Overview
Conceived with an unwavering emphasis on performance, DEO JUVANTE rises well above typical “Med-spec” fare. Her build showcases a Carbon mast and boom, complete Dyneema rigging, and a powerful suite of downwind sails—engineered specifically for her successful voyage around the world. This performance sailing catamaran is a proven, bluewater cruiser: thoroughly refined through ocean miles and cared for to exacting standards, offering a confident, ocean-going yacht platform for serious passagemaking.
Her three-cabin arrangement delivers hallmark Sunreef space and seclusion, anchored by a generous, open-plan saloon and an owner’s suite that still sets the bar in the 60-foot category. For transocean passages or indulgent island cruising, her redundant systems and upgraded energy network provide rare autonomy and quiet comfort on today’s brokerage market. As a Sunreef 60 luxury catamaran and multihull, she blends liveaboard practicality with refined craftsmanship in a way few performance catamarans can match.
Fresh from her owners’ circumnavigation and a recent Atlantic crossing, DEO JUVANTE lies in Cádiz, Spain, and is presented at a compelling, market-aware price for an efficient sale. This is a genuine turnkey opportunity for buyers seeking a world-ready offshore cruiser without the delays and premiums of a new build.
Quite simply, she may be the most capable and value-savvy 60ft sailing catamaran afloat today—fully serviced, thoughtfully upgraded, and poised to depart at a moment’s notice.
Detailed Description
Specifications
With an LOA of 18.27 m and an expansive 9.21 m beam, this 2018 Sunreef 62 Arc blends generous volume with refined performance. Built in GRP with GRP decks, she draws 1.75 m and is powered by twin Volvo D3 engines rated at 110 hp each, showing 3050 engine hours, with the generator at 2655 hours. She settles comfortably into an 8-knot cruising speed and reaches 10 knots at maximum. Three staterooms provide welcoming accommodation, and she flies the BVI flag.
Engines
Power is delivered by 2x Volvo D3 110 hp diesel engines (3050 hours), serviced every 200 hours, with a full belt replacement including timing belt completed in April 2024 following a Volvo dealer inspection. Shaft drive turns Flexofold three-blade propellers under the guidance of a hydraulic Lecomble & Schmitt steering system. She cruises at 8 kn and reaches 10 kn. The last major haul out in 2025 encompassed epoxy and paint, plastic touch-ups, anodes, propeller cleaning, new bow thruster props, and an engine service; during the previous haul out the cutlass bearings were replaced and the prop shafts aligned. Fuel type is diesel.
Equipment
Systems are headlined by an ONAN 17.5KVA generator (2655 hours, serviced when the engines are serviced), twin Side Power bow thrusters (full motor service in 2023 with new props in 2025), and a Sea Recovery 24 V watermaker producing 90 lph with membranes replaced in June 25. Renewable supply comes from 2x 450 W Silent Wind generators and 4x Victron 24 V/150 W solar panels installed by an approved dealer in April 24. Comforts include a washing machine, a Samsung TV integrated with a Sonos sound bar, sub‑woofer and surround sound plus Apple TV, and full air conditioning. A Victron 5000 W inverter and 220 V 50 Hz shore power (60 Hz compatible) round out the specification.
Batteries
Energy storage is centered on 10x Victron 12 V 200 Ah LiFePO SMART Lithium house batteries (new in 2022), connected via Wi‑Fi and a Cerbo GX for effortless monitoring. Charging is managed by 3x Victron Skylla 24 V 100 Ah chargers. Engine starting is by 2x 12 V 100 Ah batteries, the generator uses 1x 12 V 100 Ah battery, and the bow thrusters draw from 8x 12 V 100 Ah batteries, with separate chargers dedicated to the engine, generator, and bow thruster banks.
Navigation
Navigation and communications are comprehensive, with three autopilots (two Raymarine and one NKE), Raymarine radar, and two Raymarine GS165 chartplotters at the bridge and in the saloon. Position is assured by one Raymarine and one Furuno GPS receiver, while a Raymarine Class A AIS strengthens situational awareness. Entertainment is delivered by a Sonos music system distributed to all cabins, the saloon, cockpit and bridge. Radios include two Raymarine VHF sets, one Furuno SSB HF radio, and one handheld VHF. Satellite capability comprises an Inmarsat C system with a distress button and an Iridium Certus L Band 4300 satellite phone.
Accommodations
Three cabins are appointed with three queen beds, complemented by a convertible queen sofa bed in the starboard hull. The main cabin mattress was replaced in 2023. There are three heads with freshwater electric toilets and three showers. Hot water capacity comes from two Quick boilers at 80 l each, one in each hull, and black water tank capacity is 180 l.
Galley
Designed for extended cruising, the galley features a four-burner gas stove, a Siemens electric oven, a 220 V Siemens microwave, and a stainless-steel sink, alongside a full-height 220 V Samsung refrigerator and a half-height 220 V freezer. Gas safety is protected with alarm and automatic shut-off.
Mast and rigging
Rigged for reach and reliability, the carbon mast and boom are matched to Dyform standing rigging with inner shrouds renewed in 2021. Running backstays are Dyneema, while the Dyneema running rigging was renewed in 2023. The sail plan includes a fully battened 112 m2 mainsail on Harken track and cars (serviced 2022), a 71 m2 genoa on a Profurl C480 furler (serviced 2024 with a new UV strip), a 165 m2 gennaker on a Facnor FX+7000 furler, and a 35 m2 solent on a Profurl C430 furler, along with two Parasailors, one asymmetric spinnaker, and one storm jib. Winch inventory comprises three Harken 60.2STEA24H and two Harken 70.2STEA24H units plus two additional winches at the stern, and a black Sunbrella sail bag was fitted new in 2023.
Other
Ground tackle is led by a 65 kg ULTRA stainless-steel anchor on 90 m of 13 mm galvanized high-tensile chain new in 2025, powered by a Quick windlass that received a full service in 2023. Antifoul work in 2023 saw the hull stripped back to gelcoat and a new system applied, followed by a re-gelcoat in 2025. The tender package comprises a 2021 Highfield Hypalon Ocean Master 390 with a Mercury four-stroke outboard, launched and recovered via electric davits with remote control operation. Deck amenities include freshwater deck wash, a freshwater deck shower with hot and cold, full cockpit and flybridge cushions and upholstery, a black Sunbrella flybridge bimini new in 2022, black Sergio Ferrari cockpit shades new in 2023, and a full set of fenders and mooring lines.
