Overview

She features the classic five-stateroom layout typical of a 40m tri-deck motor yacht, yet showcases an all-new interior completed in Fall 2024. Under current ownership, the flybridge (FB) has been reimagined for effortless flow, adding a walk-behind bar, improved access, and a soothing spa tub—elevating this luxury superyacht to mega yacht standards.

Detailed Description

Walkthrough

NEW PHOTOGRAPHY COMING SOON! Boarding from the stern across the yacht’s extra‑long passerelle brings you onto the semi‑enclosed aft deck, fully protected by glass side enclosures and a clear vinyl aft curtain. Built‑in and freestanding seating encircle a centered dining table, creating a convivial alfresco salon. A curved staircase descends to the lazarette and Engine Room, while wing doors open to the side decks. A uniquely centered four‑seat bar positioned aft in the Salon allows seamless port and starboard entry from the aft deck. Inside, the Salon is freshly appointed with a new six‑cushion sofa and two chairs; forward, a low room divider defines a round eight‑place dining table. To starboard, a Day Head and a companionway lead forward to the king‑size Master Suite with separate his and her Heads. A centered staircase within the dining area invites you below to four guest cabins; forward to port in the Dining Salon is discreet Galley access and stairs to the Crew quarters, comprising a queen‑size Captain’s Suite and two bunk rooms, each with its own Head, with a comfortable crew lounge opposite the Captain’s Cabin. The lower deck’s four guest cabins are gracefully arranged around a central foyer—three ensuite cabins with queen berths and a fourth with twin berths. Above, the full‑beam Skylounge offers abundant seating and a Day Head, while forward, the generous Pilothouse showcases updated equipment. Aft of the Skylounge, shaded port and starboard seating flows to the boat deck. Under current ownership the Flybridge has been comprehensively refit, improving access and introducing a walk‑behind bar, a hot tub, and generous seating beneath a Pipewelders FRP hardtop. Nearly all soft goods were renewed in the Fall of 2024; she presents exceptionally well.

Salon

Entering the salon from the aft deck via either the port or starboard hinged doors, you are greeted by an Emperador Dark marble three–glass‑door bar credenza. Just forward, a handsome two‑level marble‑topped bar integrates a U‑Line clear ice machine and a Summit stainless drink fridge flanking a stainless bar sink, while four new leather barstools face aft atop a matching Emperador Dark marble sole. Outboard of the bar, curved glass windows echo the yacht’s air trunk geometry while preserving an exterior walkway beyond the glass. Forward, the spacious salon features new carpeting and all‑new furniture, including a custom six‑cushion upholstered L‑shaped sofa on a raised wood base with storage beneath, complemented to port by an elegant wood coffee table. To starboard, two new upholstered swivel chairs frame the entertainment center with Intellian SAT TV receiver, Marantz surround receiver, Parasound two‑channel amplifier, Crestron control processor, DirectTV HD DVR, and the salon’s Apple TV concealed within port and starboard cabinets; centered between, a timber cabinet reveals a pop‑up 65‑inch Samsung Smart TV. Above, an eight‑sided, back‑lit tray ceiling sparkles with eight mirrored panels, each with its own light, while four port and four starboard house‑side windows are dressed with Duette shades. The salon’s acoustic landscape is refined by two built‑in wall speakers and three overhead speakers for a five‑channel system, with a smoke and fire sensor overhead, and climate managed by a Micro‑Air touch‑screen system delivering air discreetly through port and starboard valances.

Dining salon

Open to the salon yet architecturally framed by sofa‑height dividers and full‑height columns, the dining salon centers on a glass table with a matching glass Lazy Susan and an artful base, surrounded by eight upholstered, wood‑trimmed dining chairs over a continuous carpeted sole. Overhead, a complementary but smaller eight‑sided tray ceiling with cove lighting and nine dimmable fixtures creates warm ambiance. Emperador Dark‑topped wood credenzas embrace three sides—five cabinets to port, four aft, and four to starboard—delivering abundant storage. Forward to port, frosted glass, wood‑trimmed doors discreetly reveal the Galley; central steps ascend to the Skylounge; to starboard reside a Day Head, steps below, a side entry door, and the passage forward to the Master cabin. The space is enriched by overhead speakers, six additional overhead lights, stereo speakers, port and starboard windows with Duette shades, and Digital Easy Touch A/C controls distributing cool air through port and starboard valances.

Day head

Forward to starboard of the dining area, the Day Head is elegantly finished with an Emperador Dark marble sole and countertop, a two‑tone sink framed by three mirrored panels, and a Smart Tint window that turns opaque or clear at the touch of a button for instant privacy. The vanity provides storage below, and layered lighting options allow you to tailor the mood.

Entry foyer

The starboard side‑deck entry welcomes you through a doggable hinged door with a Phantom screen, a shaded sidelight, and an Emperador Dark marble sole. Inboard, steps descend to the four guest cabins, while forward, a companionway leads to the private Master cabin. Three forward cabinets discreetly conceal breaker panels serving this zone of the yacht.

Master cabin

Entered from starboard, the full‑beam Master opens with a two‑door, cedar‑lined, auto‑lit hanging locker inboard, while outboard five house‑side windows with shades crown open shelving and storage cabinets below. The king‑size berth is set off the forward bulkhead with two drawers below on each side and an upholstered four‑panel headboard; flanking the berth, twin rounded‑front nightstands feature marble tops, table lamps, and mirrored panels above. A mirrored soffit over the berth quietly delivers cool air, intentionally above—not onto—the bed. To either side of the nightstands, discrete doors lead to His and Her Heads. Forward to starboard, a chest of six drawers beneath a Birdseye Maple horizontal surface adds refined utility; to port, nine matching drawers are followed by a marble‑topped vanity and a cabinet concealing a U‑Line drink fridge. The aft bulkhead presents a 65‑inch Samsung Smart TV flanked by two glass‑front art niches and three small drawers, with six additional drawers below and two cabinets housing a Marantz AV amplifier, Sony Blu‑ray player, Niles audio amplifier, and Apple TV. To port, a spacious walk‑in wardrobe, cedar‑lined with extensive hanging space and both forward and side‑deck windows with shades, is finished with a full‑height dressing mirror on the inside of the door. The suite is completed by stereo speakers, ample overhead lighting, and a Furuno RD33 data display. Thoughtful 2021 enhancements include a Soundown carpet underlay, soft‑close drawer hardware, electric window shades, upgraded marble in the Heads, and a new shower enclosure.

His and her heads

To starboard, His Head showcases Emperador Light marble across the sole, wainscoting, and countertops, paired with a white‑painted vanity offering four cabinets and two drawers. An undermount China sink with modern fixtures sits below a mirrored medicine cabinet, with twin sconce lights, LED rope lighting beneath the vanity, house‑side windows, and a heated towel rack elevating comfort. Between the two Heads is a generous marble shower with either an overhead rain fixture or wall‑mounted handset, served by a large bench and fiddled shelf forward; partially frosted glass doors and sidelights flank each side for privacy and light.

Accommodation foyer

From the salon’s forward center, ten carpeted steps with a two‑tone railing lead to the accommodation foyer laid in Emperador Dark marble. To port, a locker encloses a separate Siemens washer and dryer, both new in 2019, behind a maple door; next aft, a two‑door stewardess locker is followed by a half‑height two‑door cupboard with a matching marble top. To starboard, a larger stewardess locker and open art shelves add utility and elegance. Beneath the stair landing, a handy nook houses a U‑Line clear ice machine and a slim Summit drink fridge, both new in 2019. Aft, twin doors open to the Queen cabins; forward, two more doors reveal a port Twin and a starboard Queen.

At the foot of the berth, six large maple drawers sit beneath an inset display niche, with two additional cabinets and open shelving above. A Samsung 42‑inch Smart TV is mounted on the inboard bulkhead, while forward outboard a cedar‑lined, auto‑lit hanging locker with marble sole and a dressing mirror inside the door completes the ensemble. The aft bulkhead is mirrored and includes the entrance to the ensuite Head. The Emperador Light marble sole is accompanied by an exhaust fan, four overhead lights, two sconces, LED rope lighting, and a fully mirrored overhead.

Skylounge

Immediately aft of the Pilothouse, the generous Skylounge welcomes with a $75,000 Brazilian Walnut hardwood sole custom‑laid by Delta Marine in Seattle. Configured as an indulgent TV lounge with myriad uses, it features grey leather double recliners with storage and illuminated cupholders to port and aft, a round end table with a lamp between, and a single merlot‑hued matching recliner to starboard. A starboard bar offers a drink fridge, a glass vessel sink, and open and enclosed storage beneath an uba tuba granite top, with four large outboard windows dressed in Duette shades. Forward, a 65‑inch Samsung Smart TV is flanked by two glass‑front storage cabinets atop an uba tuba granite countertop with five cabinet doors and a realistic electric fireplace that produces heat when desired. Entertainment electronics include a Marantz surround A/V receiver, a DirectTV HD+ receiver, and Apple TV. Three shaded windows to port and two full‑height shaded aft windows flank the double stainless‑trimmed entry doors. Above, a vast octagonal tray ceiling with cove lighting and eight direct fixtures is complemented by fourteen additional overhead lights, a five‑channel stereo system, and a smoke/fire detector.

Pilothouse

Reimagined by the previous owner as a social command center, the Pilothouse retains a centered helm with two Stidd leather helm chairs while adding a raised starboard lounge that grants superb sightlines to any guest; three drawers aft and additional storage below keep it orderly. To port, a traditional double seat rides above four drawers, and aft a typical three‑person raised Pilothouse settee with a height‑adjustable table is paired with a three‑drawer cabinet to port. Overhead of this seating, twin 32‑inch LG monitors serve the CCTV and Maretron ship’s monitoring system among other tasks. Port and starboard, doggable hinged doors with Phantom screens lead to the Portuguese bridge. The five‑panel windshield incorporates curved outboard panes for enhanced visibility, and the Brazilian Walnut hardwood sole continues forward from the Skylounge. Overhead grab rails, twelve overhead lights, stereo speakers, and a smoke/fire sensor complete the arrangement.

Pilothouse electronics

The helm suite is comprehensively outfitted with two Garmin 7616 multifunction displays for charts, radar, and depth; two Furuno 72‑mile color radars with twelve‑inch screens; a Furuno FCV 295 color sounder with a 10.5‑inch display; and a Furuno SAT compass complemented by a six‑inch Ritchie magnetic binnacle compass. Traffic and situational awareness are enhanced by a Furuno Class A AIS FA0170 new in 2021, a twenty‑inch monitor for the TimeZero chart program added in 2021, and a nineteen‑inch Insignia monitor for Nobeltec. Ground tackle control is precise with two anchor chain counters new in 2021, a Maxwell chain counter, and windlass controls, while a Fusion MS‑VD750 stereo with XM radio enriches the journey. Communications include two Icom M604 VHF radios, two Garmin GM120 four‑inch data displays, and a Simrad AP70 autopilot with a Simrad AP remote and joystick integrated into the helm chair’s armrest. Night operations benefit from two ACR searchlight remote panels, and engineering oversight is assured with five bilge pump counters, a Hatteras systems monitor, a high‑bilge and smoke detector panel aft with a yacht diagram, and two LG thirty‑two‑inch touchscreen camera monitors feeding eight Lorex security cameras added in 2021. Connectivity and control flow through a Fortinet internet VOIP/PBX/wireless handset system providing network coverage throughout, KVH FB 250 SATCOM, Delta T engine room fan control, digital A/C controls, and a Cruiseair Logic control screen. Environmental and deck data are presented with a wind instrument on the aft bulkhead, the upgraded 2020 Maretron ship’s monitoring system, three wiper controls, dual DDEC engine monitors with DDEC electric engine controls, a station‑active control, ABT bow and stern thruster controls, and keyed start/stop switches.

Day head

Aft to port off the Pilothouse, the Day Head features a sculptural black pedestal sink, VacuFlush toilet, an outboard window with shades, and a mirrored overhead. The Brazilian Walnut hardwood sole underfoot, twin lights, an exhaust fan, and the yacht’s fire alarm control panel complete this refined utility space.

Galley

The Galley enjoys its own port‑side entry door with a Phantom sliding screen, arriving into a marble‑floored foyer with a cedar‑lined hanging locker. Forward, the L‑shaped Galley proper unfolds—well‑planned, highly functional, and significantly updated in recent years—with convenient access further forward to the crew area.

Galley eqiupment

Culinary capability is anchored by a three‑person curved settee with a small table opposite a GE Profile five‑burner glass‑top cooktop, a GE double wall‑mounted stainless‑steel convection oven, and a GE stainless built‑in microwave over the cooktop with an exhaust fan and work light enhanced by large overhead exhaust fans. Cleanup is effortless with a GE stainless dishwasher and a double stainless sink with a removable spray faucet, InSinkErator garbage disposal, and a GE trash compactor, all set beneath a tiled backsplash and atop uba tuba granite countertops under LED fluorescent fixtures. Cold storage is exceptional with a GE side‑by‑side stainless refrigerator/freezer, a KitchenAid side‑by‑side stainless refrigerator with a freezer drawer below, and two Summit stainless under‑counter freezers. Systems awareness includes a Samsung twenty‑six‑inch TV for CCTV, an Icom M‑424 VHF radio, a vessel monitoring panel, a fire blanket, and a smoke detector, while a concealed fixed fire suppression system with manual override protects the cooktop. Abundant stowage spans fourteen white‑painted cabinets, four white‑painted drawers, two full‑height pantry cabinets, and one full‑height storage cabinet, complemented by a vinyl teak‑and‑holly‑look sole, two stereo speakers, port‑side windows with a shade, and a coffee machine.

Crew area

Nine steps down from the forward Galley corridor, the surprisingly large crew area opens to an ample crew lounge, a private Captain’s cabin with ensuite Head, and two bunk rooms, each with its own private Head, all finished for durability and comfort.

Crew lounge

At the base of the crew steps to starboard, a six‑person ultra‑leather raised settee wraps a small Corian table, framed by open shelving, a porthole, and soffit‑style A/C delivery, with a full‑size locker just aft. Forward lies the crew galley with Corian countertops, a stainless sink and microwave, nine cabinet doors, a Whirlpool fridge/freezer, a fold‑down ironing board, a VHF, a Maretron panel, a Hatteras systems monitor, a 29‑inch Samsung monitor for CCTV, and a 33‑inch Samsung monitor for TV. The entire area rests on Lonseal teak‑look vinyl, and the forward steps lift to reveal generous storage and a technical space for pumps and sumps. Separate Samsung washer and dryer units are also installed.

Captain's cabin

At the base of the stairs to port, the private Captain’s cabin presents an athwartships double berth flanked by twin two‑door nightstands, with drawer storage beneath, open shelving, and an opening porthole above. Aft, a two‑door cedar‑lined hanging locker stands ready, while at the foot of the berth a chest of three drawers with open storage and two cabinet doors above organizes essentials. Equipment includes a windspeed remote panel, a 32‑inch Samsung Smart TV, a Maretron screen, and a nine‑inch Garmin MFD. Forward lies the ensuite Head with a Raritan Atlantis toilet, a vanity with two cabinets and a sink above, mirrored medicine cabinets, and a stall shower with a seat and either handheld or wall‑mount fixture.

Starboard crew cabin

All the way forward in the forepeak, the starboard crew cabin provides upper and lower berths with drawer storage beneath, two cabinets, open shelving, a 26‑inch Samsung TV, digital A/C controls, and overhead a deck hatch with sliding screen and shade. The ensuite Head offers a Raritan Atlantis toilet, a vanity with two cabinets and a sink above, two mirrored medicine cabinets, and a stall shower with a clear glass door, seat, and wall‑mountable or handheld fixture. All crew mattresses are new Zeno mattresses.

Port crew cabin

Mirroring its starboard counterpart in the forepeak, the port crew cabin features upper and lower berths with a drawer beneath, two cabinets, open shelving, a 26‑inch Samsung TV, digital A/C controls, and an overhead deck hatch with sliding screen and shade. The ensuite Head includes a Raritan Atlantis toilet, a vanity with two cabinets and a sink above, two mirrored medicine cabinets, and a stall shower with a clear glass door, seat, and wall‑mountable or handheld fixture. All crew mattresses are new Zeno mattresses.

Foredeck equipment

The foredeck combines light‑grey painted fiberglass non‑skid decking with a raised FRP bulwark and welded stainless side rails, anchored by two hydraulic Maxwell VWC 6000 vertical windlasses with up and down foot switches and two galvanized anchors nestled in stainless anchor pockets. Ground tackle comprises two 650‑foot lengths of galvanized chain each paired with twenty feet of stainless chain, serviced via a Bomar chain locker hatch and guided by four stainless fairleads. Lounging is effortless atop two built‑in sun lounges with lighted storage below, flanked by two additional lighted lockers outboard of the sunpads and doggable storage lockers on both side decks below deck level. Courtesy lights illuminate the centerline staircase descending from the Portuguese bridge, where two accommodation hatches lead to the crew area, while two LED floodlights, a ship’s bell, and a bow pennant signal mast complete the foredeck inventory. Two Hobie cat kayaks with covers and a deck washdown fitting add recreational versatility.

Side decks

The side decks are finished in light‑grey painted non‑skid fiberglass with a small teak area aft, fully covered with overhead lighting, and equipped with two boarding gates to port and two to starboard, a port‑side Galley entrance door, and deck‑level courtesy lighting. Illumination includes six port and six starboard side‑deck overhead lights, while mooring is handled by three stainless cleats to port and three to starboard. A CCTV camera stands watch, large engine‑room air vents are positioned just forward of the aft deck, ample deck drains manage runoff, molded steps sweep to the foredeck around the full‑beam master, and an overhead handrail spans the full‑beam section.

Aft deck

The aft deck features teak over fiberglass decking beneath full overhead sun protection from the boat deck, with port and starboard Lewmar deck winches, a full‑width aft bench with removable center section for passerelle boarding, removable cushions with covers, and storage below. A ten‑foot varnished teak table with padded cover and removable center section anchors the space, accompanied by four teak deck chairs with black Sunbrella covers. Slim, hinged‑top storage cabinets reside to port and starboard, a life ring with retrieval line is close at hand, and a starboard cabinet houses a deck heater. Curved teak‑tread steps lead up to the boat deck, while a lockable door provides access to the engine room and lazarette. A full‑height bosun’s locker, forward cabinet with deck heaters and a granite top concealing a hidden pop‑up thirty‑two‑inch TV, a sliding stainless window above, port and starboard stainless‑trimmed salon doors, and Lucite wind doors to either side complete the arrangement. The space is illuminated by twelve overhead lights with overhead A/C vents and enriched by four stereo speakers and port and starboard sliding side glass windows, with a CCTV camera overseeing the area.

Swim platform

Measuring 7.5 feet front to back, the teak‑over‑FRP swim platform is accessed via port and starboard curved steps to the aft deck with step lights and stainless handrails, each with FRP slide‑in doors and gates. Five removable stainless hoop rails and three fold‑up cleats facilitate tender handling, while a centered passerelle with a custom hinged door and gate streamlines boarding. A watertight starboard‑side door opens into the lazarette, hinged storage lockers tuck beneath both curved stairways, and a watertight hatch provides access to the rudder room.

The Portuguese bridge is laid in teak and fitted with port and starboard wing stations featuring start/stop, electronic engine controls, ABT thruster controls, horn, follow‑up steering joystick, and Garmin four‑inch screens. Safety and function include an EPIRB, two life rings, overhead lighting, two ACR searchlights, and two large forward storage lockers, as well as a make‑up A/C blower. Six centerline steps with railings and step lights descend to the foredeck, and an escape hatch from the master stateroom is integrated. The three‑panel windshield is serviced by three windshield wipers/washers new in 2019 and a fitted windshield cover, while port and starboard Pilothouse doors and an outboard storage locker complete the ensemble.

Bridge aft deck

Aft of the bridge, teak‑over‑FRP decking frames shaded seating beneath a Textilene cover supported by stainless poles. Two L‑shaped FRP lounges with removable cushions and storage below are paired with two triangular solid‑surface tables, illuminated by four overhead lights and enriched by two overhead speakers. New custom seven‑tread stainless‑and‑teak stairs with stainless railings rise gracefully, leading to double stainless‑trimmed doors into the Skylounge. A port cabinet with a heater and granite top, a starboard cabinet with a granite top, and a forty‑four‑inch TV with cover elevate relaxation.

Boat deck

The boat deck presents FRP grey painted non‑skid decking, a Revere sixteen‑man life raft with hydrostatic release new in 2022 and a Survitec sixteen‑man life raft with hydrostatic release new in 2020, a life ring, and a powerful Steelhead Marine 4,500‑pound crane. Lounging comes courtesy of two sun lounges, while a new DCS thirty‑inch stainless gas grill with cover inspires outdoor dining. Raised engine‑room air intake boxes, curved teak‑tread steps to the aft deck, and two LED lights facing aft from the flybridge complete the practical details.

Comments

In 2021, when the current owner stepped up from his 108‑foot motor yacht, he and the listing broker scoured both coasts to find the ideal platform. They discovered precisely that: a serious Pacific Northwest yachtsman who cruised to Alaska fewer than three months per year, then meticulously upgraded and improved his yacht for the remaining nine months while she rested under cover in a fresh‑water Lake Union boathouse—effectively executing annual refits from 2016 through 2021. The current owner has continued the cadence, delivering an entirely new Flybridge layout in 2023 and a new interior in 2024; she has been painted, clear‑coated, and, perhaps most impressively, boasts an engine room that stands out. She retains the classic five‑cabin tri‑deck arrangement found in a forty‑meter yacht, now paired with a brand‑new interior from Fall 2024. The Flybridge was dramatically improved under current ownership with easier access, a walk‑behind bar, and a spa tub. Chartered only a handful of times by her present owner, she is poised and ready—equally suited to private voyaging or immediate charter service.
