2021–2023 updates
A comprehensive refit from 2021 through 2023 elevates this yacht well beyond her peers, beginning with two new Kohler/Lamborghini 32 kW generators showing 300 hours and protected by a five-year warranty, new KVA auto boost transformers, and shore power inline soft starts for seamless dockside connectivity. The transmission was rebuilt utilizing the existing clutches and gears, both MTU 12V 2000 main engines were professionally serviced with fuel injectors replaced, EUP’s rebuilt, and the heat exchangers and charge air coolers removed, ultrasonically cleaned, and reinstalled, and the ABT Stabilizers were serviced for confident, steady passages. Running gear received exacting attention with shafts pulled and aligned, dial-indicated, and props balanced, Propspeed applied to shafts and props, the bottom painted, new tide seals and cutlass bearings installed, and new shaft seals with spares added on the shafts. Steering and low-speed control are refined with the power steering and autopilot pump rebuilt and the stern thruster rebuilt.
On the cooling, fuel, and plumbing fronts, the chiller cooling towers and air handler were rebuilt, a new raw water pump and new sea strainers were fitted, and the fuel shut-off valves were rebuilt. All thru-hulls were replaced, the black and gray water systems were rebuilt with a new gray water pump added, and a new forward bilge pump enhances reliability. Comfort is further improved by a water heater upgrade from 11 gal up to 13 gal and a ship’s monitoring system with remote access.
Navigation and onboard technology advance significantly with a new radar complemented by a Garmin navigation system including new radar, a Garmin autopilot, and Garmin stern cameras. Connectivity and entertainment are first-class thanks to a new Pepwave wireless system with an iPad-controlled AV system, all new TVs including a new smart TV in the crew quarters, an exterior audio system by Fusion/JL Audio in three zones, and a wireless phone charger at the flybridge helm. Lighting upgrades include interior bicolor lights in warm white/red and exterior bicolor lights in white/blue, plus striking new underwater lighting and a new light up name board.
Exterior refinements are equally thorough: in 2023 the bow received new non-skid and the anchor windlass was updated, with a new windlass also installed for effortless anchoring. The aft deck and flybridge stairs are newly laid in teak, the platform is finished in new SeaDek, the cap rails wear fresh varnish, and the mirror finish was removed from the external windows for a cleaner aesthetic. A rebuilt passerelle with remote control, a telescopic two stage gangway, and a sea ladder simplify boarding and swimming, while new life rafts, new matching exterior covers, and a custom windshield cover with the vessel name add safety and polish. Flybridge comforts include cushions new in 2020 and a newly fabricated Bunny-pad.
Interior craftsmanship shines with the interior wood refinished in 2023, the veneer on the dining table and entertainment center refinished, and the entertainment center accented in black plexiglass. New countertops arrived in 2023, and in the salon, galley, and mapping station new counter top surfaces further elevate the look. The VIP room and closet wood were replaced, new interior outlet covers in black were fitted, and tasteful additions such as a new coffee table, interior Magne shades, and new floor runners in the salon and on the steps to the sleeping quarters complete the refresh. All soft goods were custom made new in summer 2021, and an added Pullman bunk in the crew area increases versatility.
Gourmet and service amenities abound: the galley features a wine cooler, a new beverage cooler, and a French door refrigerator freezer; the crew area benefits from a new refrigerator/freezer and a new ceramic cooktop; and throughout the yacht all counter surfaces are granite or marble. On deck, entertaining is effortless with a new U-line flybridge refrigerator with icemaker and a fly bridge wine cooler/fridge. Practical upgrades include new batteries in 2023, a new gray water pump, and a suite of additional details—new radar in tandem with the Garmin suite, a new light up name board, and the finishing touch of new chalking flybridge down—that collectively underscore a refit executed to an exacting, yacht‑level standard.

Main machinery
Power is delivered by an MTU engine, model 12V2000, with its two-thousand-hour service completed in September 2021. Fuel is polished through dual Racor filters, and propulsion is managed by MTU electronic controls, turning five-bladed NiBral propellers on 3.5-inch stainless-steel propeller shafts, with hydraulic steering gear ensuring precision. Maneuverability is enhanced by a BCS bow thruster and a stern thruster. Shipboard systems include a Sea Recovery watermaker; Cruisair direct-expansion air conditioning; and a freshwater pressure system driven by two 24 VDC units. Bilge management is handled by three electric/automatic bilge pumps and two sump pumps, with 220-volt electric service to the compartment manifold.
Engine room
Immaculately organized and brilliantly lit by fluorescent overhead AC lights with safety lenses, the engine room centers around twin 2021 Kohler 32‑kW generators—one mounted mid centerline and one aft centerline—each showing 300 hours and covered by a five‑year warranty, both protected by Racor fuel filters and quieted through two fiberglass generator mufflers with water separators. A main circuit panel, an AC and DC circuit panel, and a dedicated circuit panel serving the crew quarters provide comprehensive electrical oversight, while battery switches serve each generator, each engine, and the ship’s service, with fuel shut‑off valves positioned on the centerline forward below decks. Ship’s power is supported by six 12‑volt batteries for ship’s service and two 12‑volt batteries for the engines, complemented by a Mastervolt 24‑volt 75‑amp battery charger for two house service batteries.
Fluid management is effortless with a 24‑volt fuel transfer pump and manual fuel transfer capability, a bilge pump plumbed to a six‑compartment manifold with shut‑off valves accompanied by an electric/automatic bilge pump, and a 230‑volt fire pump for robust protection. Freshwater delivery comes from two 24‑volt system pumps with an accumulator tank, filter, and pressure gauge, feeding a water heater, while a Sea Recovery watermaker ensures independence offshore. Cooling and comfort are assured by air conditioning units—two to port and two to starboard—with a raw‑water circulating pump, and driveline integrity is maintained by port and starboard dripless shaft seals.
Precision handling is backed by hydraulics serving the davit, swim ladder, pod hatches, step door, trim tabs, and steering, with redundancy from an emergency steering wheel and valves and instant response from engine emergency stop buttons. Rounding out the space are a Craftsman toolbox and neatly routed systems that underscore a standard of reliability and serviceability worthy of extended cruising.
