Detailed Description
Description
The 2025 Pershing GTX80 is US duty paid and invites trades with in-house financing available, presenting one of the most exciting entries into the 80-foot luxury yacht arena by blending Pershing’s unmistakably athletic profile with the comfort, livability, and expansive entertaining spaces more often found on significantly larger yachts. Conceived through the collaboration of the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari and Vallicelli Design, the GTX80 introduces a fresh concept within the Pershing lineage, uniting aggressive styling, high performance, and true onboard comfort in a single, masterfully executed platform.
A signature of this model is its expansive beach club and aft entertaining zone, where hydraulically folding side balconies transform the area into a waterfront terrace that dramatically increases usable deck space and connects guests directly with the sea. In concert with the oversized aft deck and seamless salon integration, the GTX80 offers one of the most social, versatile, and flow-optimized layouts in its class.
Engineered specifically around the Volvo Penta IPS propulsion platform, the GTX80’s hull delivers a ride unique to this model and distinct from previous Pershing designs. The synergy between hull form and IPS results in exceptional maneuverability, efficiency, stability, and handling, all while retaining the exhilarating, responsive performance expected of a Pershing. The yacht feels vividly sporty underway yet remains remarkably composed for extended cruising and effortless entertaining.
Inside, nearly 400 square feet of climate-controlled salon space is bathed in natural light and finished with sophisticated Italian craftsmanship. Rich materials, modern finishes, and clean architectural lines create an ambiance of understated luxury that never compromises comfort. Multiple entertainment zones—including the aft deck, beach club, flybridge, salon, and bow lounge—invite both lively gatherings and serene retreats, while the flybridge itself is dedicated to conviviality with generous shaded seating, a beautifully integrated wet bar, and multiple lounging areas perfect for long days on the water. This Pershing GTX80 has been exceptionally maintained and presents in outstanding condition.

Power is delivered by three VOLVO D13 IPS1350 engines, their stainless steel engine exhaust risers and three engine exhaust mufflers expertly integrated for efficient, low-noise operation. Ventilation and extraction are ensured by two air intakes and two electric extractors, while an air compressor stands ready for onboard service needs. Electrical generation is redundant and quiet, with both an auxiliary power generator 32kW-60Hz and a main power generator 32kW-60Hz housed in soundproof cases. Fluid and thermal management are optimized through two generator manifolds with gas separators and two hydraulic oil heat exchangers, complemented by a hydraulic unit dedicated to the electrohydraulic systems and steering. Precision engineering details include three coupling joints and two support poles, while visibility and monitoring are enhanced by two waterproof cameras interfaced with the bridge, two fluorescent lights, six LED lights, and a conveniently placed light switch. An electric A/C pump further supports onboard climate control.
For seamless propulsion and maneuvering, the yacht features an electric bow thruster and a trim stabilizer with interceptors, delivering confident handling and a composed ride in varied sea conditions.
Systems
Engineered for reliability and comfort at sea, the fresh water system delivers effortless autonomy with a fresh-water inlet from the water tank, a dedicated fresh-water outlet in the engine room, and a fresh-water pump with autoclave operating at 24 V and 230 V. Monitoring is assured by a level sensor, while a shore fresh-water intake with pressure regulator streamlines dockside replenishment. Storage is generous with a structural GRP tank of 1300, complemented by an 80 l water heater and a water maker producing 142 l/h.
The sea water system is configured for robust performance, featuring three dynamic seawater intakes, two static seawater intakes, and a fire-extinguishing and chain-wash electric pump. Protection and filtration are provided by five seawater basket filters serving the engines, power generators, A/C pumps, services, and the fire-extinguishing system, with a dedicated seawater outlet for chain wash and fire-fighting in the forward locker.
Thoughtfully designed for hygiene and efficiency, the grey water system includes an electric pump for tank discharge, a level sensor, and a manifold by-pass enabling emergency grey and black water pump discharge, all feeding a structural GRP tank of 450 l. The black water system mirrors this dependability with an electric pump for tank discharge, a level sensor, and a structural GRP tank of 450 l.
Safety is paramount in the fire extinguishing system, which integrates an automatic and manual FM200 installation for the engine room and systems area, a remote emergency engine shut-down control, and a remote control for fire-system and alarm activation. Handheld coverage includes a manual CO2 extinguisher of 2 kg and manual 1 kg powder extinguishers, one for each room, all supported by a comprehensive smoke detector system.
Climate control is refined and powerful, with air conditioning serving all cabins, bathrooms, and the main-deck salon, excluding the crew bathroom, and driven by a supertropical A/C main unit compressor rated at 144,000 BTU.
The electrical system is conceived for seamless, shipwide power management, featuring bow thruster batteries with a dedicated bow thruster battery charger, a breaker box, and an earthing system running the length of the hull and bonded to anodes on the transom. It includes AC and DC electric panels and three electronic digital panels for engine control, with an emergency parallel connection between service and auxiliary batteries. Starting power is assured by three engine starter batteries and a dedicated engine battery charger, supported by a frequency converter, a fridge inverter at 60 Hz/120 V, and a gensets battery charger. Ground connections protect the seawater intake and railings, while a ground fault interrupter rated 120VAC-6mA safeguards all heads, the galley, and the engine room. An inverter for domestic loads at 60 Hz/120 V complements the main electric panel with magneto-thermic switches, alongside a parallel connection between generators battery and two power generator starter batteries. Entertainment readiness is built in with preparation for TV, including a 120 V cable, F connector, and TV antenna cables. Capacity and convenience extend to service and auxiliary batteries with services and auxiliary battery charge, a shore plug rated 100 A at 60 Hz, a shore socket with loose cable, and American-type 120 V sockets, double in each box. The suite is completed by a swift off battery, a three-monophase shore power converter, and voltage measuring instruments for 24 V/230 V.
For long-range capability, the fuel system features an electronic fuel-level remote indicator on the dashboard, three fuel separator filters, a precise fuel sight gauge, and two manual fuel discharge/load drainage pumps feeding a structural tank of 5100 l.
Confidence under all conditions comes from the bilge system, which employs an automatic/manual immersion electric pump for bilge discharge in each watertight compartment with level sensors, an electric pump with a valve system enabling separated or joint bilge operation with centralized suction, and an emergency engine-room bilge discharge via the engines’ intake suction.
