Detailed Description

Refits

A comprehensive program of refits and preventative maintenance has been undertaken to present the yacht in truly turnkey condition. The main engine has been overhauled, as have the diesel generators, while all refrigerators and their dedicated pumps have been fully serviced. The osmosis system and evaporator received complete service, the windlass was overhauled, and a new tender boat was added to the inventory. Below deck, the bilges were meticulously cleaned and painted, and a general electrical service was carried out. Stainless-steel works included repairs to the fishing deck ladder alongside broad INOX refurbishments throughout.

Extensive joinery enhancements elevate the yacht’s finish: the bar area woodwork has been serviced; additional woodwork on the deck area behind the mast was attended to; the galley floor and hall have been carefully varnished; the open table on the outer deck and the inner dining table were refinished; general outer deck varnishes were renewed; and the entire lounge area woodwork has been freshly varnished to a deep, lustrous sheen. Technical integrity was strengthened with maintenance and painting of the bilge tanks, as well as the black and grey water tanks, all maintained and repainted. Non-return valves were serviced, the hydraulic system was inspected and serviced, and piping runs were serviced and selectively replaced. The angle meter was serviced, and INOX generator exhaust manifolds were renewed for long-term reliability.

Sail care has been equally thorough, with complete maintenance of the sails carried out at Doctor Sail in Athens. On deck, tents were washed and replaced as needed, ropes were maintained and replaced where appropriate, and ongoing INOX upkeep continued, complemented by regular deck washing and preservation. The anchor chain received a fresh paint job, and water toys were maintained and replaced to keep the onboard experience current and enjoyable.

Major dockyard works underscore the yacht’s diligent stewardship: anodes were replaced at DD 3/2021; the sea chest and overboard valves were replaced at DD 33/2021; the anchor was re-galvanized at DD 03/21; and new depth and wind speed meters were installed at DD 03/21. Freshwater tanks were painted at DD 03/21, and the bottom was painted at DD 03/2021. Together, these works confirm a vessel maintained with precision, foresight and care.
