Detailed Description

Salon

The salon is designed as an elegant social heart, anchored by a TV and enriched by a large settee paired with a proper dining table for lingering meals. A finely tuned audio environment is created by speakers and a subwoofer, while the wet bar stands ready to elevate every gathering. The entrance door makes a refined statement and performs impeccably: a stainless steel–framed, fully vertical, convex, sliding assembly with a handle latch, a keyed deadbolt that secures open, and neutral-density glass with a mirrored exterior for privacy and polish.

Cockpit

The cockpit is purposeful and beautifully appointed, with intuitive docking controls that command both bow and stern thrusters. A guttered, watertight engine room hatch with polished stainless steel hardware is supported by gas shocks for effortless access, and a convenient electrical outlet is close at hand. Two storage lockers nest into the transom corners, each fitted with fresh and optional raw-water washdowns and a hand-shower. Across the transom, a lounge comfortably seats six adults, framed by mooring cleats, teak decking, stereo speakers, and secure transom gates for confident movement underway and at anchor.

Helm

At the helm, confidence comes standard with Raymarine electronics, Seakeeper control at your fingertips, and a dedicated CAT engine display for instant awareness. An access panel reveals the wiring beneath the helm, while reserved accessory space anticipates additional navigation electronics. Critical readings remain clear with analog gauges for rudder angle and fuel level. The helm seat, on a swivel pedestal, is upholstered in high-quality elegant fabric with embroidery stitching, armrests, a flip-up bolster, adjustable height, and the stitched Marquis™ Yachts icon. Rocker-type panel switches, stereo speakers, and a tilt steering wheel complete a command station that blends ergonomics with enduring style.

Galley

This gourmet galley is appointed for serious culinary ambition: a Whale three-burner cooktop pairs with a Whirlpool microwave and a Whirlpool oven, while an LG full-size French-door refrigerator with bottom freezer preserves provisions for extended cruising. Entertaining is effortless with a Danby wine fridge and a Fisher Paykel dishwasher. An exhaust fan with outside vent keeps the air fresh, and thoughtful storage abounds in well-organized cabinets and drawers.

Crew berth

The private crew berth to port features a twin-sized bed in a secluded setting with air conditioning and a dedicated electrical outlet for personal devices. Dual entrance doors provide two access points—one from the engine room and one from the boarding platform—each watertight; the engine room door adds a porthole, and both employ a keyed deadbolt and a triple latch for security. A starboard access door leads to the mechanical compartment. Finishes impress with inlaid teak wood flooring and high-gloss wooden storage cabinets, while a vanity is set against a mirrored bulkhead. The enclosed shower stall with toilet and an efficient exhaust fan ensure comfort and discretion.

Master stateroom

The full-beam master is a serene retreat centered on a king bed and dressed in designer decor with premium wall coverings and fabrics. A sofa invites quiet moments, while a generous walk-in closet provides effortless organization for extended stays. Overhead recessed lighting operates automatically, casting a warm, welcoming glow that underscores the suite’s refined calm.

Master head

The master head exudes luxury and practicality with a Tecma Silence full-size electric pump-flush toilet and a large shower with a comfortable bench. Electrical outlets and an exhaust fan enhance daily ease, while the vanity showcases a marble countertop and backsplash, his-and-hers over-counter basin sinks in a bold rectangular form, and two custom-mounted cabinets beneath with sea rails. A frameless glass shower door with stainless steel hardware and Spanish Emperador marble tile across walls and flooring complete a spa-like sanctuary.

VIP stateroom

The VIP stateroom welcomes guests with a queen-size berth and designer decor of premium wall coverings and fabrics, complemented by convenient electrical outlets. A translucent, lockable overhead hatch brightens the space naturally. Thoughtful storage includes six cabinets and two full-height, cedar-lined wardrobe lockers with carpeted floors, automatic lighting, mirrored doors, and magnetic catches. Two carpeted berth step-ups ease access.

VIP head

The VIP head is crisply appointed with a recessed cabinet offering five shelves with sea rails, an electrical outlet, and a solid wood entrance door that secures open and closed with stainless steel hardware. Ventilation is handled by an exhaust fan. A Tecma® Silence full-size electric pump-flush toilet and a large shower with a bench elevate comfort and privacy.

Guest stateroom

Two additional guest staterooms broaden your hosting versatility: one offers a large berth for couples, the other features twin bunks that cleverly double as a laundry room with a large GE washer/dryer, maximizing utility without compromising comfort.

Guest head

The guest head is smartly arranged with a cabinet providing three shelves with a sea rail, an electrical outlet, and dual entrance doors granting two access points—from the guest stateroom and the foyer—in solid wood with stainless steel hardware that secures open and closed. An exhaust fan and a mirrored-door medicine cabinet with two sea-railed shelves add function, while a Tecma® Silence full-size electric pump-flush toilet and a large shower deliver effortless ease.

Water and holding systems

The yacht’s freshwater is secured by one stainless steel storage tank with a capacity of 200 gallons (757 liters), monitored by a dedicated tank-level indicator. Two gray water sump pumps offer automatic and manual operation at 3700 gallons (14006 liters) per hour. A fresh-water handshower with hot and cold supply is set in the transom. The pressurized 24V freshwater system uses dual filters and an expansion tank, while the plumbing combines flexible molecularly cross-linked polyethylene lines with rigid PVC runs. Shoreside water connects through a pressure-reduction valve. Fresh-water washdowns include one at the bow and two at the transom. Waste is managed by two holding tanks—one of 77 gallons (291 liters) and one of 76 gallons (287 liters)—each with filtered vents and dockside pumpouts, plus waste tank level monitors. Hot water is supplied by two water heaters of 16 gallons (60 liters) each.

Mechanical equipment

Power comes from CAT C32 engines showing 1770 hours, complemented by a Kohler genset with 3085 hours. Comfort at sea is elevated by a Seakeeper 16 and a Water Makers Inc. reverse-osmosis system. Climate control is provided by a Dometic four-zone split system in the cabin rated at 78,000 BTU, with optional air-conditioning on the bridge at 24,000 BTU and an additional unit in the optional crew quarters at 6,000 BTU; reverse cycle with heat and heater strips is included, alongside a dedicated Marinco® shore power connector. Fuel reserves are generous across two welded, baffled 5052 aluminum tanks of 650 gallons (2460 liters) each. The Marquis Docking System™ integrates Side Power® bow and stern thrusters of 13 hp with a 9.8-inch (25 cm) diameter, delivering 507 lbs. (230 kg) of thrust and controlled by a wireless docking remote.

Engine room

The engine room is meticulously finished with AC and DC distribution panels and bilges coated in white, medium-gloss gelcoat. Structural integrity is ensured with bulkheads laminated to the hull sides and the hull-bottom stringers, while a polished diamond-plate catwalk and a stainless steel cockpit-hatch access ladder with nonskid steps make movement secure. Electrical service is aided by a dedicated outlet. Two entrance hatches provide dual access from the cockpit and the storage lazarette or optional crew quarters, matched by an internal access door to the lazarette/optional crew space. SoundDown® insulation layers include a perforated marine-grade 5052 aluminum face with polyester–epoxy hybrid powder coat over nonwoven acoustic backing, sublayers of 1-inch (2.5 cm) fire-retardant foam with a metallized mylar vapor barrier face, a 2-lb./ft2 (9.7 kg/m) vinyl acoustic barrier, and an additional 1-inch (2.5 cm) fire-retardant foam. Overhead LED lighting is controlled from both the cockpit and the storage lazarette/optional crew quarters.

Decks

On deck, polish meets purpose. The anchor plate is mirror-finished stainless steel with a stainless-clad recessed anchor channel and nylon rollers. The bow rail, in 316 stainless steel, carries a 1.25-inch (3 cm) outside diameter and lineal-buffed sheen, with double-welded stanchions inside and out, each anchored to aluminum backing plates laminated into the fiberglass bulwark. Bright stainless steel drain grates—two in total—add neatness and function. Engine room air vents are tastefully concealed in the superstructure. Recessed accent and courtesy lights, along with six recessed overhead lights, set the mood from stem to stern. An in-deck locker houses the windlass and a bollard-style anchor cleat with polished stainless steel hardware, and two in-deck self-draining lockers hold fenders and lines. Two bollard-style stainless steel mooring cleats are inboard-mounted and through-bolted to aluminum backing plates, complemented by four spring cleats of the same robust specification. A pilothouse door enhances flow, while the high-impact, heavy-duty rub rail carries a 1-inch (2.5 cm) 316L stainless steel insert. A double sun pad and black mesh windshield weather covers complete the ensemble.

Safety and navigation

Safety and navigation systems are extensive and thoughtfully integrated. Zinc sacrificial anodes and an internal bonding system wired with size 8 gauge conductors protect against corrosion. Battery boxes with covers and restraint straps pair with battery master disconnect switches for secure power management. A bilge alarm and an array of bilge blowers deliver ventilation at 250 cubic feet per minute (7 cubic meters per minute) with acoustic filters, augmented by one 24V unit producing 4600 cubic feet per minute (130 cubic meters per minute). Nine bilge pumps, each rated at 3700 gallons per hour (14000 liters per hour), offer automatic and manual operation on 24V. CO detectors are placed throughout the cabin and in the optional crew quarters. Navigation is enhanced by a Ritchie® Navigator 4.5-inch (11.4 cm) flush-mount, illuminated, dual-read compass, transom docking lights, engine alarms, and a high engine exhaust temperature alarm. Fire protection is automatic with FE241 suppression. Two flagstaffs—at bow and stern—fly colors with pride. Two fuel alarm lights warn of water contamination. A galvanic isolator/zinc saver for 50 Hz installations, dual air-trumpet horns, and full navigation lights further readiness. A powerful ACR 100D dual spotlight answers the call on dark approaches. The windlass package features a Quick® ARGO 2300-watt unit with a 75 lb. (34 kg) stainless steel plow anchor and 300 feet (91.4 m) of 3/8-inch (9.5 mm) grade 40 chain.

Electrical

Electrical architecture centers on AC/DC distribution panels with PLC-controlled circuit breakers and integral generator controls, accompanied by AC digital voltmeters and ammeters and a DC digital multimeter. Shore support is robust, with two Cablemasters and two shore power connectors—50 amp at 240 V/60 Hz (or 32 amp at 230 V/50 Hz)—feeding two Marinco® shore power cords of 75 feet (22,8 m) each, 50 amp (or 32 amp/220 V), finished in white and included with the cable master. A Kohler® generator delivers 28.0 kW at 60 Hz (28.0 kW at 50 Hz) within a sound shield, backed by a battery charger, an inverter, isolation transformers on internal shore-power lines with an ELCI inlet, and breakers for 60 Hz systems. Courtesy lights are LED, while overhead lights are specified at 1 OW, LED, with bright stainless steel bezels. Wiring is tinned copper strand, harnessed, color-coded, and labeled to meet or exceed ABYC standards.

Command bridge

The command bridge is an inviting vantage with a DC distribution panel serving the bridge’s 12V systems and conveniently placed electrical outlets. A spacious lounge accommodates eight adults and hides generous storage beneath, with a sturdy safety rail framing the space. Entertainment is effortless thanks to stereo speakers, a freestanding table, and a wet bar with refrigerator—everything you need for elevated cruising above it all.

Options installed

This yacht is comprehensively optioned, including CAT C32 engines rated at 1600 HP, a Seakeeper 16, foredeck seating, a bridge hardtop, and a fourth stateroom. Seamanship and hospitality are elevated with a cockpit control station, a Kohler generator, Raymarine electronics, Sat TV, a cockpit/bridge carpet package, and a bridge grill and refrigerator station. Underwater lighting and more thoughtful upgrades round out a specification tailored for discerning owners.

Manufacturer provided description

The 720 Fly Bridge channels contemporary European sensibility shaped by Valentina Zannier, partner and lead designer with Nuvolari-Lenard Naval Architects of Venice, Italy—her signature seen in the interior layout, design, and fine detailing inspired by her work on notable mega yachts from the firm’s portfolio. Throughout, open-grained select oak forms bulkheads and cabinetry, while the salon’s Brazilian cherry sole sets a rich stage for handmade Italian leather furnishings from Calia Italia. Illumination is orchestrated by fixtures conceived and crafted by Cantalupi of Viareggio, Italy. Oak cabinetry continues into the spacious galley, where intricately flecked and veined granite flooring and countertops surround a dining table for six placed adjacent to the culinary hub. Below, the Zannier aesthetic carries into private staterooms with unbroken opulence. The Master Stateroom, conceived as the owner’s private domain, features expertly crafted oak cabinets, drawers, and hanging lockers that are as beautifully finished as they are functional for liveaboard convenience. Deep-pile Ralph Lauren carpet on the lower deck establishes a luxuriously inviting atmosphere. The Master Bath, with marble floors and countertops, is a study in yacht-finish quality; its spacious stall shower is wrapped in an artistic pattern of Emperador marble tiles from Spain, while details like hand-sewn leather on the king-bed pedestal and stainless steel accents around cabinetry complete a composition of enduring elegance.
