Detailed Description

Walk through

Renegade surges to life on quad Yamaha 425 hp outboards painted in crisp white, delivering top speeds in the low 60 even with bottom paint and the poise to match. Yamaha’s Helm Master with Set Point makes close-quarters maneuvering effortless, holding position at the touch of a joystick. From the transom aft, a full-width bench seat folds away seamlessly when not in use, opening the cockpit for action. To port, the inward-swinging hull-side dive door locks securely and reveals a fold-out ladder for easy boarding or carefree sandbar days. Generous storage envelops the cockpit, while the generator sits within easy reach through a centerline deck hatch or beneath the steps leading to the elevated helm deck. On starboard, a Glendinning electric Cablemaster retracts neatly beneath the gunwale; to port, a dockside freshwater inlet pairs with both fresh and raw-water washdowns, with an additional hot-and-cold washdown just forward by the steps.

At the helm, an electric fore-and-aft bench comfortably seats two and rests on a molded fiberglass base with a supportive footrest, a power outlet, and pocket doors that reveal a pull-out trash bin and a refrigerator. The upper cockpit enjoys dedicated air conditioning to keep the entire area cool on sunny days, while an expansive L-shaped lounge to port invites long, unhurried passages. The helm console is comprehensively outfitted with dual Garmin chartplotters, autopilot, VHF, bow thruster controls, a spotlight, FLIR night vision, radar, horn, digital throttles, and a joystick for intuitive handling. A glass wraparound windshield and hard enclosure keep weather at bay while preserving a comfortably air-conditioned environment for guests.

Descend into the cabin and the volume is immediate: abundant headroom and bright finishes set a refined tone. To starboard, the galley presents high-gloss wood veneer cabinetry, a refrigerator and freezer, Corian countertops, a hideaway sink, a single-burner stovetop, and a microwave discreetly housed within the cabinetry. Forward, a large V-shaped settee encircles a high-low table matched to the joinery; with a button press the table lowers to accept a dedicated filler cushion that converts the space into a generous berth. To port, the head features a separate stall shower and cabinetry echoing the galley’s finish. Amidships, the master stateroom resides to port with a matching guest stateroom to starboard, delivering true two-stateroom comfort.

The ability to travel from point A to point B at roughly twice the speed of traditional inboard, pod, or sterndrive configurations makes Renegade the ideal choice for owners short on time who still want to slip away to the Bahamas. There is simply no other model that extracts so much capability, comfort, and speed from a single platform.

Features

This 475 Sport Yacht is configured with two staterooms and powered by quad Yamaha 425 outboards, all set beneath a White/White gelcoat and enhanced by Imron metallic hull-side paint. A refined boot stripe with accent sets off the waterline, while the underside of the hardtop is tastefully painted to match. A wraparound windshield framed in stainless steel and a custom fiberglass arch define the yacht’s signature profile. Practicality meets precision with a bow thruster and a quad engine flush system. Power needs are handled by an upgraded 12 kW diesel generator with its own 25-gallon fuel tank, and a Glendinning 50-amp Cablemaster with a 50 ft cable complements the shore-power arrangement, which is upgraded to 230 V/60 Hz/50 A to support the air conditioning, hot water, and stove.

At the helm, a Pompanette 55-inch electric seat integrates a refrigerator and an ice maker for effortless hospitality. Climate control is robust, with dual-system air conditioning below decks—18,000 BTU for the salon and head and 7,000 BTU for the master stateroom—and a 24,000 BTU split system dedicated to the helm area. Ground tackle is equally comprehensive with a windlass rigged with 300' of line, 20' of chain, and a galvanized plough anchor, complemented by a polished stainless-steel claw anchor. Freshwater capacity stands at 100 gallons. Details that make days on the water easier include digital trim tabs with auto-retract and indicators, a fold-under swim ladder, and a transom shower with hot and cold water. Comfort and visibility are enhanced by a cockpit coaming bolster, a three-speed windshield wiper system, and spreader lights. Connectivity and convenience come via USB outlets and 110 V outlets at the helm, while anglers will appreciate a macerated cockpit baitwell. After dark, multi-color LED underwater lights set the mood. A hull-side door that swings in with a fold-out ladder completes the smart deck engineering.

Accommodations

The interior is finished in a sophisticated blend of materials: wood veneer in Maple Gloss graces the cabinetry and the high-low table, while the cabin sole is a handsome teak-and-maple pattern. Aft to starboard, the galley features a Corian countertop, sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and Cherry Satin wood-veneer cabinetry that lends warmth and contrast. Opposite, a true walk-in head includes a separate stall shower and the convenience of a second entrance from the master stateroom. Amidships, there are two staterooms—master to port and guest to starboard—delivering privacy for family or friends. Forward, the high-low table converts to a double berth, expanding sleeping capacity with ease.

Mechanical

Power comes from quad Yamaha 425HP engines, upgraded in white (with standard gray lower units), and controlled via a Yamaha joystick integrated with GPS for precise low-speed handling. The engines are covered by the current Yamaha warranty. Shipboard power is enhanced by an upgraded 12 kW generator, while a Cablemaster system manages shore-power connections cleanly and safely.

Deck

The hull presents in Metallic Black, accented by a hull-side door that swings in and incorporates a fold-out ladder for effortless boarding. Powder-coated aluminum components provide durable elegance, and a fiberglass folding rear bench seat tucks away to open the cockpit. Night or day, cockpit lights keep the space functional, while a fold-under swim ladder simplifies water access. A cockpit grill brings alfresco cooking into the heart of the action.

Navigation and entertainment system

Navigation is centered on two GPSMAP 8622 Garmin displays preloaded with BlueChart g2 charts, supported by a four-foot open-array Garmin radar rated at 6 kW and a Garmin GMR 424 xHD2 array radar for powerful, redundant target tracking. A Garmin Reactor autopilot tailored for the Yamaha system takes the strain out of long runs, while a Garmin card reader, a 1 kW Garmin transducer, and a Garmin XM53 weather antenna interfaced into the audio system round out the suite. Awareness is further elevated by a dual electric horn, an ACR 100 LED searchlight, and a FLIR M232 night-vision camera integrated with the Garmin network. Communications rise on Shakespeare eight-foot antennas for both VHF and AM/FM entertainment.

Entertainment flows through an ICOM BB400 VHF and a Fusion MS-RA770 Apollo Series touchscreen marine stereo with Bluetooth, driving two JL Audio 7.7 M‑Series cockpit coaxial speakers, two JL Audio 8.8 M‑Series cockpit coaxial speakers, a JL Audio M10IB5 10" infinite-baffle subwoofer, a JL Audio M800/8 channel marine amplifier, and a JL Audio M400/4 channel marine amplifier. Engine data is interfaced to the Garmin system, and the Fusion stereo is likewise networked for seamless control. For life at anchor, a KVH Satellite TV5 antenna feeds a mounted 24" smart TV, with a 19" TV mount in the master stateroom. Sirius Radio and Weather keep you informed and entertained, while a GOST Tracker Nav‑Tracker adds security with expanded capabilities. A Sunto compass remains the steadfast analog reference. Connectivity underway is boosted by a Wi‑Fi amplifier/booster and a Shakespeare Super Halo cellular booster.
