Overview
Chameleon delivers rare value for a 2024 model-year luxury motor yacht that is truly turn-key and still under warranty, showcasing extensively refreshed interiors, a comprehensive suite of options, and major U.S.-spec enhancements. Never offered for charter and cared for obsessively by her single owner with a full-time Captain and crew, this flybridge yacht has been preserved to an impeccable standard befitting a premium Sanlorenzo.
Sanlorenzo’s pioneering asymmetric concept reshapes what’s possible for interior volume on a yacht in this class. By smartly routing the portside side deck up from the main deck to the bridge level, the design frees an extra three feet of interior beam, meaning a notably broader, more gracious footprint for living spaces and accommodations within this sleek planing motor yacht.
Throughout the SL90A, inventive spatial solutions are artfully executed. The on-deck, full-beam owner’s suite pairs with three generously sized guest cabins below, creating a sanctuary of comfort. On the port side, a hydraulic section lowers at the push of a button to open uninterrupted, floor-to-ceiling water views from the salon, while a dramatic open atrium spans amidships, linking the guest deck to the raised pilothouse for a striking vertical connection. Movement and access have been elegantly rethought: an electric door leads directly from the primary suite to the forward deck, and guests can step straight from the bridge deck to the bow sunpads, enhancing the effortless indoor-outdoor flow that defines a contemporary cruising superyacht. Expansive skylights pour sunlight into the master and through to the shower, infusing the interior with natural radiance and an airy sense of volume.
Chameleon is a fully equipped Americas Edition yacht, U.S.-flagged with Duty paid. Standout features include CNC electric stabilizer fins for confident passagemaking, a louvered opening sunroof, and a stern garage paired with a hydraulic swim platform for seamless tender and watersports access. Beyond the factory options, the owner has invested heavily in premium upgrades: a Control4, iPad-driven AV ecosystem; Starlink satellite internet infrastructure; enhanced audio; Ubiquiti AI camera surveillance; advanced water filtration; additional refrigeration; high-capacity ice makers; upgraded AC chillers; flybridge Eisenglass enclosures; and a Williams tender. The result is an exquisitely specified Sanlorenzo SL90A that blends innovation, elegance, and turn-key readiness in a remarkable 90-foot flybridge motor yacht.
Detailed Description
Short description
“Chameleon” presents an exceptional value for a 2024 model year vessel that is turn-key and under warranty, showcasing heavily upgraded interiors, a comprehensive list of options, and significant stateside enhancements. Never chartered and meticulously maintained by its original owner with a full-time Captain and crew, this yacht reflects exacting care and pride of ownership throughout.
The Asymmetric series from Sanlorenzo reimagines interior volume on a yacht of this size by ingeniously elevating the portside walkaround from the main deck to the bridge level, delivering an additional three feet of interior beam and substantially expanding the space devoted to accommodations. Within the SL90A, innovative layout features include an expansive full-beam on-deck master stateroom complemented by three spacious cabins below, ensuring guests enjoy unparalleled comfort. A hydraulic bulkhead section on the portside lowers at the touch of a button to reveal uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling water views from the salon, while a spectacular open atrium stretches midships, seamlessly connecting the bottom guest cabin deck to the raised pilothouse. Access and flow have been meticulously reconsidered: an electric door from the master bedroom to the exterior deck of the bow enables swift movement forward, and guests can also walk directly from the bridge deck to the bow sunbathing areas. Large skylights link the sky and the master bedroom to the shower, bathing the space in natural light and heightening the sense of openness.
Chameleon is a fully optioned Americas edition yacht, flagged in the United States with Duty paid, and offers a suite of desirable features including CNC electric stabilizer fins, a louvered sunroof, and a stern garage with a hydraulic swim platform. The owner has further invested in additional aftermarket upgrades such as Control 4 iPad-controlled AV, a starling internet infrastructure, upgraded sound, Ubiquity AI cameras, water filtration, extra refrigeration, high-capacity ice makers, upgraded AC chillers, flybridge eisenglass, and a Williams tender.
Key features
Owned by a single meticulous owner and never chartered, this yacht benefits from open-checkbook maintenance and carries full factory warranty until April 2026. Built to USA specs and duty paid, it showcases upgraded designer interiors and an on-deck master stateroom, complemented by an innovative asymmetrical layout that increases volume. Private bow access from the master stateroom and the flybridge deck enhances flow, while the salon features a 65” Samsung Smart TV mirror. Navigation and onboard systems are elevated by the Garmin Diamond Package and an integrated Control 4 Dometic system, with Starlink connectivity and Ubiquity AI Cameras for seamless communication and monitoring. Comfort and independence come courtesy of custom water filtration and a Zero Speed Fin Stabilizer System. A versatile garage with a Williams tender is included, and the hydraulic swim platform transforms into a beach club for effortless days on the water.
Americas edition package
Tailored for North American cruising, the Americas edition package elevates capability and comfort with an electrical system at 120/240 V anchored by an Iso Boost Transformer and a shore power connection comprising a single 220 V AC 100 A single-phase 60 Hz inlet. Protection and convenience are built in through a fail-safe galvanic isolator for dry dock, GFCI located in the technical room, bathroom, galley and exterior utilizing waterproof boxes in the lazzarette, and double gang 110 V 60 Hz USA/EU sockets. Power management is robust, with two 32 kW generators, a 12 V/25 A battery charger dedicated to the generator batteries, a Glendenning Cablemaster CM8 with a thirty-meter cable, and one 24 V master switch dedicated to navigation electronics at the pilothouse.
In the engine room, double filters for generators, ball valve thru-hull fittings (engine cooling exhausts remain as gate valves), and an engine oil change system with manual pump underscore reliability and serviceability. Predisposition for water maker installation and a black/grey water pump installed in by-pass add versatility, while safety is assured by installation of FM200 fire system equipment (USCG approved).
Climate control is managed by a tropicalized air conditioning system with twin chillers and a chilled water piping insulation upgrade rated at 180,000, with air conditioning condensation draining overboard to keep bilges dry.
At the helm, navigation electronics include a VHF with US channels, complemented by additional electrical conduits between the engine room, pilothouse, flybridge helm station and hard top to simplify upgrades and expansions. Entertainment is delivered via US audio/visual equipment.
Exterior complements include three freshwater outlets serving the flybridge, aft and bow, a spotlight for confident night maneuvers, stainless steel protection around the exhaust plenums and forward bow cap rail area, and Prop speed on shafts, propeller, intruder, and bow and stern thruster (if applicable). A USCG approved mast head light predisposition is also incorporated.
Inside, a hard latch system—slides or positive catches on all galley and bar appliances and other drawer units—secures provisions underway, and both the master and VIP berths hinge up for additional under bed storage.
Appliances are specified for performance and durability: a washing machine by Asko and an Asko dryer with overboard venting in lieu of self-contained ventilation; a Miele 30" cooktop, GE microwave with integrated hood, Miele 24" oven, Miele 24" dishwasher, and Miele 24" ventilation fan; an Insinkerator compact 3/4 Hp sink/food waste disposal; a galley upright refrigerator/freezer Subzero ICBT - 30 CIID with no ice maker integrated; a salon bar refrigerator by Subzero with two drawers; an Indel Webasto clear-cube salon ice maker; and a Frigonautica refrigerator on the flybridge.
Full technical specifications upon request.

The main deck opens into a light‑filled salon where full‑height windows on each side illuminate an inviting arrangement of one ample sofa and one coffee table, a wall‑mounted TV on the fore bulkhead, and refined bar furniture complete with fridge and icemaker. Parquet flooring underfoot and ceiling lights above create a warm, contemporary ambience, complemented by curtains and soft furnishings (See Materials & Furnishings). Portside of the salon, the dining area is arranged around a table with accommodation for eight people, flanked by cabinets to hold plates, glasses, and crockery. Here too, ceiling lights, parquet flooring, and carefully curated curtains and soft furnishings (See Materials & Furnishings) enhance the setting for memorable meals at sea.
Conveniently positioned for guests, the day toilet features a WC with hydro brush, washbasin, mirror, air extractor, and ceiling lights, all finished with coverings and accessories (See Materials & Furnishings) and set upon elegant marble flooring. From the portside foyer—finished with ceiling lights, coverings (See Materials & Furnishings), and parquet flooring—you can access the owner cabin, the day toilet, and the stairs leading down to the lower deck accommodation areas. On the starboard side, a matching foyer with ceiling lights, coverings (See Materials & Furnishings), and parquet flooring connects to the galley and the wheelhouse.
Forward of the starboard foyer, the galley is separated by a door and crafted from modular components to deliver professional functionality. Its specification includes a four‑plate 60cm electric cooktop with integrated extraction hood, dishwasher, 60cm conventional oven, Microwave Oven, and a commercial fridge/freezer, all complemented by a double‑bowl sink, granite countertop, ample storage furniture, and ceiling lights. Practical touches such as curtains and soft furnishings (See Materials and Furnishings), flooring in vinylic material, and a dedicated door leading to the starboard external passageway ensure effortless service and movement.
The wheelhouse exudes command and comfort with a leather‑covered dashboard housing navigation instruments, a leather‑covered pilot armchair with electrical movement, a small countertop, and a dedicated compartment for emergency controls. Ceiling lights and courtesy lights on the stairs, soft furnishings, and parquet flooring round out the space. The helm station is supplied with main engine throttles; main engines and gearboxes instruments; navigation instruments as indicated in Par. 9.1; bow thruster controls; stabilizer controls (if requested); trim tab controls and indicator; rudder position indicator; windscreen wipers control; and an electric control panel for alarms repetition and controls. A 12‑inch touchscreen monitor (electronic navigation) centralizes oversight of the main onboard systems, including 230V AC and 24V DC electrical circuits, horn, autopilot, navigation lights, fuel transfer e/pump, firefighting e/pump, alarm for high level water in bilge and controls for automatic bilge pumps, and tank level indicators. Completing the installation are a subpanel 230V AC and 24V DC, a synoptic panel for navigation lights with manual control, and a synoptic panel for bilge alarms and pumps.
Amidship, the owner’s cabin is a serene private domain entered through a small foyer, where a desk at the entrance leads to a second desk with vanity on the portside. Wall furniture both starboard side and portside offers generous storage, while a double bed with four drawers and mattress (See Materials and Furnishings) is flanked by two nightstands and complemented by wall furniture with integrated TV and recessed shelves portside and amidship. A safe, ceiling lights and reading lights, curtains and soft furnishings (See Materials and Furnishings), and moquette flooring elevate both comfort and style. Natural light and fresh air flow from an electric skylight, and one door connects the owner’s cabin directly with the external passageway on the starboard side.
Forward of the cabin, the owner’s bathroom is reached via a small foyer and designed for indulgence with two washbasins set into one marble bench top with drawers, mirrors, a WC with hydro brush, bidet, and a shower with handset, shower head, and tempered glass door. An air extractor and air conditioning from the cabin fan coil unit ensure perfect climate control, while ceiling lights, accessories (See Materials and Furnishings), and marble flooring complete the spa‑like finish. Adjoining this area, the owner’s walk‑in wardrobe—accessed via the same small foyer—presents a full‑height wardrobe with a dedicated clothes hanging area, drawers, ceiling lights, coverings and furnishing (See Materials and Furnishings), and moquette flooring, delivering a beautifully organized dressing space befitting extended cruising.
Lower deck
Thoughtfully arranged from stern to bow, the lower deck unfolds with a garage, an engine room, two guest cabins, one VIP cabin, dedicated crew quarters, and a chain locker, each space meticulously appointed to blend technical excellence with refined comfort.
From the lift swimming platform, an electro-hydraulic hatch grants entry to the garage, which is purpose-built to streamline tender operations and enhance safety. Within, a tender hauling and launching system works in concert with secure tender chocks, while a fire detection system and ceiling lights provide confidence and clarity. An emergency escape from the stern further underscores the yacht’s commitment to preparedness.
The engine room is engineered for performance, reliability, and ease of service. It houses the main engines with exhaust pipes mounted on silent blocks, a stainless steel handrail serving as exhaust pipe support, and a generator set located sideways adjacent to the forward bulkhead with a comprehensive exhaust system that includes a muffler and water/gas separators. Structural fuel tanks in GRP double as a bulkhead, while ventilators with smoke dumper keep the environment safeguarded. An aluminium bench supports pumps and machinery in the aft area, complemented by aluminium flooring that is powder varnished on aluminium supports. Access is via a stainless steel staircase from the main deck cockpit, and the walls and ceiling are finished in white aluminium panels for a bright, orderly workspace. Valves, controls, and pumps are laid out for easy inspection, and electrical systems are robustly specified with main engines and gen sets starting batteries, service batteries, battery switches, and battery chargers for the main engine and generators’ starting battery banks. A main electrical switchboard and shore power switchboard anchor the distribution, while air-conditioning compressors and pumps, additional pumps, electro-hydraulic power packs, and ceiling lights complete the specification. Safety is paramount with an FM200/Novec firefighting system.
Each guest cabin is fitted with a double bed featuring four drawers and one mattress (see Materials and Furnishings), a nightstand with two drawers, and a wardrobe with hanging bar and internal light. Wall furniture incorporates an integrated TV, and illumination is refined through ceiling lights and reading lights. The VIP cabin elevates private comfort with a double bed offering four drawers and a premium mattress (see Materials and Furnishings), two nightstands, and beautifully crafted furniture with a vanity on the starboard side. A dedicated vanity area and a wardrobe with generous hanging space ensure effortless living. Ambient and focused lighting is provided by ceiling lights and reading lights, and two 600x300 mm portholes made of stainless steel and tempered glass introduce sea views and gentle ventilation. Curtains and soft furnishings complement the moquette flooring for a refined finish.

Upholstery and accessories (see Materials and Furnishings), audio/video equipment as per par. 9.5, and flooring made of vinylic material enhance durability and comfort. For safety, one emergency escape leads into the technical storage space at the bow of the dinette and continues to the owner dressing.
The portside crew cabin is arranged with two bunk beds complete with mattresses, a drawer under the lower bed, and a wardrobe with hanging space, supplemented by cupboards and shelves. Lighting is thoughtfully arranged with ceiling lights and reading lights, and one 600x300 mm stainless steel and tempered glass porthole brings in natural light. On the stern side, the crew cabin provides one single bed with mattress, a drawer under the lower bed, a wardrobe with hanging space, and ample cupboards and shelves. Ceiling lights and reading lights, one 600x300 mm stainless steel and tempered glass porthole, curtains and soft furnishings (see Materials and Furnishings), vinylic flooring, audio/video equipment as per par. 9.5, and air conditioning with a dedicated control panel mirror the same high standards of finish and functionality.
The crew bathrooms are smartly specified with a WC, a washbasin, and a wall cupboard with mirror, accompanied by ceiling lights and vinylic flooring. Curtains, furnishings, and accessories (see Materials and Furnishings) provide a cohesive, practical finish. The separate shower area features a shower with handset and tempered glass door, an air extractor, and ceiling lights, while soft furnishings and accessories (see Materials and Furnishings) and teak grating flooring deliver durability and grip in a maritime setting.
Forward, the chain locker is reached through a weather-tight hatch, the same model used to access the bow technical locker, and contains the two anchor windlass motors along with a separated storage space for fenders, ensuring equipment remains secure, organized, and at the ready.
Exterior
Every line of the exterior is conceived for beauty, safety, and purposeful detail. The hull presents a porthole measuring 600 x 300 mm in stainless steel AISI 316 with tempered glass, a stainless steel fender bar on each side of the vessel, and a stainless steel anchor pocket elegantly recessed into the hull.
On the main deck, teak decking with planks of 12 mm thickness spans the starboard side deck and the aft cockpit, while the stairs leading up to the fly-bridge glow with strip LEDs set into teak. Teak also finishes the stairs descending to the lift swimming platform, which itself features a 20 mm teak grating, echoed by the 20 mm teak grating on the threshold of the aft saloon door. Oval stainless steel handrails grace the stairway down to the lift swimming platform and the stairway up to the fly-bridge, where tempered glass windows of approved thickness frame the views. A lift swimming platform operates via an electro-hydraulic power system, complemented by an electro-hydraulic gangway with teak grating and a stainless steel frame that retracts into the upper step of the port staircase. A manual swimming ladder adds effortless water access, and a dedicated control panel governs the gangway and garage hatch manoeuvring. Practicalities are elegantly concealed: electrical sockets for shoreline lie within a dedicated stern hatch; a shore freshwater filling station, shore water connection, and hot/cold mixer for the shower are likewise housed in their own stern hatch; and shore connection for black water discharge is neatly set within another stern hatch. The external deck is illuminated by watertight LED lights, while three drainage scuppers and two deck wash outlets ensure immaculate decks at all times.
Mooring operations are handled with precision through fairleads and bollards designed for confidence and control. There are three stainless steel fairleads on both the starboard and port sides of the boat—one by the stern, one midship, and one by the bow—mirrored by three stainless steel bollards on each side, with the midship bollard integrated into the fairlead. Two up-and-down bollards, situated on the bathing platform, facilitate tender and jet ski mooring.
External passageways and the aft cockpit are crafted for seamless movement and alfresco living. A saloon sliding door in tempered glass with an aluminium powder painted frame opens invitingly, while two side doors in GRP—one on each side—support swift side mooring boarding. From the aft cockpit port side, teak and stainless-steel structural stairs rise to the fly-bridge, and stainless steel gates secure the approach to the lift swimming platform. Storage and convenience abound, with one store peak on the starboard passageway, an integrated GRP sofa, two wooden smoke tables, and two armchairs. For robust anchoring support, there are two electric windlasses with integrated capstan rated at 24 Vdc, 1700 W. Safety is paramount, with manual activation of the fire protection system set within a technical space in the stern sofa next to the steel gates, supported by a firefighting hose with associated connection. Brackets for boat hooks are recessed within a dedicated space on the internal bulwark. A fuel filling station on the starboard side is readily accessible, as are two doors on the starboard side leading to the side passageway of the main deck. Comfort and care are assured with external cushions, protection covers for all exterior furniture, and a GRP door granting port-side access to the engine room.
Forward, the bow area is finished in GRP with a non-slip surface, including the raised base for the forward sofa. A GRP sofa with a fixed table anchors this relaxing retreat. Ground tackle is thoroughly specified with two anchor windlasses featuring integrated capstan, reversible, 24 V, 2300 W, with local control by means of a portable device; two high-holding-power galvanized steel anchors at 105 kg each; and two chains of 12 mm gauge measuring 110 m each. The chain locker is fitted with an effective drainage system, supported by a firefighting hose with associated connection and a dedicated chain washing system. Practical touches include one peak integrated in the toerail on the starboard side, blackout shades for the wheelhouse windows, GRP structural stairs with non-slip finishing leading to the external passageway to the fly-bridge, and a watertight hatch for access to technical and chain lockers. Here too, external cushions and protection covers for all outdoor furniture ensure enduring comfort and elegance.
Along the widebody external area, GRP passageways with non-slip finishing provide surefooted transit, while a GRP sunbathing area with cushions sits forward of the wheelhouse front window. Handrails on the gangway enhance safety, and protection covers for all outdoor furniture preserve the pristine finish.
The fly-bridge welcomes you via an external staircase from the aft cockpit port side or from the bow area through an external passageway on the port side, as well as through an internal staircase from the wheelhouse. At the helm position, a windscreen with an aluminium powder painted frame and tempered glass affords clarity and protection. A side door in VTR/glass on the port side admits you to the superstructure widebody area, while a comprehensive dashboard includes main engine controls, main engines instruments, navigation electronics as indicated in Par. 9.2, and controls for trim tabs, navigation lights, horn, bow windlasses, wipers, bow thruster, and stabilizers if requested, together with a magnetic compass. Ergonomics meet refinement with seating for two people with an integrated cupboard, mounted on a teak grating raised platform, complemented by additional seating for two people alongside the pilot seats, also with an integrated cupboard and mounted on a teak grating raised platform. A sliding companion made of aluminium and tempered glass covers the staircase when desired, and external cushions with protection covers for all outdoor furniture and the helm position complete the ensemble.
The fly-bridge living area extends the open-air experience with a GRP roll-bar fitted with navigation lights, antennas, an acoustic alarm, and fly-bridge lighting. Entertaining is effortless at the bar area with fridge and sink, enhanced by a deck washing outlet in the bar area. Dining unfolds around a table for eight people with chairs, while lounging is arranged with one sofa and two coffee tables. Sun worshippers will appreciate a dedicated sunbathing area with two sunbeds. Secure movement is assured by a stainless steel handrail on the stairs leading down to the cockpit and a striking stainless steel–teak–tempered glass handrail on the aft pulpit. The GRP deck features non-slip finishing with scuppers to discharge water overboard, and safety provisions include two self-inflatable life-rafts for eight people each, integrated in the superstructure and provided with hydrostatic release. External cushions, covers for all outdoor furniture, and one deck wash outlet ensure enduring comfort, cleanliness, and readiness for every passage.
