Overview
The forthcoming 37XP available hull is Hull No. 10 in the series, with delivery slated for Summer 2027. Having placed seven 37XP explorer superyachts over the past three years, we welcome a conversation about the full spectrum of specifications and bespoke choices.
She is a full-displacement, steel-hulled, composite-superstructure, 365 GRT expedition superyacht boasting 5,000+ nautical miles of range, capacity for an 8.5-meter tender plus three jet skis on the boat deck, flexible five- or six-cabin arrangements, a dedicated beach club, and a sundeck Jacuzzi complemented by a full-service bar.
The 37XP evolves the proven 32XP platform. Retaining the same beam as the 32XP, she gains four meters ahead of the engine-room bulkhead, significantly expanding guest and crew volumes along with the upper deck and sky lounge. This enhancement elevates service flow, providing a direct link from the guest accommodations to the crew domain and laundry facilities for discreet, seamless hospitality. The extra space enables a purpose-built laundry room and walk-in cold-store and freezer, delivering up to 30 days of autonomous passagemaking. Multiple general arrangements are offered with five, six, or seven stateroom configurations. Even with a true sky-lounge on the upper deck, the 37XP accommodates a six-cabin plan featuring a generous main-deck, forward owner’s suite paired with five guest cabins below. Another favored option, executed on two 2023 deliveries, replaces one lower-deck cabin with a dedicated cinema. Two 37XP builds currently underway incorporate private owner’s decks on the upper level, introducing expansive living quarters, a walk-in wardrobe, and an indulgent master bath envisioned with both shower and soaking tub.
An extra meter aft of the engine room enlarges technical spaces and the garage, maximizing stowage for water-sports gear. The air-conditioned beach club offers a complete bar with refrigerator and ice maker plus a day head, while a supplementary crew laundry with sink adds everyday practicality. Shore-power converters are neatly concealed and served by dedicated HVAC to maintain proper operating temperatures and prevent overheating. With 365 gross tons, this long-range explorer yacht is genuinely ocean-going on her steel, full-displacement hull. In line with her adventuring brief, the boat deck carries a 3-ton davit and ample footprint for a 9-meter tender plus three full-size jet skis, with capacity left for additional equipment.
Photography shown features three completed 37XP sisterships—ORPHEUS, EVELYN P, and OCULUS—illustrating layout nuances and distinctive interior design.
Detailed Description
Key features
Engineered for confident cruising and effortless control, this yacht features electric fin stabilization, an electric bow thruster rated at 90 kW and a stern thruster at 45 kW, an electric twin anchor windlass with 18 mm chain in 140- and 190-meter lengths complemented by twin stern capstan winches, and a remote-controlled searchlight. Power management is robust with three 70 Auto Sync generators, a 24 V DC service battery and 220 V AC electrical system, plus 380 V, 125 A, two shore supplies as well as 380 V AC shore power with automatic reclaim and battery chargers.
Onboard climate comfort is assured by full air conditioning and heating via a central chiller system with fresh-air make-up and individually controlled fan coils for each cabin, delivering 480,000 BTU. Freshwater autonomy comes from two 230 I/h water makers, while a twin pump hot and cold water pressurized system with shore connection and a hot and cold swimming shower at the stern add daily convenience.
Exterior living spaces are richly detailed with a teak-laid bathing platform and steps, side decks and foredeck, flybridge stairway, and both flybridge and cockpit floors. The flybridge invites open-air entertaining with a wetbar featuring a sink, hot and cold water, electric barbeque, icemaker and refrigerator, together with a sunbed and cushions, while a 3,000 kg capacity tender crane simplifies handling. A fully fitted crew cabin and comprehensive antifouling further underscore readiness for extended voyaging.
Entertainment is immersive with flatscreen televisions in all guest cabins, the captain’s cabin and crew mess, all with SAT connection; the saloon is equipped with a 75-inch TV, with 65-inch screens in both the Owner’s Cabin and the Master Cabin, and a satellite TV system with an 85 cm dish. Six underwater lights enrich the ambiance after dusk.
Navigation and safety are advanced through Raymarine electronic depth and speed displays, autopilot, VHF with AIS, two radars and plotter displays comprising two 16-inch and three 22-inch screens; an automatic fire extinguishing system for the engine room; automatic bilge pumps; six cameras with monitor in the wheelhouse and crew mess; GMDSS; and Navtex NX300 or equivalent. Operational resilience is further strengthened by a fuel polishing system and four SOLAS B10 man life rafts. The yacht is built with RINA C + Hull Mach, Y Unrestricted Navigation Yacht Monitoring System.
Optional extras
Elevate your specification with propulsion choices that include MAN D2868 LE428 800 bhp @2100 rpm - IMO T-III (SCR) and MAN D2862 LE 427 900 bhp @1800 rpm - IMO T-III (SCR), delivering compliant power with refined efficiency. On deck, an extended carbon Hard top pairs elegantly with a remote opening Soft top, while a side boarding ladder and an Opacmare transformer enhance seamless access to both sea and shore. Interior personalization is equally compelling, with a sauna on the lower deck and the option to configure the upper deck as a salon instead of a cabin, creating a sophisticated sanctuary tailored to your cruising style.
Owner's accommodation
Located on the upper deck, this full-beam sanctuary unfolds into a generous sleeping area anchored by a SuperKing size bed, set against expansive wardrobes that shape a private dressing domain. The bed faces aft toward sliding glass doors, framing views across the upper deck and out to the horizon. Entry is via the upper lobby, passing an ample wardrobe and storage zone equipped with a fitted safety box, mini bar, and dumb waiter before arriving into the aft-facing room.
To port, a make-up table with chair is complemented by cupboards and a small seating area; to starboard, a large 65” wall-mounted TV sits in the aft corner, perfectly viewable from the bed or the port seating area, while a second bench seat lines the starboard side. The TV is connected to a Marantz surround sound cinema system with Bowers & Wilkins speakers, which also serves as the music system for the owner’s enjoyment. Apple TV, Bluray player, Sonos interface, and a satellite receiver are all integrated, and music can extend outdoors onto the upper deck through German Maestro Marine speakers for leisurely breakfasts or romantic sunsets.
Side windows feature two opening sections, one per side, delivering ideal natural ventilation when air-conditioning is not desired. All windows and the sliding door are fitted with black-out blinds, complemented by acetic blinds with concealed lighting to create a soothing ambient glow. Overhead illumination is a concealed 24v DC LED type tracing the room’s perimeter, with a recessed feature above the bed; additional accent lighting beneath the bed and in the window reveals, along with feature lights atop the wardrobes and at the bedside, are 230v AC.
The ensuite bathroom presents a large glass-fronted shower area with rain shower, “his and hers” sinks, and a combined bidet toilet. The sink unit top, floor, and walls are finished in marble selected to harmonize with the owner’s subtle colour palette, while lighting is a concealed 24v DC LED type with dedicated wall mirror illumination.
The entire area is fully air-conditioned with 72,000 BTU of heating or cooling available. Fan coils are discreetly positioned around the room with controls at the bedside; the central unit can be switched independently from the outer units to prevent direct airflow over the bed whilst sleeping. A permanently running fresh air supply and extraction from the shower area ensures a consistently fresh atmosphere without the need to open windows.
Master accommodation
Positioned forward on the main deck level, this full‑beam suite features a generous sleeping area with a king‑size bed set against the forward bulkhead and oriented aft. The bed is flanked by either a walk‑in dressing area paired with an ensuite bathroom, or a “his and hers” arrangement of ensuite bathrooms.
To port, a refined desk and make‑up area with chair faces the full‑length windows, while aft of this lies ample wardrobe space set against the aft bulkhead. Centrally on the aft bulkhead, a 55” TV is mounted above a low‑level unit that houses a safety box and mini bar, perfectly positioned for comfortable viewing from the bed. Audio is delivered by a Marantz sound system with Bowers & Wilkins speakers for a room‑filling experience, and Apple TV and satellite equipment are connected.
To starboard, a second wardrobe sits aft, complemented by a seating area along the full‑length window. The side windows incorporate two opening sections, one per side, to provide ideal natural ventilation when air‑conditioning is not desired. All windows are fitted with black‑out blinds in addition to acetic blinds with concealed lighting that creates a soothing ambient glow.
Overhead illumination is by concealed 24v DC LED lighting tracing the room’s perimeter, enhanced by a recessed lighting feature above the bed. Accent lighting is integrated below the bed and within the window reveals, while the feature lights on the bedside tables are 230v AC.
The ensuite bathroom offers a large, glass‑fronted shower with a rain shower head. In the single‑bathroom configuration, there are “his and hers” sinks and a combined bidet toilet. In the twin‑bathroom configuration, each side features independent bidet toilets and sinks, united by a centrally positioned, combined glass‑walled shower. The sink unit top, floor, and walls are finished in marble selected to complement the owner’s subtle color palette. Lighting is concealed 24v DC LED, with dedicated wall‑mirror illumination.
The entire area is fully air‑conditioned, delivering 36,000 BTU of heating or cooling as required. Fan coils are located on either side of the room with convenient bedside controls. A continuously operating fresh‑air supply and extraction from the shower area maintains a crisp, clean atmosphere throughout, minimizing the need to open windows.
Guest VIP accommodation
Set aft on the lower deck, there are two mirror-image VIP accommodations to port and starboard. Each airy suite is arranged around a forward-facing queen-sized bed set against the aft bulkhead, positioned just ahead of the ensuite. Bedside tables flank the bed, and the inboard side provides direct access to the ensuite bathroom.
Outboard of the bed, twin openable port lights with storm shutters are paired with blackout blinds and acetic blinds, their concealed lighting creating a relaxing ambient glow.
On the forward bulkhead, a make-up table or desk with chair is complemented by an outboard shelving unit, while a 42-inch TV is mounted above and partnered with a Bose Solo 5 soundbar for TV and music audio; inputs are provided for a decoder or other entertainment sources. Overhead illumination is discreet 24 V DC LED concealed around the room’s perimeter, with accent lighting beneath the bed and within the window areas, and 230 V AC feature lights on the bedside tables.
The ensuite bathroom features a glass-fronted shower with adjustable shower head, a sink, and a combined bidet toilet. The sink-unit top, floor, and walls are finished in marble chosen to complement the owner’s subtle colour palette, with lighting in concealed 24 V DC LED.
The entire area is fully air-conditioned with 18,000 BTU of heating or cooling available. Fan coils are located beneath the bed, delivering air through an outlet on the outboard hull side, with controls at the bedside. A permanently running fresh-air supply and extraction from the shower area ensure a consistently fresh feel throughout, without the need to open the windows.
Guest twin accommodation
Positioned forward on the lower deck, there are two twin accommodations to port and starboard that mirror each other. Each features twin single beds facing aft, set along the outboard and inboard sides with headboards against the forward bulkhead. A shared bedside table sits between the beds, and the entrance to the ensuite bathroom is centrally located on the aft bulkhead.
Outboard of the beds are two opening portlights with storm shutters, black-out blinds, and acetic blinds, all enhanced by concealed lighting that produces a relaxing ambient feel. A 42-inch TV is mounted on the aft bulkhead inboard of the bathroom door and paired with a BOSE Solo 5 soundbar for TV and music sound, with inputs supplied for a decoder or other entertainment sources. Outboard of the bathroom door and aft of the bed is a wardrobe with internal shelving and hanging space. Overhead lighting is concealed 24V DC LED around the room’s perimeter, complemented by accent lighting below the bed and within the window areas, while the feature light on the bedside table is 230V AC.
The ensuite bathroom presents a glass-fronted shower area with adjustable shower head, a sink, and a combined bidet toilet. The sink unit top, floor, and walls are finished in marble chosen to complement the subtle colour choices of the owner, with lighting again in concealed 24V DC LED. The whole area is fully air-conditioned with 12,000 BTU of heating or cooling available; fan coils are located below the bed with an air outlet on the outboard hull side of the room and control at the bedside. A permanently running fresh-air supply and extraction from the shower area ensure a fresh feel at all times without the need to open windows.
Lower deck lobby
Further in, the dining area centers on a large limed-oak wooden dining table with chairs set athwartships and positioned on the centerline to provide relaxed seating for eight. Above, a sculptural wooden ceiling feature integrates suspended 230V AC lighting, while the forward bulkhead showcases illuminated marble panels flanking a central shelving unit. Additional storage is neatly arranged to port and starboard, aligned with the table for a balanced aesthetic and effortless service flow. From here, two further doors lead to the side decks, with additional access to the main lobby and the galley.
Primary illumination is 24V DC LED, complemented by accent lighting in the window areas; feature lights around the space and above the dining table are 230V AC. The entire area is fully air-conditioned, delivering 84,000 BTU of heating or cooling. Fan coils are ceiling-mounted and ducted to outlets on both sides of the space and above the table, seamlessly integrated through the wooden ceiling feature.
The saloon houses the yacht’s principal entertainment system. A Marantz amplifier distributes music to the beach club, cockpit, foredeck, and flybridge as well as the saloon, with Bowers & Wilkins speakers installed internally and German Maestro Marine speakers serving the exterior zones. Sonos, Apple TV, a satellite decoder, a Blu-ray player, and additional inputs are all provided to complete the onboard media experience.
Galley
The galley is thoughtfully positioned with two entrances, one from the saloon and another from the port side deck, and it also serves as the access route for the crew quarters. Arranged in an elegant L shape, it features a dedicated main food preparation zone complemented by a separate storage area. Here, three full-height Siemens refrigerators and one full-height wine cooler stand ready to provision extended voyages, while opposite these appliances a narrow worktop with storage beneath provides an additional, practical surface.
In the principal working area, generous countertops are paired with a dishwasher and abundant storage below. Culinary capability is anchored by a large Siemens five-ring hob with a combination oven and microwave beneath, all vented by an overhead extraction hood. A twin-bowl sink is set into the starboard aft worktop, and further storage is integrated both below and in wall-mounted units above the inboard work surface. A dumbwaiter conveniently serves the owner’s cabin and the flybridge, and alongside it a full-size coffee machine ensures barista-quality refreshment on demand.
Natural light pours in through a large port-side window, while aft, beneath the access steps to the forepeak, a dedicated storage cupboard houses the electrical panels. Forward of this point, a doorway provides direct access to the crew quarters.
Descending from the main deck lobby, the lower deck lobby opens to the guest accommodation areas and also provides access to the central bilge tunnel. To port, a mini bar area with fridge and guest storage sits adjacent to the lower accommodation electrical supply board, while to starboard additional cabinetry offers ample space for towels and bedding serving the guest areas.
Main deck lobby
The main deck lobby provides a refined circulation hub, offering seamless access from the saloon to the lower deck, upper deck, master cabin, day head, and gym area. A sculptural glass feature staircase rises to the upper lobby and owner’s cabin, while a dedicated niche invites the display of an art piece should the owner desire. The lobby, upper lobby, and lower lobby are air conditioned by a 12,000 BTU fan-coil positioned at the highest point, allowing cool air to cascade naturally through the three levels. The glass wall separating the gym from the lobby is accented with metal design details and enhanced by integrated wall lighting. The day head in this area is fitted with a combined bidet–toilet and sink unit featuring a designer sink, uniting practicality with contemporary elegance.
Gym
The air-conditioned gym is designed to accommodate two machines of the owner’s choice, complemented by a wall-mounted TV for entertainment, and is served by a dedicated 18,000 BTU air-conditioning system. A weatherproof door provides direct access to the starboard side deck, while the full glass hull side frames panoramic sea views during training. Blinds integrated into the internal glass wall ensure privacy throughout workouts and, when raised, allow natural light to flow into the lobby.
Salon and dining area
The main entrance to the saloon is through a large sliding glass door from the cockpit, where the port side welcomes you with a generous U-shaped seating arrangement centered around a coffee table. To starboard, a 65-inch TV is mounted at an angle to ensure effortless viewing from every area of the saloon, while a substantial freestanding lounging chair invites relaxation. Expansive windows to both port and starboard flood the space with natural light, with two sections—one on each side—designed to open and draw fresh air across the saloon. For evening privacy, aesthetic blinds are paired with hidden accent 24V DC LED lighting.
Wheelhouse
Accessed via an internal door from the upper lobby or through two side doors opening onto the foredeck, the wheelhouse is fully glazed to provide outstanding visibility across the foredeck and out to sea. To the port side of the helm there is a small drinks preparation area and a day head for crew use, together with an access door to the port side walkway. To the starboard side of the helm there is a chart table and an access door to the starboard side walkway, while the main helm power distribution panels are positioned against the aft bulkhead. Centrally on the aft bulkhead, a raised seating area allows crew to relax while safely monitoring the yacht’s progress. The helm is arranged ergonomically with the equipment detailed in the navigation section, and it is served by two helm seats.
Beach club
Concealed behind the transom door, the beach club comes to life when the door folds down, transforming into an inviting waterside terrace for bathing while revealing a serene lounge within the structure. An emergency escape leads to the main deck, and there is additional access through the engine room.
To port, a teak-and-white lounging area with a matching coffee table invites relaxation; to starboard, a bar with refrigerator and ice maker stands ready to refresh. A swimming shower is positioned on the starboard side of the beach, while a full shower is set at the aft end of the club, complemented by a dedicated changing room and a separate toilet.
The space is fully air-conditioned, delivering 36,000 BTU of heating or cooling via overhead outlets that create an air curtain at the doorway. German Maestro Marine speakers enrich the ambiance with music sourced from the main saloon unit.
From here, watertight doors open to the starboard-side laundry, fitted with a separate washer and dryer plus storage, and to the port-side technical space housing AC main power controls and systems.
Crew
Accessed from the galley via internal stairs, the crew quarters are thoughtfully arranged with a captain’s cabin with ensuite and two twin crew cabins, each with its own ensuite, complemented by a dedicated mess, lobby, and laundry area. Descending the stairs aft, you enter the laundry zone with organized storage for linen and towels, a washer and drier, and ample space for ironing. Overhead, neatly enclosed in a locker, are the electrical distribution boxes, while on the aft bulkhead facing the mess area a PLC screen provides access to the boat’s systems alongside a Raymarine monitor for CCTV and navigation oversight when underway. Forward to port, the mess offers practical storage and a worktop with a small fridge and a combination microwave oven for efficient food preparation, with a comfortable table and seating for the crew. To starboard, two full-height Siemens freezers sit opposite a wall-mounted TV, ensuring generous provisioning and easy downtime. Climate control is superb, with 24,000 BTU of heating or cooling housed beneath the entry stairs and distributed throughout the space with independent control. For natural ventilation there is an opening port light with dead light, and the entire area is also supplied by the main internal fresh-air make-up system. Access to the captain’s and crew cabins is conveniently from this central space.
Captain's cabin
Accessed from the crew lobby, this generous cabin welcomes with a double bed set along the hull side, adjacent to a large wardrobe that incorporates a fitted safety box for boat documents. On the aft bulkhead, a dedicated working desk with a desk light creates a practical command post, while entry to the ensuite bathroom is positioned forward of the wardrobe for effortless flow.
Climate comfort is assured by a fully air-conditioned system delivering 9,000 BTU of heating or cooling, with the fan coil discreetly located behind the wardrobe, an air outlet on the outboard hull side of the room, and intuitive control at the bedside. For natural ventilation, an openable port light with deadlight is provided, and the space is additionally fed by the main internal fresh air make-up system.
A 22" TV is mounted on the aft face of the wardrobe, with inputs supplied for a decoder or other entertainment sources. Overhead illumination comes from exposed 24 V DC LED lighting integrated into the ceiling panels.
The ensuite bathroom features a glass-fronted shower area with an adjustable shower head, a sink, and a combined bidet toilet, delivering comfort and convenience with a refined finish.
Crew cabins
From the crew lobby, access opens into these compact cabins where bunk beds align the hull side, with a wardrobe forward before the entrance to the ensuite bathroom. Each space is fully air-conditioned, delivering 9,000 BTU of heating or cooling; the fan coil is located behind the wardrobe, feeding an air outlet along the outboard hull side with convenient control at the bedside. An openable port light with dead light provides fresh air, and the area is also supplied by the main internal fresh air make-up system. Overhead illumination is provided by exposed 24v DC LED lighting fitted within the ceiling panels. The compact ensuite bathroom features a glass-fronted shower area with an adjustable shower head, a sink, and a combined bidet toilet. Practical access to ship’s systems is thoughtfully integrated: the forward bilge and chain wash pump are reached from the port crew cabin behind the steps to the bathroom, while the bow thruster area is accessed from the starboard crew cabin through a hatch in the floor.
Cockpit
The cockpit is approached from the passerelle on the port side or via the two staircases to port and starboard, with optional side boarding gates in the walkways available if required. A generous main seating area with dining table invites open‑air meals; loose chairs can be added to create comfortable seating for eight guests, while a sun‑lounging zone stretches invitingly just aft. To port forward, a bar with refrigerator, ice maker, and small sink keeps refreshments at hand as you unwind.
Overhead, four German Maestro Marine speakers connect seamlessly to the saloon entertainment system, complemented by two independent banks of 24V DC LED lights. Low‑level illumination enhances the steps, traces the superstructure, and glows softly from beneath the cockpit table. From here, large sliding glass doors lead directly to the saloon, the aft stairs rise to the upper deck, and following the port side to the forward stairs brings you to the foredeck and wheelhouse. There is also access to both saloon and galley on the port side, and to the saloon and gym on the starboard side.
Upper deck
The upper deck is the owner’s level, a generous storage platform for tenders and toys that, once cleared, transforms into a superb relaxing or games area offering a full 50 m2 of open space. A robust 2,500 kg crane simplifies loading, complemented by flood lighting and low-level accent lighting, while life rafts are positioned on this level for complete peace of mind. Immersive sound flows through two German Maestro Marine speakers connected to the owner’s cabin entertainment system, and a 3 m extending electric Bimini provides shade for the breakfast area on the owner’s deck whenever required. From here, there is seamless access to the foredeck and flybridge.
Foredeck
Complementing the deck gear detailed in its section, the foredeck becomes an inviting lounge, where forward-facing seating with a folding table gazes across the twin sunbeds and out to sea. A further seating area in the bow invites you to savour an uncluttered horizon or to take in the elegant sweep of the forward area. For ambiance, low-level accent lighting sets a refined mood, while two German Maestro Marine speakers deliver music from the saloon system. When it is time to work with the deck gear, practical flood lighting ensures clear, confident operation.
Flybridge
Reached exclusively via the upper deck steps, the flybridge unfolds as an open-air haven centered on a large dining table that comfortably seats twelve, complemented by twelve dedicated outdoor dining chairs, with an inviting lounging area aft beneath a Bimini sunshade.
Entertaining is effortless with a starboard-side wet bar equipped with a barbecue grill, refrigerator, ice maker, and sink, while to port, practical storage cupboards and a dumbwaiter deliver dishes directly from the galley. Overhead, the roll bar casts shade for dining and provides subtle night lighting, while carrying the full suite of navigation equipment to guide you to any destination at sea. Forward, the upper helm is flanked by two side seats that offer a perfect view during navigation. Music flows from the saloon system through four German Maestro Marine speakers discreetly mounted at low level around the deck, and for adaptable comfort a canvas Bimini system stretches from the aft of the roll bar to the aft of the fly deck, divided into three sections to provide generous shade while relaxing.
