Overview

She features the classic five-stateroom configuration typical of a 40-meter tri-deck luxury motor yacht, yet boasts an all-new interior completed in the fall of 2024. The flybridge layout was significantly refined under the present ownership, offering easier circulation, a walk-behind bar, and a spa Jacuzzi.

Detailed Description

Walkthrough

New photography coming soon! Board from the stern via the yacht’s extra-long passerelle into the semi-enclosed aft deck, where glass side enclosures and an aft-side clear vinyl enclosure provide protection. Built-in and loose seating gather around a centered dining table, while a curved stair descends to the lazarette and Engine Room. Wing doors open to the side decks, and a unique centered four-seat bar at the aft end of the Salon allows for port and starboard Salon entry doors from the aft deck. The Salon is appointed with a new six-cushion sofa and two chairs; forward, a low room divider separates and frames a round eight-place dining table. Forward to starboard, a Day Head and companionway lead to the king-size Master Suite with his-and-her Heads forward. A centered stair in the dining area serves four guest cabins below. To port and forward in the Dining Salon, the Galley access and stairs descend to the Crew area, which contains a queen-size Captain’s Suite and two bunk rooms, each with its own Head; the crew lounge sits opposite the Captain’s Cabin. The lower deck offers four cabins arranged around a central foyer: three ensuite cabins with queen-size berths and a fourth with twin berths. The full-beam Skylounge provides ample seating and a Day Head, while forward a generous Pilothouse features updated equipment. Aft of the Skylounge, a shaded port and starboard seating area leads further aft to the boat deck. Under current ownership, the Flybridge has been greatly refit to provide improved access, a walk-behind bar, hot tub, and seating, all beneath a Pipewelders FRP hardtop. In the fall of 2024, nearly all of the yacht’s soft goods were replaced, and she presents very, very well.

Salon

Entered from the aft deck through port or starboard hinged doors that flank an Emperador dark marble three-glass-door bar unit, the salon immediately sets a sophisticated tone. Just forward, a two-level marble-topped bar hosts a U-Line clear ice machine and a Summit stainless steel drink fridge on either side of a stainless steel bar sink, while four new leather bar stools face aft across an Emperador dark marble sole that echoes the bar top’s richness. Outboard, curved glass windows mirror the yacht’s air trunk profile, with a walkway outside the glass enhancing the sense of flow and light.

Forward of the bar, the spacious salon carries a newly carpeted sole and all-new furnishings, highlighted by a custom-built six-cushion upholstered L-shaped couch with a raised wood base and storage below, accompanied to port by an attractive wood coffee table. To starboard, two new upholstered swivel chairs frame an entertainment center that includes an Intellian SAT TV receiver, a Marantz surround sound receiver, a Parasound two-channel amplifier, a Crestron control processor, a Direct TV HD DVR, and the salon’s Apple TV in port and starboard cabinets, while between them a timber cabinet conceals a pop-up 65" Samsung Smart TV.

Overhead, a large eight-sided backlit tray ceiling showcases eight mirrored panels, each with its own light, and the four port and four starboard house side windows can be dressed with Duette shades as desired. The space is enriched by two built-in wall speakers and three overhead speakers for a five-channel sound system, together with a smoke and fire sensor, while climate is managed by a Micro-Air touch screen system distributing air through port and starboard valances.

Dining salon

Positioned forward of the salon yet open to it, and delineated by two sofa-height room dividers and full-height columns, the dining salon presents an inviting setting. At its center stands a glass table with a matching glass Lazy Susan and an attractive base, surrounded by eight upholstered, wood-trimmed dining chairs and set over a contiguous carpeted sole. Overhead, a similar but smaller eight-sided tray ceiling feature with cove lighting and nine dimmable light fixtures adds architectural drama and tailored ambiance.

On three sides of the table, Emperador Dark–topped wood cabinets provide dedicated dining storage, with five to port, four aft, and four to starboard for an abundance of space. Forward to port, the galley is accessed through a set of frosted-glass, wood-trimmed doors; centered, steps rise to the skylounge; and to starboard are a day head, steps to below, a starboard-side entry door, and the passage forward to the master cabin.

The dining area is also appointed with overhead speakers, six additional overhead lights, and stereo speakers. Port and starboard, windows fitted with Duette shades frame the view, while Digital Easy Touch A/C controls deliver cool air via the port and starboard valances.

Day head

Positioned forward to starboard of the dining area, the day head features an Emperador dark marble sole and countertop, a two‑tone sink, and three panels of mirrors. A Smart Tint window shade shifts from clear to opaque at the touch of a button to ensure instant privacy, while the vanity provides practical storage below. A variety of lighting options allow the ambiance to be tailored to the moment.

Entry foyer

From the starboard side deck, enter through a doggable hinged door fitted with a Phantom screen, complemented by a sidelight with shades, and step onto an Emperador dark marble sole that sets a refined tone. Just inboard, a stairway leads down to the four cabins below, while forward a dedicated companionway guides you to the private Master Cabin. Ahead, three discreet cabinets conceal the breaker panels that service this area of the yacht.

Master cabin

Entered from the starboard side, this full-beam sanctuary opens with a two-door, cedar-lined, auto-lit hanging locker inboard, while outboard five house-side windows with shades bathe the space in natural light above open shelving and storage cabinets. The king-size berth, set off the forward bulkhead, features two drawers beneath on either side and an upholstered four-panel headboard; flanking it, twin rounded-front nightstands with marble tops host table lamps with mirrored panels above. Overhead, a mirrored soffit delivers cool air intentionally over, and not directly onto, the berth. Discreetly positioned to either side of the nightstands are entrances to his and her heads. Forward to starboard, a chest of six drawers is topped with a Birdseye Maple horizontal surface, while to port nine matching drawers are followed by a marble-topped vanity and a cabinet concealing a U-Line drink fridge.

On the aft bulkhead, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV is flanked by two glass-front art niches with three small drawers below; further below, six additional drawers and two cabinets house a Marantz AV amplifier, a Sony Blu-ray player, a Niles audio amplifier, and an Apple TV. To port, a large walk-in wardrobe, cedar-lined with abundant hanging space, is complemented by a forward and a side-deck window with shades; on the inside of the door, a full-height dressing mirror enhances convenience. The master also includes stereo speakers, ample overhead lighting, and a Furuno RD 33 data display.

In 2021, the master cabin was further elevated with Soundown carpet underlay, soft-close drawer hardware, electric window shades, new marble in the heads, and a refined shower enclosure.

His and her heads

To starboard, the His head presents a refined composition of an Emperador light marble sole, elegant wainscoting and countertops, and a crisp white painted vanity offering four cabinets and two drawers. An undermount China sink with modern fixtures pairs with a newer Raritan toilet, while a mirrored medicine cabinet sits above. Soft illumination from two sconce lights is artfully complemented by LED rope lighting below the vanity, with house side windows bringing in natural light and a heated towel rack adding indulgent warmth. Between the two heads, a large marble shower invites unhurried rituals, offering the choice of an overhead rain fixture or a wall-mounted fixture, a large bench and fiddled shelf positioned forward, and, on either side, a partially frosted glass door with sidelights.

Accommodation foyer

From the forward center section of the salon, ten carpeted steps with a two-tone railing descend to the accommodation foyer, set on an Emperador dark marble sole. To port, a locker conceals a separate Siemens washer and dryer, new in 2019, behind a maple wood door; next aft, a two-door stewardess locker is followed by a half-height, two-door cupboard topped with matching marble. To starboard, a larger stewardess locker is complemented by open shelving for art pieces. Forward beneath the stairs, a neatly integrated nook houses a U-Line clear ice machine and a slim Summit drink fridge, both new in 2019. Aft, two cabin doors lead to Queen cabins, while forward, two doors serve a Twin cabin to port and a Queen to starboard.

Port queen cabin

Entered via the forward end, a queen-size berth lies athwartships against the outboard bulkhead. Four drawers are set beneath the berth, while a padded headboard above continues seamlessly over twin Birdseye Maple two-drawer nightstands crowned with table lamps. LED rope lighting glows beneath the berth. Above, two large opening portholes concealed behind sliding Shoji screens provide light, ventilation, and a means of escape.

At the foot of the berth, six large maple drawers sit below an inset area, with two additional cabinets and open shelving above. A Samsung 42-inch Smart TV is mounted on the inboard bulkhead. Forward and outboard is a cedar-lined, auto-lit hanging locker with a marble sole and a dressing mirror inside the door.

The aft bulkhead is mirrored and incorporates the entrance to the ensuite head. This cabin also features soffit-style A/C delivery, digital A/C controls, a smoke/fire sensor, stereo speakers, eight overhead lights, and a carpeted sole. The Zeno mattress is brand new.

Port queen head

Just aft of the cabin, a generous ensuite head showcases a three-drawer, three-cabinet vanity topped with a solid-surface countertop and an elegant China sink, with mirrors above the countertop amplifying light and depth. Outboard, a newer Raritan head is complemented by a large opening porthole fitted with Duette shades and an A/C vent for comfort. Inboard, an FRP stall shower features a clear glass door with sidelight and a shower fixture that can be wall mounted or used handheld. The sole is finished in Emperador light marble, while an exhaust fan, four overhead lights, two sconce lights, LED rope lights, and a fully mirrored overhead complete the bright, refined ambiance.

Just aft of the cabin, a generously sized ensuite head welcomes you with a three-drawer, three-cabinet vanity, its China sink set into a solid-surface countertop with mirrors above. Outboard sits a newer Raritan head, complemented by a large opening porthole dressed with Duette shades and served by an A/C vent. Inboard, an FRP stall shower features a clear glass door with sidelight and a shower fixture that can be wall mountable or handheld. The sole is finished in Emperador light marble, while comfort and illumination are assured by an exhaust fan, four overhead lights, two sconce lights, LED rope lights, and a fully mirrored overhead.

Entered from the aft end, the cabin centers on a queen-size berth set athwartships off the outboard bulkhead, with four drawers and LED rope lighting tucked neatly beneath. Flanking the berth are two-drawer nightstands crowned by table lamps, while a padded headboard provides a refined backdrop. An opening porthole for light, ventilation, and escape sits discreetly behind a sliding Shoji screen. At the foot of the berth, five cabinet doors are topped by a mirrored inset area, followed by two additional cabinets, two open shelves, and the cabin’s 32" Samsung Smart TV. The forward bulkhead houses a two-door auto-lit hanging ladder, the entrance to the ensuite head, and, outboard, three additional drawers.

Comfort is assured with soffit-style A/C delivery managed by digital A/C controls, complemented by a smoke/fire sensor, stereo speakers, five overhead lights, and a carpeted sole. The Zeno mattress is brand new.

Forward starboard queen cabin head

Just aft of the cabin lies a generously sized ensuite head highlighted by a vanity with two cabinets and a china sink set into a solid-surface countertop with mirrors above. Outboard are a newer Raritan head, a large opening porthole fitted with Duette shades, and an A/C vent, while inboard an FRP stall shower features a clear glass door and sidelight and a shower fixture that can be wall-mounted or handheld. The sole is finished in Emperador Light marble, and the space is further enhanced by an exhaust fan, four overhead lights, two sconce lights, LED rope lights, and a fully mirrored overhead.

Forward port twin cabin

Accessed from the aft end, this inviting cabin is arranged with twin berths set to either side of the entry door. Each berth features a new Zeno mattress, two drawers, and soft rope lighting tracing the perimeter, while a padded headboard and a fiddled shelf crown each sleeping space for refined utility. At the foot of the inboard berth, a double-door, auto-lit, cedar-lined locker with a marble sole offers beautifully appointed stowage.

Above the outboard berth, a large opening porthole provides light, ventilation, and an escape route, discreetly screened by sliding Shoji panels. At the foot of the outboard berth, an L-shaped bank of six drawers sits beneath a 32-inch Samsung Smart TV, with the entrance to the ensuite head conveniently nearby.

Forward port twin cabin head

Just aft of the cabin is a generous ensuite head centered on a two-cabinet vanity with a China sink set into a solid surface countertop and mirrors above. Outboard is a Raritan head, a large opening porthole with Duette shades, and an A/C vent, while inboard an FRP stall shower features a clear glass door with sidelight and a shower fixture that is wall-mountable or handheld. The sole of the head is Emperador light marble, complemented by an exhaust fan, four overhead lights, two sconce lights, LED rope lights, and a fully mirrored overhead.

Skylounge

Immediately aft of the Pilothouse, the generous Skylounge welcomes with a $75,000 Brazilian Walnut hardwood sole, a bespoke upgrade executed by Delta Marine in Seattle. Currently configured as a wonderful TV lounge, this versatile space is designed for relaxation and entertaining; to both port and aft are grey leather double recliners with storage and illuminated cup holders, separated by a round end table with a lamp above, while to starboard a single Merlot-colored matching recliner provides an additional comfortable perch. Also to starboard, a bar integrates a drink fridge, a glass vessel sink, and both open and enclosed storage, all crowned by an uba tuba granite top, and the outboard side is lined with four large windows fitted with Duette shades.

Forward, a 65” Samsung Smart TV is flanked by two glass-front storage cabinets, with an uba tuba granite countertop below featuring five cabinet doors and a realistic electric fireplace that provides heat when desired. The area’s entertainment electronics include a Marantz surround-sound A/V receiver, a Direct TV HD+ receiver, and an Apple TV.

Complementing the views and natural light, there are three additional windows with shades to port and two full-height windows with shades aft that flank a double stainless-steel–trimmed entry door. Overhead, a very large octagonal tray ceiling combines cove lighting with eight direct lights, while fourteen additional light fixtures, a 5-channel stereo sound system, and a smoke/fire detector complete the ambiance and functionality of this elevated retreat.

Pilothouse

Reconfigured by the previous owner, this pilothouse invites participation beyond the captain. The centerline helm is served by two Stidd leather helm chairs, while a raised lounge to starboard grants superb sightlines for guests eager to share the view. Aft are three drawers with additional storage below, and to port a traditional double seat provides comfortable passage-making atop four drawers for neatly organized stowage. Further aft, the typical three-person raised pilothouse seat pairs with a height-adjustable table, complemented to port by a three-drawer cabinet. Above this seating, two 32” LG monitors display CCTV feeds and the yacht’s Maretron monitoring system, alongside other equipment. Port and starboard doggable hinged doors open to the Portuguese bridge, each fitted with Phantom screens, and the windshield’s five-panel design uses curved outboard panes to enhance visibility. Overhead, integrated grab rails, twelve overhead lights, stereo speakers, and a smoke/fire sensor express purposeful refinement. The sole matches the Skylounge, its Brazilian Walnut hardwood continuing forward from the Skylounge to create a seamless, richly finished environment.

Pilothouse electronics

Command and situational awareness are elevated by two Garmin 7616 multifunction displays dedicated to charts, radar, and depth, complemented by two Furuno seventy-two–mile color radar monitors with twelve-inch screens and a Furuno FCV 295 color depth sounder with a 10.5-inch screen. Precision heading and navigation are assured by a Furuno SAT compass and a six-inch Ritchie magnetic compass in the binnacle, while a Furuno Class A AIS FA0170 (new 2021) further enhances safety. A twenty-inch monitor supports the TimeZero chart program (new 2021) alongside a nineteen-inch Insignia monitor for Nobeltec, and two anchor chain counters (new 2021) add confident anchoring control. Entertainment and communication are refined by a Fusion stereo with XM radio, model MSVD-750, supported by two ICOM M604 VHF radios and two Garmin GM120 four-inch displays. Hands-on steering precision comes from a Simrad AP70 autopilot with a Simrad AP remote integrated into the helm chair armrest with joystick, and night operations benefit from two ACR searchlight remote panels. Critical systems are tracked via five bilge pump counters, a Hatteras systems monitor, and a high-bilge and smoke detector panel aft with the yacht’s diagram, while always-on connectivity is delivered by a Fortinet internet VOIP/PBX system with wireless handsets and seamless network coverage throughout the yacht, plus KVH FB 250 SATCOM.

Engine room airflow is optimized with Delta T fan control, climate is fine-tuned through digital A/C controls and a Cruiseair Logic control screen, and visibility is expanded by two LG thirty-two–inch touchscreen monitors for cameras feeding eight Lorex security cameras (new 2021). A wind instrument on the aft bulkhead and a Maxwell chain counter join a Maretron ship’s monitoring system (upgraded 2020) to keep the captain fully informed. Precision deck handling includes windlass controls, three wiper controls, two DDEC engine monitors with DDEC electric engine controls, station-active control, ABT bow/stern thruster controls, and start/stop buttons with key switches.

Day head

Just aft to port of the pilothouse, the day head features a refined black pedestal sink and a VacuFlush toilet, complemented by an outboard window with shades and a mirrored overhead. The space is finished with a Brazilian Walnut hardwood sole, illuminated by two lights, ventilated by an exhaust fan, and incorporates the yacht’s fire alarm control panel.

Galley

The galley features its own port side entry door fitted with a Phantom sliding screen, opening from a marble entry foyer that includes a cedar-lined hanging locker. Forward lies the galley proper, an L-shaped, well-planned space that has been largely updated in recent years, and further forward is access to the crew area.

Galley equipment

Thoughtfully designed for both culinary ambition and relaxed gathering, the galley features a three-person curved settee with a small table set opposite a GE Profile five-burner glass-top cooktop, a GE double wall-mounted stainless steel convection oven, and a GE stainless steel built-in microwave over the cooktop with an exhaust fan and work light, all aided by overhead large exhaust fans for rapid ventilation. Refrigeration and cold storage are comprehensive, with a GE side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a KitchenAid side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with freezer and a drawer below, and two Summit stainless steel below-counter freezers, while cleanup is handled by a GE stainless steel dishwasher and a GE trash compactor. A double stainless steel sink with a removable spray faucet pairs with an InSinkErator garbage disposal, set against a tiled backsplash and capped by an elegant Uba Tuba granite countertop. LED fluorescent light fixtures and port-side windows with shade provide balanced illumination, and onboard technology includes a Samsung 26-inch TV for CCTV, an ICOM M-424 VHF radio, a vessel monitoring panel, and two stereo speakers. Safety is quietly integrated with a fire blanket, a smoke detector, and a concealed fixed fire suppression system with manual override positioned over the cooktop. Abundant storage is delivered by fourteen white painted cabinets, four white painted drawers, two full-height pantry cabinets, and one full-height storage cabinet, all set over a durable vinyl teak-and-holly-look sole, with a coffee machine at the ready for every passage.

Crew area

Descend nine steps from the forward galley to discover a surprisingly expansive crew area that has been thoughtfully arranged for comfort and efficiency, featuring an ample crew lounge, a private captain’s cabin with en suite head, and two bunk rooms, each appointed with its own private head.

Crew lounge

At the bottom of the crew steps to starboard, the lounge welcomes with a six-person ultra-leather raised settee arranged around a small Corian table, while open shelving, a porthole, and soffit-style A/C delivery gracefully surround the seating. Just aft, a full-size locker provides generous stowage.

Moving forward, the galley area features Corian countertops, a stainless steel sink, a stainless steel microwave, nine cabinet doors, a Whirlpool fridge/freezer, a fold-down ironing board, a VHF, a Maretron panel, a Hatteras systems monitor, a 29-inch Samsung monitor dedicated to CCTV, and a 33-inch Samsung monitor for TV. The entire space is finished with a Lonseal teak-look vinyl sole, and the forward steps lift to reveal a large storage and technical area for pumps, sumps, and related equipment.

Also in this area are separate Samsung washer and dryer units.

Captain's cabin

At the base of the stairs to port lies the private captain’s cabin, centered around an athwartships double berth flanked by twin two-door nightstands. Beneath the bed, drawer storage keeps essentials secure, while open shelving and an opening porthole above the berth bring light and practicality. Aft, a two-door cedar-lined hanging locker provides generous wardrobe space, and at the foot of the berth a chest of three drawers is crowned by open storage and two cabinet doors above.

The cabin is equipped with a windspeed remote panel, a 32” Samsung Smart TV, a Maretron screen, and a 9” Garmin MFD.

Forward, the ensuite head features a Raritan Atlantis toilet, a vanity with two cabinets below and a sink above, mirrored medicine cabinets, and a stall shower with a seat and a hand-held or wall-mountable fixture.

Starboard crew cabin

Set all the way forward in the forepeak, this upper-and-lower cabin arrangement offers thoughtful storage with a drawer beneath the berth, two cabinets, and open shelving, complemented by a 26-inch Samsung TV and digital air-conditioning controls. Overhead, a deck hatch with a sliding screen and shade invites natural light and ventilation. The ensuite head is appointed with a Raritan Atlantis toilet, a vanity with two cabinets and a sink above, two mirrored medicine cabinets above, and a stall shower with a clear glass door, a seat, and a wall-mountable or handheld fixture. Comments

In 2021, as the current owner was upgrading from his 108 M/Y, he and the listing broker conducted an exhaustive search from coast to coast. They discovered the ideal provenance: a serious Pacific Northwest yachtsman who cruised his yacht to Alaska for less than three months each year. For the remaining nine months, the boat resided in an undercover boathouse on Seattle’s freshwater Lake Union, where he focused exclusively on upgrades and improvements, fitting countless new systems inside and out and effectively delivering annual refits from 2016 through 2021. The current owner carried this commitment forward with an entirely new flybridge layout in 2023 and a new interior in 2024; she was painted, clear-coated, and, perhaps most notably, now boasts an outstanding engine room.

She retains the standard five-cabin arrangement found in a 40 meter tri-deck, yet now showcases a brand-new interior from the fall of 2024. Under current ownership the FB layout was dramatically refined, introducing improved access, a walk-behind bar, and a spa tub.

Chartered only a handful of times by her present owner, she is a ready-to-go yacht for personal cruising or charter use.
