C + Hull Mach, Y Unrestricted Navigation.
