Detailed Description
Recent updates
A thoughtful round of maintenance has just been completed, featuring new cutlass bearings, a fresh bottom paint application, prop speed treatment, and new underwater lights to enhance performance and presentation below the waterline.
Salon
The salon of the Viking 61 is spacious and elegantly arranged, defined to port by a generous U-shaped Ultra-Leather sofa with custom pleated backing and abundant storage beneath, complemented by a Bluewater teak hi/low table with extendable leaves. Purpose-built rod holders are concealed under the sofa area, while high-end decorative fabrics, a custom carpet and Amtico sole with teak trim, and custom teak valances with bullnose profiles and lambrequins are framed by Hunter Douglas window treatments and recessed dimmable lighting to create a refined, welcoming ambiance.
As you enter to starboard through the automatic salon door, the ship’s AC/DC distribution panel greets you, followed by beautifully crafted teak joinery that houses the entertainment systems and additional storage. Integrated here are an AC/DC ship’s service panel, an air conditioning control panel, generator remote start/stop, and an ICOM remote VHF mic for effortless command of onboard systems. Entertainment is immersive and intuitive, anchored by an LG forty-two-inch LED TV, a Bose surround-sound system, a Pioneer DVD player, and KVH HD7 satellite TV, while an ice maker stands ready for effortless hospitality. Just forward of the joinery, the dinette comfortably seats up to four guests, and directly opposite to port lies the yacht’s galley, completing a salon layout that balances luxury, practicality, and seamless flow.
Galley/dinette
Crafted for culinary ambition, this traditional galley is superbly laid out and thoroughly functional. Granite countertops sweep across the island and forward run, capping a suite of six Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer drawers—four dedicated refrigerator drawers and two freezers—while the food-prep area and Kenyon cook-top stove are thoughtfully arranged along the forward countertop amid generous overhead and undercounter storage. Directly opposite, a teak dinette comfortably seats five, with additional storage concealed beneath the seating, and an Amtico wood sole flows seamlessly through both the galley and dinette. Appointments include a Sharp convection/microwave oven, a Kenmore ice-maker, a Kenmore trash compactor, a sink disposal, a teak backsplash, four large slide-out drawers in the brow, the ship’s AC/DC sub-panel with watermaker remote start/stop complemented by a dedicated remote water maker start/stop panel, recessed, dimmable lighting throughout including in the headliner, courtesy lighting, 110V outlets, and precise climate management via an air conditioning thermostat control.
Starboard guest stateroom
Down the companionway to starboard, the guest stateroom welcomes with an intelligent L-shaped arrangement of upper and lower single berths, offering comfortable overnight accommodations enhanced by a carpeted sole underfoot. Thoughtful storage solutions abound, including a cedar-lined hanging closet and four teak joinery drawers, while recessed, dimmable lighting and recessed speakers linked to the salon entertainment system create an inviting atmosphere. Practical conveniences include individual air conditioning control, a dedicated stereo volume control, and a 110V outlet, and guests enjoy the ease of direct access to the guest/day head through the stateroom.
Companionway
A wide, carpeted companionway elegantly links all staterooms and guest accommodations while also leading to the laundry facilities, where Whirlpool stackable washer and dryer units stand ready for effortless onboard living. Ample underfoot storage is thoughtfully positioned just before the entrance to the forward VIP, and a central vacuum is neatly concealed beneath the last stair tread for convenient housekeeping. An added bonus is the dry storage area hidden just behind the LED TV, easily accessed as you enter the companionway from the salon. Practicality meets polish with bilge access for the big pumps and the head pumps, ensuring serviceability remains as seamless as the passage itself.
Master stateroom
Descending the port-side companionway, you enter the owner’s suite, a thoughtfully arranged retreat centered on a full queen-size walkaround berth set athwartship and appointed with an upgraded mattress system number one. Flanking the berth are two nightstands and a custom teak headboard, while mirrored, cedar-lined hanging closets—two in total—span the aft bulkhead to provide generous wardrobe space. Forward, an ensuite head and shower complement a teak-joinery four-drawer credenza crowned with a high-gloss teak top, joined by an additional hanging locker for seamless organization. The carpeted sole softens each step, and a safe and ample storage are discreetly housed beneath the master berth for added security and convenience. An overhead deck hatch with privacy shade and screen invites natural light and fresh air on demand, with reading lamps and recessed overhead lighting on dimmers tailoring the ambiance to every mood. Climate is at your fingertips with dedicated air conditioning control, and power is readily available with 110V outlets and GFI. Entertainment is equally refined, with a Samsung 26-inch LED TV paired to a Sony Blu-ray DVD player.
Master head
The master head blends refined materials and smart functionality, beginning with a mirrored vanity whose picture-framed mirror is crafted in high-gloss teak and set above a freshwater hot and cold sink recessed into a granite countertop. Underfoot, Amtico flooring provides durability and style, while an upgraded VacuFlush porcelain head ensures quiet, efficient operation. A linen closet with a full-length mirror expands storage and light. The stall-style shower features a glass entry door for a clean, contemporary look, and comfort is enhanced by an exhaust fan and recessed lighting overhead. Practical 110-volt outlets with GFI protection complete this thoughtfully appointed space.
VIP stateroom
Set all the way forward at the bow, the VIP stateroom presents the preferred cross-over arrangement with a single berth to starboard and a double to port, complemented by one upgraded mattress system for exceptional comfort. Generous storage is concealed beneath the single berth, while a cedar-lined hanging closet and a teak hanging locker with cedar-lined drawer storage ensure ample space for personal belongings. Just off the starboard side of the stateroom, the ensuite head and shower impress with granite countertops and Amtico flooring, creating a refined, easy-care finish.
An Ocean Air overhead deck hatch fitted with a privacy shade and screen invites natural light and sea breeze on cue, while teak valances and a carpeted sole lend a warm, tailored ambiance. Comfort and convenience come together with individual air-conditioning control, recessed overhead lighting on dimmers, dedicated reading lamps, and recessed stereo speakers with volume control. Entertainment is provided by an LG 22-inch LED TV paired with a Blu-ray DVD player, and power needs are met with a 110-volt outlet. Thoughtful detailing continues with discreet access to the bilge and bow thruster area, underscoring the yacht’s commitment to both luxury and practicality within these VIP quarters.
VIP head
The VIP head is appointed with granite countertops and a mirrored vanity framed in high-gloss picture-frame teak, all set over richly grained Amtico flooring. An upgraded Vacuflush porcelain head delivers quiet, dependable performance, while a freshwater hot-and-cold stall-style shower offers spa-like comfort and convenience, supported by an efficient exhaust fan for excellent ventilation. Recessed lighting in the ceiling and a mirrored ceiling elevate the sense of space and sophistication, and a GFCI-protected 110V outlet adds practical, safety-minded utility.
Guest / day head
Accessed via the companionway or through the starboard guest quarters, the guest/day head showcases upgraded finishes and thoughtful amenities, featuring granite countertops and a mirrored vanity highlighted by teak picture-frame trim. An upgraded Vacuflush porcelain head and an exhaust fan ensure comfort, while recessed overhead lighting and an Ocean Air deck hatch with privacy shade and screen bring in adjustable natural light and fresh air. The stall-style shower provides practical convenience, and the Amtico flooring and custom wallpaper elevate the ambiance. A GFCI-protected 110V outlet adds everyday functionality.
Flybridge
Just a few steps up, the flybridge of Tori’s Seacret unfolds as a purposeful command center and social haven. Two Blue Water helm chairs to port face a Palm Beach helm pod whose shift levers incorporate integrated bow thruster controls, while all of the ship’s electronics, engine controls, and engine displays are set just forward for effortless visibility and operation. Spanning nearly the full beam ahead of the helm, a deep chest freezer and drink box keep provisions and refreshments perfectly chilled. Forward of the refrigeration, an inviting L-shaped seating area with storage beneath encourages easy conversation, complemented to starboard by a large bench seat with additional storage below to maximize stowage. A three-sided EZ2CY enclosure wraps the flybridge to keep wind and rain at bay, and there is further clever storage in the brow to utilize every inch of space aboard the Viking 61. Rupp outriggers, HD Miya EPoch electric teaser reels, navigation lights, and convenient access to the hardtop complete a flybridge engineered for serious sportfishing and refined cruising comfort.
Engine room and mechanical space
The heart of the yacht is powered by twin 1,500 HP MTU M91 series engines with services up to date, showing 2,200 hours SMOH and 5,365 original hours. Complementing propulsion are twin Onan 21KW generators with 4,139 hours on the port unit and 4,180 hours on the starboard (08/2025). A 1,600 GPD Village Marine water maker with remote start/stop supports extended cruising, while two AC raw water pumps—one dedicated for redundancy—and two 24V fuel transfer pumps underpin dependable operation. An oil change system and fuel priming pumps simplify maintenance and start-up procedures, and two ISO Boost voltage transformers stabilize incoming voltage. An additional fuel tank brings the total to three tanks with a combined capacity of 2,050 gallons, and the space is further served by engine room fans and blowers, bilge pumps, and crash valves. Safety and comfort are enhanced by a fire suppression system and a hot water heater, with freshwater pressure delivered by a Headhunter pump; all heads are upgraded to Headhunter. Dual steering pumps provide redundancy, and emergency start/stop switches add an extra layer of control.
Cockpit
Step aboard the Viking 61 to a vast teak-soled cockpit crafted for both languid days on the hook and uncompromising tournament campaigns. Set into the sole are a livewell, an insulated fish box, and an insulated box dedicated to the Eskimo ice machine, while a large transom tuna door with a lift gate streamlines every landing. Centerline, a Bluewater dinette table effortlessly converts to a Bluewater fighting chair on an offset stanchion, and the chair conveys with the sale. Along the aft bulkhead, a deep freezer sits to port, centered is an electric barbecue with tackle drawers below, and to the right of the grill is the engine room entrance. Additional tackle and storage reside to starboard together with a refrigerated drink box conveniently positioned as you enter the salon. Coaming boards rim the workspace, and the cockpit is further equipped with tackle drawers, a Cablemaster, a freshwater washdown and freshwater inlet, a cable/telephone inlet, and 12/24V electric reel outlets, with easy access to the flybridge and bow. The gunwales carry four rod holders to keep the spread organized, underwater lights and deck lights extend the day, JL Audio cockpit speakers set the soundtrack, and both a cockpit insulated box and an insulated drink box stand ready to serve every outing.
Electronics
Commanding navigation and confidence at sea, the helm showcases a comprehensive suite anchored by multiple Garmin GPS Map displays—7215, 8610, 8612, and 8616—delivering crisp cartography, intuitive control, and layered redundancy across every passage. Essential performance and environmental data are presented with precision by the Furuno RD33, while a Moritz monitoring system maintains vigilant oversight of onboard systems. Immersive entertainment flows from the Fusion MS-IP7000 stereo, and clear, reliable communication is ensured by two Icom IC-M604 units. Night operations benefit from the piercing beam of an ACR Spotlight, steadfast course-keeping is managed by the Simrad AP 28 autopilot, and serious anglers will value the Miya Epoch Command X15 ready to support deep-drop capabilities.
