Remarks

PATIENCE is one of only thirteen Classic Supreme 132 hulls ever built and the only one configured with six guest staterooms. Her original 2012 build pairs a Stefano Righini exterior with a Francois Zuretti interior, while the 2024 refit introduces a Patrick Knowles interior redesign layered atop an extensive Winter 2019/2020 mechanical reset and a 2022 cosmetic refresh. The result is a yacht with a 2012 hull serial and a 2024 finish.

She accommodates twelve guests across six ensuite staterooms, runs with a crew of seven, and is RINA-classed and MCA Unrestricted commercial-compliant under the Cayman flag, making her turn-key for private use or full charter operation. Twin Naiad zero-speed stabilizers, a Naiad bow thruster, dual Idromar watermakers, full Starlink connectivity, and the Benetti BEST monitoring suite—entirely upgraded in 2024—complete the systems package.

Refit history

PATIENCE has undergone three distinct refit phases under current and prior ownership—first addressing mechanical systems, then finishes, and finally a full top-to-bottom redesign—creating a 2012 platform that presents to the highest 2024 standard.

In 2024, guided by Patrick Knowles, the yacht received an interior redesign and comprehensive refit that elevated every guest touchpoint and optimized onboard living. On the bridge deck and in the skylounge, the original gym was converted into a sixth ensuite stateroom with a queen bed, the television was relocated to the forward wall with the console removed, and soft furnishings were renewed throughout. On the main deck, the galley was refreshed with new cabinetry and flooring, complemented by a new induction cooktop and twin ovens, while the master received new linens and the interior as a whole was enhanced with new furniture and soft goods. The lower guest deck saw the two aft staterooms upgraded from queen to king, together with new soft furnishings and linens throughout. Up on the sun deck, a new aft-facing glass bar with stools was installed behind the jacuzzi, a new 55-inch television was added, a new forward dining table introduced, and the jacuzzi step was re-teaked with stainless trim for a crisply detailed finish. Exterior upgrades included heat-control film applied to the bridge deck windows and a new teak swim step. The audio/visual suite was fully renewed, including a complete AV system replacement and new Starlink Wi‑Fi with two panels. Below the waterline, the hull benefitted from new bottom paint and a Prop Speed application, Naiad stabilizer seals and hoses were serviced, shaft and seal maintenance was completed, and a lightship survey was carried out. Rounding out the 2024 program, the air handler was serviced and the black water treatment system was replaced.

A cosmetic refresh in 2022 further refined the yacht’s presentation. Guest area walls and floors were revarnished throughout; stone, marble, and leather were refurbished; and galley surfaces were renewed. On the bridge, the floor was revarnished, surfaces were painted, and leather refreshed. Technical updates included a new gyrosphere fitted to the Anschutz STD22 in May 2022.

During winter 2019/2020, a major mechanical overhaul reset the engine room to zero hours and laid the foundation for the yacht’s current reliability. Both main engines were fully overhauled and reset to zero hours at 4,000 hours, with a 2,000-hour service completed in December 2022. Both generators were fully overhauled, with top-end rebuilds subsequently completed in 2025. Both reduction gearboxes and both PTOs were rebuilt, both Vulcan couplings were renewed, both main engine exhausts were replaced, and both engine room exhaust motors and their associated ductwork were renewed. The watermaker, including its HP pumps, was overhauled, and the AC cooling system was comprehensively upgraded with per-compressor cut-offs and new pumps; cooling pipework was renewed and multiple cooling pumps replaced. All tanks were inspected, the black and grey tanks were cleaned, the black water pipe was renewed, engine room deck plates were renewed, and the AC units were overhauled and de-sanitized. Concurrent deck works included replacement of the satellite domes and mast cables, a new sun deck overhead canopy, new fender holders to eliminate paint chafe, refreshed paintwork, strengthened aft jacuzzi deck substructure and handle rail, teak decking re‑corked with deck hatches re‑sealed, outside lockers cleaned, re‑coated, and lined, mooring deck winches fitted with reinforced chassis, safety equipment overhauled and re‑coated, the sun deck windbreaker plexiglass renewed, and the chase tender re‑corked, sealed, and cleaned.

Accommodations

Accommodations for twelve guests are arranged across six ensuite staterooms set over two decks, served by eight heads in total. The professional crew are housed in four crew quarters providing seven berths, including a dedicated captain’s cabin.

The full-beam master suite on the main deck centers on a king bed and opens to a private balcony with jacuzzi; its generous ensuite is appointed with twin vanities and a walk-in dressing area. On the bridge deck, a queen-bed stateroom with ensuite—created in the 2024 refit from the original gym—adds welcome flexibility. The lower deck offers two aft cabins, each ensuite, whose queen beds were upgraded to king in 2024, and two forward cabins, also ensuite, arranged in twin and double configurations.

Bridge & electronics

Command and communications in the pilothouse are anchored by the Sailor 6301 SSB, complemented by VHF capability comprising one Sailor 6222 DSC and one Sailor 6248, while a Vingtor VSP-211-L intercom ensures crisp internal coordination. Safety messaging and data reception are handled by the Furuno NX700 Navtex, with GMDSS coverage provided through Inmarsat C - Sailor 6110.

Precision navigation comes from two Furuno RCU-014 radars, an Anschutz STD22 gyrocompass with a new gyrosphere fitted in May 2022, and a Northrop Grumman Type 2060 magnetic compass. The Navis AP3000 autopilot, Furuno depth sounder, and Simrad MX510 GPS work in concert for assured passage-making, while charting is managed by one Navnet TZ Touch alongside one TIMEZERO. Performance data flows through a Federico Landucci wind and speed log, and onboard systems are overseen by the Benetti BEST Monitoring System.

Entertainment and connectivity are equally current, with the Benetti BEST System delivering the experience and the full AV package replaced in 2024. TVRO is by Intellion with the system new in 2021, high-speed internet arrives via two Starlink panels installed during the 2024 AV upgrade, and the sun deck is crowned by a new 55" display (2024).

Engineering

Power is delivered by twin inboard diesel MTU 12V 2000 M91 main engines producing 2,238 kW. The port engine carries serial number 535 108 321 and the starboard 535 108 322, with 7,245 hours recorded on each as of 23 October 2025. Both mains were fully overhauled and reset to zero hours during winter 2019/2020 at 4,000 hours, and the two-thousand-hour service was completed in December 2022. Electrical generation is supplied by two Kohler 80 EFOZD units rated at 80 kW each, with the port generator spec number GM 57977-GA24; hours stand at 20,832 on the port and 20,857 on the starboard as of 23 October 2025. Both gensets were fully overhauled in winter 2019/2020, with top-end rebuilds completed in 2025. Shore power capacity is provided by two 38.25 kW connections, while the service battery bank delivers 480 Ah at 24 V, complemented by dedicated 24 V, 200 Ah generator start and 24 V, 200 Ah main engine start batteries.

Drive is transmitted through ZF 3000 gearboxes, while stability underway and at anchor is assured by a Naiad Marine Model 525 system with DATUM control and zero-speed capability, operating hydraulically underway and electro-hydraulically at anchor. Close-quarters authority comes from a Naiad Marine Model 20 bow thruster, with precise helm response via a BSC STEER 2000 steering system.

Auxiliary systems include two Idromar MC9 Duplex watermakers; Dometic MCGV480(001)SCL air conditioning delivering 40 tons across four units; Alfa Laval fuel separation and filtration; Headhunter sewage treatment; an Idromar fresh water system; and a Gianneschi air compressor.

Galley & laundry

The main galley, with cabinetry and flooring replaced in 2024, is equipped for gourmet service with a new 2024 Miele induction cooktop, two new 2024 Miele ovens, a Miele microwave, and two custom-built refrigerator/freezer units. Cleanup is effortless thanks to the Miele Professional G7856 dishwasher, while a U-Line ice maker ensures a steady supply of ice.

The crew galley and laundry are equally well specified, featuring a Miele refrigerator, two Miele Professional VARIO washing machines, and two Miele Professional VARIO dryers to keep operations running smoothly.

Deck, tenders & safety

On deck, precise handling is assured by an Italwinch RID 734 AC anchor windlass working with galvanised anchors and chain, while Quick TB8 5500 AC aft warping capstans streamline docking. Boarding is effortless via a Mor Saverio 079T passerelle. Outdoor living is elevated with a bridge-deck-forward jacuzzi encircled by seating, a private jacuzzi on the master balcony, and an aft-facing glass bar with stools on the sundeck, new in 2024. The sundeck forward offers a dining area with a new table added in 2024, bridge-deck glazing benefits from heat-control film applied in 2024, and the swim step received new teak in 2024.

Accompanying the yacht is the chase tender IMPATIENT, a 2018 Sea-Vee 390Z powered by triple Mercury 350 hp outboards, separately documented and insured. The rescue/crew tender is an ABB with a Yamaha 15 hp outboard, davit-launched aft. For on-water fun, there are two Seabob watercraft and one Lift eFoil. Safety provisions include three ten-person Zodiac life rafts plus one twelve-person Zodiac, two smoke-and-light life rings and two line life rings, an ACR Global Fix V4 EPIRB, a full complement of smoke, rocket, and handheld flares, and medical stores comprising an MCA Cat-B medical kit, AED, and oxygen bottle. Fire protection is robust, with FM200 and CO2 fixed-suppression serving the engine room and galley, twenty-eight portable extinguishers covering foam, CO2, and dry powder, and Autoprime alarms.
