A Lewmar 110 lb Claw anchor rests on a stainless steel anchor mount, while a dedicated fender and storage locker, fresh and sea water washdowns, and a sun pad with grab rails complete the space, with new sun pads installed in 2022.
Safe passage along the side decks comes via a full walkaround of twelve-inch-wide non-skid decking, supported by stainless steel handrails, cabin-side grab rails, and a toe-rail safety rail, with port and starboard ladder mounts set at the pilothouse handrail gates.
Aft, the deck offers a generous headroom of six feet eight inches above a fiberglass deck with a teak overlay and a fiberglass overhead with recessed lighting. Port and starboard steps lead to the gunwale, and a teak table with pedestal and storage cover anchors the social area. Power management is effortless with two Cablemaster retractable 50-amp shore cords on the aft deck and a Marinco 30-amp shore power connector, starboard outboard. Docking is aided by warping winches on the port and starboard aft corners with 24v foot switches, along with stainless steel aft cleats measuring twelve inches, each with chafe guards. A dockside water connector on the port aft deck with a pressure regulator and a freshwater washdown to port ensure convenience. Access up is via a seven-step ladder to the bridge with teak steps, positioned port forward. The aft bulkhead to port hosts a helm station equipped with MTU clutch and throttle controls, a bow thruster control, and port and starboard engine start and stop switches. Practical touches include recessed in-deck storage on the port side and an aft bench seat that lifts for access to the lazarette and crew’s quarters.
At the waterline, a five-foot boarding platform with storage features a large locker with two access hatches for spare props, a stainless steel swim ladder, stainless steel pop-up cleats, and a hot and cold shower with a pullout sprayer. Three Euro-style hoop rails, designed to be removable, complete this versatile swim platform.
System - new and upgraded
The yacht’s climate control has been comprehensively refreshed with two new Dometic A/C chillers in a reverse-cycle configuration, complemented by a stern underwater discharge that keeps the aft deck blissfully quiet. Comfort is precisely tailored throughout with digital thermostats serving the pilothouse, galley, salon, master stateroom, VIP stateroom, twin guest stateroom, and crew quarters, while a 240-volt raw water pump with sea strainer ensures reliable cooling water flow.
The freshwater system is equally robust, anchored by a 285-gallon 316 L stainless steel tank located beneath the master berth and driven by a Headhunter 110-volt freshwater pump paired with a 24-volt backup pump that was new in 2025. A ten-gallon accumulator tank smooths delivery, shut-off valves are fitted at each fixture for easy service, and a hot-and-cold outlet is provided in the engine room. Dockside water connection is simplified by an inlet with a pressure-reducing valve, and convenient freshwater washdowns are positioned on the fore and aft decks. A hot-and-cold freshwater shower awaits at the swim platform on the aft deck, a 30-gallon hot water heater supplies ample capacity, and canister freshwater prefilters polish the supply.
For extended autonomy, a Sea Recovery AquaWhisper water maker stands ready, enhanced with a new control board in 2025.
The head system is engineered for reliability and cleanliness, featuring three Headhunter freshwater jet-style heads, a 125-gallon FRP holding tank, a Y valve, and a 24-volt overboard discharge pump, with a deck pump-out fitting conveniently located on the port side deck.
Electrical power is delivered by a 20 kW Northern Lights generator with sound shield working in concert with a 16 kW Northern Lights generator with sound shield; each is protected by a Racor 500 fuel filter with glass bowl and paired with a dedicated battery housed in a battery box with a shutoff switch. A power takeoff supports a 25 HP bow thruster, oil servicing is streamlined by a Reverso oil change system and an automatic oil change system, and all wiring is executed to ABYC standards.
Shore power management is exemplary, with Charles isolation transformers serving the port and starboard fifty-amp cords; the port cord benefits from a 10% boost on its transformer for voltage stabilization. Battery shutoff switches control the start and house banks, a battery parallel switch is positioned on the starboard side of the engine room, a 40-amp charger supports the house and start batteries, a 20-amp charger maintains the generator batteries, and a 110-volt GFI outlet is provided. Two Cablemaster retractable 50-amp shore cords are fitted port and starboard on the aft deck, measuring seventy-five feet to port and sixty-five feet to starboard.
Underway, confidence comes from the NAIAD Digital MultiSea II stabilizer system with 4.5 sq. ft. fins, with control heads at both the lower helm and flybridge, specified as the Model #254 system.
Engine room, engines, controls, notes, etc.
The engine room is a purpose-built workspace with 5'7" of headroom and direct access from the crew quarters through a watertight door. Illumination is assured by five 24v overhead lights, while two painted aluminum fuel tanks with sight gauges provide a combined capacity of 1,100 gallons and can be filled from either the port or starboard side decks with an auto-level function. Fuel management is refined by dual Racor 1000 30‑micron filters with a vacuum gauge. Safety and serviceability are paramount, with a Fireboy FE241 fire system, a Delta T air intake system featuring port and starboard 24v intake blowers fitted with new fans in 2023, and a 24v Reverso oil-change system serving the mains and gensets. Daily practicality is enhanced by a hot water heater with a hot and cold water faucet and a Craftsman four-drawer toolbox, while seakeeping is reinforced by a Naiad Stabilizer reservoir, Model #254 system. Electrical distribution is organized through a 24v breaker panel, complemented by four 8D wet-cell batteries in dedicated boxes and two GRP 27 generator-start batteries in boxes, together with a breaker panel serving the port and starboard shore power cords.
Power comes from DDC/MTU Series 60 825 hp engines showing 2,600 hours, turning through ZF gears, Model 350 A, with spin-on filters. The driveline features 2.5-inch high-strength stainless shafts with dripless seals and spares, crossover plumbing on the shaft seals, and stainless steel exhaust elbows. Propulsion is delivered by five-blade 31" x 37" “S” Class propellers, and the engine stringers are foam-cored with no balsa or wood.
There are a total of four docking stations—located in the pilothouse, on the flybridge, on the starboard main deck at the pilothouse, and on the aft deck portside—each equipped with electronic clutch and throttles, main engine start and stop, and a bow thruster joystick. A MarQuipt four-step vertical boarding ladder stows neatly in the foredeck locker.
Recent service and construction highlights underscore long-term reliability and quiet operation: all headliners, wall coverings, and valances are new in 2025; all pumps, engines, and generators are mounted on rubber isolation mounts; the bottom is solid fiberglass, and all decks, cabin sides, and hull sides are Airex cored with no balsa core. A four-piece mold—hull, cabin, aft deck, and swim platform—minimizes stress cracks and leaks. Bottom paint and wax have been applied to the hull and superstructure, and the teak deck has been sanded. Rudder bearings and seals have been replaced, the steering ram rebuilt, and the stabilizer system serviced. Port and starboard engine-start and two house batteries—six in total—were addressed in 2022. For ease of ownership, a complete set of available operator and equipment manuals with notebooks is aboard, along with a complete set of owners’ manuals.
Davit
Comprehensively rebuilt in 2024, the Nautical Structures davit—rated at 1,500 lb and equipped with hydraulic boom and rotation—also underwent a complete rebuild in 2021, a testament to meticulous maintenance that ensures smooth, confident tender handling.
