Overview

G3 is a rare offering—one of just seven yachts from the Heesen 4400 Aluminium series—and ranks among the most comprehensively renewed examples available. Delivered in 2008, this Dutch-built 44m luxury motor yacht underwent a charter-focused refit in 2017, followed by a complete repaint and interior refresh in 2021–2022, and a further round of mechanical and cosmetic upgrades in 2024, presenting a turnkey superyacht tailored for both private use and premium charter.

Constructed entirely in aluminium with a semi-displacement hull, G3 blends performance and range with ease. Twin MTU diesels deliver a combined 7,200 hp for a top speed of 23 knots and a comfortable 17-knot cruise, while zero-speed CMC fin stabilizers ensure serene passages and restful nights at anchor—hallmarks of a true bluewater performance motor yacht.

Omega Architects shaped an interior that is bright, modern, and effortlessly adaptable. The main salon is framed by expansive glazing and refined contemporary finishes, while the formal dining area—relocated aft during the 2017 refit—opens directly to the main deck cockpit for seamless indoor–outdoor living. A professional galley fitted with Miele and Hoshizaki appliances and a dumbwaiter supports elevated service. The skylounge flows onto the bridge deck aft, creating a versatile entertaining zone ideal for a tri-deck superyacht of this calibre.

G3 welcomes up to 12 guests in five suites, supported by accommodations for nine crew. The full-beam owner’s suite, positioned forward on the main deck, features a generous en-suite and a private study that readily converts into a children’s cabin or massage room—an elegant, family-friendly charter yacht configuration. On the lower deck, two doubles and two convertible twins each offer their own en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoor living is a highlight: the sundeck showcases a Jacuzzi encircled by sunpads and a full open-air cinema, while the bridge deck aft is arranged for shaded alfresco dining. A fold-out beach club—created in the 2017 refit—brings guests to the water’s edge with a gym, wet bar, and lounge; the swim platform was mechanically rebuilt in 2024. The foredeck is dedicated to tender and PWC stowage and carries a Williams Sportjet 375 and four Seadoo Spark jet skis, complemented by a 10-meter Intrepid chase boat included in the inventory. An extensive toy collection underscores her watersports DNA: two eFoils, a Radinn jet surfboard, five Seabobs, full dive gear with Bauer compressor, an inflatable sailing catamaran, and kitesurfing equipment—all the ingredients of a standout charter motor yacht.

Major works over the winter of 2024–2025 included extensive MTU maintenance with a full QL3 service, replacement of all exhaust manifolds, installation of three new turbochargers and the rebuild of a fourth. Further upgrades encompassed the mechanical rebuild of the swim platform, new teak on the foredeck and sundeck, a complete air-conditioning service, and a superstructure repaint (the hull was repainted in 2019). Steering rams, thrusters, stabilizers, and propellers were all serviced, and inside, every ceiling panel in the main saloon and guest cabins was renewed—evidence of meticulous stewardship.

Currently lying in Loano, Italy, G3 is available for prompt viewings by appointment—a refined, Dutch-built superyacht that marries elegant design, serious performance, and proven charter appeal.
