Overview
Launched in 2025, FREYA fuses the volume and stature of a 30‑metre luxury motor yacht with the pace and polished Italian superyacht styling of the Ferretti Yachts 1000. Though her length is 30.13 metres, her RINA‑certified hull stays under 24 metres, bringing potential benefits in operation, compliance and ownership. Driven by twin 2,638 hp MTU engines, she attains 28 knots, while Seakeeper stabilisation, tropical‑spec air conditioning and an enhanced specification deliver superb comfort underway and at anchor. With minimal hours and manufacturer’s warranty through March 2027, FREYA offers immediate entry to the Ferretti Yachts 1000 experience without a new‑build wait.
Detailed Description
General
Accommodating ten guests in five guest cabins and supported by a dedicated crew of five housed in three crew cabins, this yacht maintains an ideal onboard climate with tropical air conditioning throughout the saloon, guest cabins, and crew areas. Stability and comfort are elevated by zero-speed gyroscopic stabilizers and navigating fin stabilizers, while upgraded generators provide robust, reliable power for every voyage.
External
Teak graces the flybridge deck with black caulking, while the cockpit, side decks, bow, and platform are likewise finished in teak. Port and starboard side-deck doors enhance movement on board. At the bow, a natural teak table converts into a generous sunpad, and the aft beach platform hosts a sunbathing lounge complete with covers.
Versatility continues with awning systems on the bow dinette, aft platform, and flybridge, all supported by carbon poles. Evening ambiance is elevated by exterior courtesy lights with dimmers, complemented by two pop-up courtesy lights in the bow living area, while below the waterline two pairs of underwater lights join an additional pair of watertight underwater lights.
For anchoring and mooring, upgraded anchor chains of 150 m with a 14 mm diameter work in concert with two 3000 W anchor winches and two stern mooring winches with 90 kg pool anchors. Access ashore is effortless via a hydraulic telescopic passerelle, and navigation is aided by an upgraded electric searchlight. The aft glass rail features predisposition for a backlit boat name, and the navigation equipment is elegantly painted.
Interior
Thoughtfully engineered air extractors maintain fresh airflow throughout all bathrooms, while interior courtesy lighting with dimmers sets the perfect ambiance. The Master cabin features electric curtains with full blackout, a specification mirrored in the VIP and Guest cabins, and the saloon is appointed with electric curtains to harmonize with its electric sliding saloon door. For versatile access and open-air flow, the saloon also offers manual glass doors to port and starboard. In the Guest cabins, sliding beds provide adaptable sleeping arrangements without compromising space or comfort.
Technical
Engineered for uncompromising performance, the yacht features upgraded power generation from two Kohler 35 kW generators, supported by an inverter/battery charger and a dedicated converter. Long‑range autonomy is assured by an Idromar Duplex watermaker delivering 360 l/h, while onboard utilities are refined with German Schuko sockets throughout and both a shore fresh‑water intake and a shore electric line, the latter managed seamlessly by a Glendinning system.
Commanding maneuverability comes from hydraulic bow and stern thrusters rated at 50 hp and 40 hp respectively, complemented by Seakeeper gyro stabilisers for exceptional comfort underway and at anchor. Practicality is elevated with a high‑pressure water cleaner offering three positions, and an electro‑hydraulic garage door provides effortless access to the tender bay for swift, convenient operations.
Navigation
Navigation is elevated by an upgraded Simrad display suite, complemented by a Simrad 16" repeater in the crew dinette for seamless redundancy and team-wide situational awareness. A Simrad NAIS500 AIS transponder with RX/TX ensures full transmit-and-receive tracking, while the Watchit anti-collision system adds proactive hazard avoidance. Oversight across the vessel is strengthened by a CCTV camera kit with dedicated switch, and confident night passages are supported by a powerful electric searchlight. Precise close-quarters maneuvering is assured via the cockpit control station, delivering fingertip control exactly where it’s needed.
Audio visual
Immersive onboard entertainment begins in the saloon with a 75-inch TV, while the Master cabin features a 55-inch mirror TV. The port VIP cabin is fitted with a 50-inch mirror TV, with a matching 50-inch mirror TV in the starboard VIP cabin, and the port and starboard Guest cabins each include a 43-inch mirror TV. The crew dinette is equipped with a 24-inch TV. A premium exterior audio system delivers rich sound across the open-air decks, and a premium 5G internet package keeps guests seamlessly connected. A KVH TV8 satellite antenna with a receiver in the saloon provides satellite programming, and TV SAT cabling for the cabins ensures distribution throughout.
Domestic
Designed to elevate everyday living at sea, the yacht’s domestic amenities include an additional refrigerator on the flybridge, an icemaker with an independent water reservoir on the flybridge, and a Texan grill on the flybridge for effortless open-air entertaining. Below, a wine cooler keeps vintages at the ideal temperature, while a five-ring induction cooking top pairs with a 90 cm galley oven and a built-in microwave oven to deliver full culinary capability. Practicality meets convenience with an independent washer and dryer, ensuring extended voyages remain as comfortable as home.
Tender & toys
Designed for effortless days on the water, this yacht features a dedicated jet ski launching system—please note that the jet ski is not included—while a conveniently located tender fuel pump in the garage enables swift, hassle-free refueling. A Williams DieselJet 445 tender takes center stage, complemented by an accessory kit for the Williams tender to ensure seamless operation and readiness at a moment’s notice.
