Detailed Description
I. Hull & deck - exterior general
The main deck is clad in 14 mm teak, setting a warm, seakindly tone for an exterior detailed for serious cruising. Forward, stainless steel and Nylac integral rollers with a chain stopper feature a groove machined into the roller to guide a 250-foot length of 3/8" galvanized chain driven by a single Maxwell hydraulic windlass VWC4000 and secured to a single 120 lb stainless steel anchor. A fresh-water anchor-chain washdown and foredeck hose outlet keep ground tackle and decks shipshape. Heavy-duty 316 stainless steel handrails and elliptical stanchions encircle the side decks, complemented by robust 316 stainless steel cleats and fairleads, with two extra pop-up cleats on the aft platform. The deckhouse is wrapped in black tempered safety glass laminated 5 mm + 5 mm for strength and clarity. A stainless steel pneumatic saloon sliding door with push-button operation and safety sensors invites you inside, while a pantograph-style side door in the deckhouse (port only) supports quick deck access. Manship elliptical stainless steel portlights punctuate the hull, which is protected at the joint by a stainless steel rub rail with a rubber insert. A pair of 24V Maxwell VC1500 stern capstans simplify line handling. Aft, enjoy built-in seating with Sunbrella outdoor cushions and an aft deck table with a protective cover, all softly illuminated by low-level LED courtesy lights along the side and aft decks. Teak-laid stairs rise to the flybridge, and a large teak-inlay swim platform with a curved stairway connects gracefully back to the aft deck. After a swim, rinse off with a hot-and-cold shower and climb aboard via a stainless steel swim ladder. The lazarette provides dedicated stowage for fenders, and a set of engine and thruster controls is fitted to either starboard or port aft coaming for confident docking. For tenders and toys, a hydraulic swimming platform (Besenzoni PL850 or equivalent) offers a 1873 lbs lifting capacity.
II. Underwater gear
Underway, twin five-blade bronze propellers turn on bronze P-brackets, driven by twin 3 1/2" diameter Aquatech 22HS stainless steel shafts. Shaft integrity is ensured by Tides Marine shaft lip seal glands sized 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" with Duramax Marine cutlass bearings, while high-performance stainless steel rudders with Aquatech 22 stocks ride in bronze bearings and are sealed with Tides Marine lip seals. The bottom is professionally protected with anti-fouling: Sea Hawk primer systems Tuff Stuff 1284 Grey or 1285 White, finished with Sea Hawk self-polishing copolymer antifouling Cukote 3445 Black or 3430 Dark Blue, and dressed with a 3" boot-top stripe in your choice of black, blue, or red. A full cathodic bonding system ties to zinc anodes, with seawater strainers serving engines, genset, and air-conditioning, and seacocks fitted on all underwater penetrations. Manoeuvring is effortless thanks to hydraulic bow and stern thrusters and “at rest” stabilizers. An underwater exhaust system with mufflers and bypass keeps operation quiet and clean, while hydraulic steering by Hynautic model PSHC5803 with power steering ensures precise control.
III. Sky lounge
The sky lounge is crafted for command and repose, with a 14 mm teak-and-holly sole in a soft matt finish and a leather-upholstered instrument console. A stainless steel access hatch and staircase with teak treads connects down to the saloon, where a built-in leather couch and a refined smaller coffee table welcome relaxed watchkeeping. Control comes naturally via hydraulic steering Hynautic PSHC5803, complete engine controls and instrumentation, and a magnetic compass. Choose your fully integrated navigation suite: either Garmin, comprising GPSMAP 8617 17" fully integrated multi-touch MFD x 2, GMI 20 marine instrument display x 1, GMR Fantom 4"/40 W/72 NM solid-state open-array radar x 1, Garmin VHF 210 marine radio x 1, Garmin AIS 600 Class B transceiver x 1, GHP 20 marine autopilot system with SmartPump x 1, and Garmin GSD 25 marine network sounder 2 kW x 1; or Raymarine, comprising Raymarine GS 15.4" Glass Bridge multifunctional displays with Wi‑Fi x 2, Raymarine i70 multifunction color display x 1, Raymarine 48" HD color open array with 4 kW pedestal x 1, Raymarine Ray218E VHF radio x 1, Raymarine AIS 650 Class B transceiver x 1, Raymarine Evolution autopilot with P70R control head and ACU‑400 actuator control unit x 1, and Raymarine CP100 DownVision fishfinder x 1. At your fingertips are stabilizer control and monitoring, an ABT bow and stern thruster control panel, and CCTV with an 8‑channel network DVR and five cameras—two in the engine room, two on the aft deck, and one on the foredeck facing the winch—plus a rudder indicator and a Headhunter TS‑3000 series fuel gauge. Night running is assured with a PAR 60010‑2024 search light on joystick control. Entertainment is equally considered with a Fusion system comprising the MS‑AV700I DVD/receiver with Fusion‑Link, MS‑CL602 6" marine ceiling speakers x 4, and an MS‑BT200 Bluetooth adapter module for the Sirius port. A pop‑up cabinet reveals a 32" LCD TV, with Apple TV ready to stream. Low‑level 24 V LED courtesy lighting and 24 V LEDs under the radar arch set the mood, while a stainless steel grab rail wraps the bar unit and LED indirect lighting traces under the wet bar and seating. A Buell air horn makes your presence known, as you settle into the Lebroc LX double‑wide two‑seater helm seat and take the stainless steel wheel.
IV. Engine propulsion & E/R equipment
Power is delivered by a MAN D2842 LE433 engine rated at 1550 HP at 2300 RPM mated to a ZF transmission ZF2050A with a 2.029:1 ratio. Fuel is polished by a dual Racor filter for each engine and a dedicated Racor filter for each genset. The engine room is engineered by Van Cappellen with double sound and heat insulation using a foam-and-lead combination throughout, finished in bright white with grey non‑skid rubber flooring and laid out spaciously for service. Fuel tanks feature electric sending units by Headhunter TS‑3000 series. Safety systems include a SeaFire FM‑200 automatic fire extinguisher and Delta “T” extractor fans with automatic vent closure in case of fire. Illumination is abundant with AC fluorescent lights and LED DC dome lights. A manual bilge pump draws from the lowest point when the vessel is at rest. Freshwater delivery is robust via a high‑volume AC pressure pump with a 24 V DC backup—Headhunter March 5 M5‑115 AC pump and Groco PSR 4000004‑24 DC pump. Comfort is assured by chilled‑water air conditioning, Cruisair 96,000 BTU. Independence offshore comes from twin Aqua Whisper DX 450 watermakers producing 450 GPD each. A dedicated oil‑changing pump services engines, generators, and transmissions. Electrical generation is provided by Generator 1 Onan QD MDKDS 29 kW 60 Hz, with Generator 2 Onan QD MDKBU 29 kW 60 Hz available as an option. Domestic hot water is supplied by Torrid water heaters, 20 gallons x 2. Steering redundancy includes an emergency tiller, and each engine carries a hydraulic pump feeding thrusters, stabilizers, and steering. Clean living is effortless with a central vacuum cleaner, Nutone CV352, supporting both 110 V and 220 V.
V. Electrical
The yacht’s electrical heart is designed for global cruising with a 110/220 V system for alternating current and a dedicated 24 V direct current network. Shore power arrives via dual 75' Glendinning Cable Master 50‑amp sets. Smart charging includes a charger for the 24 V circuit, a charger for the 12 V circuit, and an alternator split‑charging system that links and charges the house banks via BEP high‑charge regulators. Reserves include 4 x 255 Ah 12 V gel‑cell sealed batteries for ship service, 225 Ah gel‑cell sealed engine batteries x 4, and a 210 Ah gel‑cell sealed genset battery x 1. Convenience is comprehensive with AC sockets throughout and GFI protection to required outlets, governed by a BEP battery select switch. The main electrical panel carries AC and DC breakers across four panels (engine room, helm, AC and DC), each with automatic backlighting when the door opens. Protection extends to an anti‑electrolysis bonding system and twin automatic isolating and booster transformers, 50 amp x 2. For robust onboard generation, the specification includes two Onan QD MDKDS 29 kW generators.
VI. Plumbing system
Designed for clean, quiet autonomy, the yacht carries a 100‑gallon blackwater holding tank with macerator pump and a Y‑valve for overboard pump‑out, monitored by a Headhunter holding‑tank level indicator. Shower sump pumps keep heads dry, while marine‑grade lines distribute freshwater from a 350‑gallon stainless steel tank with a sending unit. Sight gauges serve both fuel and water tanks, and a dockside freshwater inlet makes provisioning simple. Color‑coded piping speeds identification, and bronze intake valves secure all thru‑hulls. A discharge manifold minimizes the number of hull penetrations. The freshwater Sealand vacuum toilet system ensures efficient, odor‑free operation. Safety is enhanced by high‑water bilge alarms in the engine room, forward bilge, and lazarette compartments x 6 with a mimic panel at the helm, backed up by six Rule 3700 GPH bilge pumps with float switches and high‑water alarms.
VII. Interior finish
The interior joinery is executed in rich mahogany or cherry, accented by burr wood and ivory lacquer, and paired with your choice of premium upholstery fabrics to craft a bespoke, harmonious atmosphere throughout.
VIII. Galley
The galley is appointed like a fine home, anchored by the latest model G.E. electric refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, and a microwave with integrated extractor fan. A stainless steel sink with hot and cold water sits amid generous cupboards, drawers, and stowage, with double AC sockets x 2 for appliances. Underfoot, choose either a classic teak floor or a cool marble surface, and enjoy additional overhead storage above the galley bench. A G.E. trash compactor and G.E. dishwasher complete a space designed for gourmet ease underway.
IX. Saloon
Life on board centers around a luminous saloon, with a dedicated dining area in the upper saloon and a pneumatic saloon sliding door with push‑button control and a safety sensor device connecting to the aft deck. The lower saloon features a high‑quality leather couch with built‑in curved seating, while ship systems are managed at the main AC/DC control panel.
