Air conditioning systems

Bilge system

Engineered for absolute confidence, the bilge system combines an electric pump dedicated to bilge drainage in the engine room with a suite of four electric pumps that deliver robust, redundant capacity across the vessel. For critical situations, an emergency bilge suction pipe in the engine room operates through the engine cooling pump, providing a direct and reliable means of rapid dewatering. Completing the arrangement, a multipurpose electric pump seamlessly manages bilge, grey water, and black water, streamlining service while maintaining pristine onboard conditions.

Electrical systems

Engineered for unwavering reliability and safety, the yacht’s electrical architecture centers on 24V lighting throughout and robust, low-maintenance battery banks. A group of 24V auxiliary service batteries is supported by two automatic battery chargers, while a dedicated 24V automatic charger maintains the engine batteries. Propulsion and ship’s systems draw on a 24V low water loss engine-start battery group, complemented by a main generator battery 12V low water loss and an auxiliary generator starting battery 12V low water loss. Control and protection are comprehensive, with manual and electric battery disconnecting switches serving both service and engine batteries, two manual battery disconnecting switches dedicated to the generators, and both a mechanical battery parallel switch in the cockpit and an instant electric battery parallel switch at the main helm position.

Shore and onboard distribution are equally refined, with two Carling 100A switches managing the 240V shore supply through two 25kVA isolation transformers and a breaker box. A 120V electric outlet is safeguarded by 120V 6mA ground fault interrupters, while a ground connection for the sea water intake and railings and cathodic protection with anodes ensure thorough bonding and corrosion defense. Power continuity underway is assured by a 60Hz 120V 25kW inverter dedicated to the fridge and a 60Hz 120V 3kW inverter for services, delivering seamless AC performance across the yacht.

Sanitary and water systems

The yacht’s sanitary and water systems are thoughtfully engineered for reliability, efficiency, and easy upkeep. Twin automatic electric pumps manage waste streams with seamless redundancy: one oversees black water tank pump-down yet is interchangeable with the grey water circuit, while the other serves the grey water discharge system and is likewise interchangeable with the black water tank. The black water tank (53511) is monitored by gauges indicating three-quarter and full levels and features a deck connection for straightforward pump-out, complemented by a grey water tank (53511). Fresh-water amenities include an electric WC system supplied by a fresh water pump rated 60 Hz, a generous fresh water tank (132011), and water heaters 50 lt. For robust seawater capability, independent sea water intakes with filters serve both the air conditioning and the general sea water system, while a sea water fire-fighting system with chain wash down adds crucial safety and utility. A three-way valve in the galley further refines control and convenience across the installation.

Hull, deck, and deckhouse

A sculpted fiberglass access stair framed by a stainless steel perimeter rail rises to the flybridge, while passage to the swimming platform is via fiberglass steps set over a teak-laid floor with discreet courtesy lighting. The expansive fiberglass platform features an integrated starboard-side stair, a teak surface, and an up-and-down system, complemented by a concealed stainless steel electro-hydraulic swimming ladder built into the platform and a stern shower with a hot-and-cold mixer tap. At the bow, relaxation is assured with a sofa upholstered in plush cushions and protected by a tailored cover, enhanced by two watertight loudspeakers connected to the salon audio system. Safe movement throughout is ensured by a perimeter guardrail, side GRP gates, and two stainless steel handrails on the stairs to the cockpit, with the stern cockpit and side walkways finished in rich teak.

Mooring and handling are effortless thanks to two 3000 W electric anchor winches with controls at the helm station, at the bow, and on the flybridge, working in concert with two polished stainless steel anchors of 90 kg each, each paired with galvanized steel chain measuring 120 m in length and 13 mm in diameter. At the stern, two 1700 W, 24 V electric warping winches, stainless steel fairleads at bow and stern, two stainless steel hawses—one per side—and a full complement of stainless steel deck accessories and hardware deliver precise control. The layout is completed by stainless steel cleats—four at the stern, two amidships, and four at the bow—together with a concealed stainless steel electro-hydraulic gangway with stanchions and teak flooring and two stainless steel stern mooring area covers. The electro-hydraulic fiberglass hatch grants access to a generous stern garage designed to house one tender and one jet ski.

Practicality and protection are built in, with two fire-fighting hoses stationed at bow and stern, a fresh water aft shore connection, two fresh water washdown outlets serving bow and stern, a freshwater intake in chromed brass, and two chromed brass fuel intakes on the deck, one on each side. Ventilation is refined with two stainless steel air intake covers, while the hull benefits from a durable antifouling coating that underscores long-term performance and ease of maintenance.

Hatches and windows

Thoughtfully appointed for seamless access and abundant natural light, the foredeck features an access hatch to the anchor chain locker, two access hatches to the bow deckhouse lockers, each with a stainless steel ladder, and an additional access hatch to the bow locker. The machinery spaces are equally convenient, with an engine room access door from the starboard side walkway complemented by an engine room access hatchway from the cockpit, also served by a stainless steel ladder. At the helm station, a windshield sun cover preserves clarity and comfort, while a lateral port-side hopper window enhances ventilation. Movement around the upper decks is effortless thanks to a port-side manual door on the flybridge for direct access to the bow area and a stainless steel and tempered glass sliding door connecting the wheelhouse to the flybridge. Practicality continues along the main deck with a portside manual side door from the galley to the external walkway and a starboard side manual sliding door from the main deck lobby to the external walkway, while the sliding manual main entrance saloon door is crafted in stainless steel and tempered monolithic glass. Refined finishes tie the ensemble together with portholes in stainless steel, interior doors in wood with stainless steel handles and thresholds, windows in monolithic or laminated glass, and a sleek plexiglass windshield in the flybridge area.
