Overview

The sole pre-owned Vision 444 on the market today.

JUBILEE is an exemplary specimen of the acclaimed Vision 444, an innovative performance cruising sailing catamaran and luxury sailing yacht distinguished by a sumptuous finish and fine craftsmanship. A Cruising World Magazine Boat of the Year recipient, the Vision 444 shines as a benchmark in contemporary multihull architecture and construction, conceived for bluewater, long-range cruising.

This sailing cat delivers the sweet spot between spirited performance and genuine liveaboard comfort. All running rigging leads to the protected helm, enabling effortless singlehanded sailing and confident short-handed passages. Her 3-cabin/3-head Owner’s Version arrangement with a dedicated workshop, plus thoughtfully designed service access, makes JUBILEE an exceptional ocean passagemaker and offshore cruising yacht for a couple or family.

As hull number 8 in the Vision 444 series, JUBILEE benefited from refinements introduced after earlier boats accumulated real-world miles. She was sailed from South Africa in autumn 2022 to the Caribbean by her owners, who have invested generously in upgrades and meticulous care. Presented in stunning, arguably better-than-new condition, she is fully sorted, luxuriously appointed, turnkey, and poised for a globetrotting itinerary or immediate blue-water adventure.

The Vision 444 is a genuine bluewater cruising catamaran for sailors eager to venture farther and discover more, without sacrificing comfort or style—a rare chance to acquire a sought-after luxury multihull.

Detailed Description

Jubilee - Vision 444

Jubilee is Vision Yachts 444 Hull #8, crafted in Crystic vinylester–infused foam‑core construction and finished in a pristine white paint. Commissioned in July 2022 in Knysna, South Africa, she received new EVA decking throughout in August 2025, enhancing both comfort and onboard aesthetics.

Her credentials are comprehensive and current, including IMO # VIS14448L022 and USA Coast Guard Registration # 1327546, with gross tonnage of 33 and net tonnage of 27. Imported to the USA on 8 June 2023 (EU VAT not paid), she is wired for 110V 60HZ. The vessel is held in a single‑purpose entity, SV Jubilee LLC, under Florida Document # LL20000336206 with FEI/EIN # 85-3738656, and there are no liens or encumbrances against the vessel or entity.

Propulsion is provided by Yanmar 3JH40 engines showing 1,800 hours, complemented by Yanmar C35 helm displays with full engine monitoring, including fuel consumption. Drive is via SD60 saildrives turning Gori folding propellers, and fuel is carried in composite tanks at the foot of the mast with 300 litres per side. Control is through a Morse analog throttle for precise maneuvering.

Her sail plan is optimized for performance and ease: a North Sails NPL mainsail and North Sails NPL self‑tacking jib are joined by a North Sails 135 square meter A‑1 asymmetrical spinnaker. Off‑the‑wind versatility comes from a North Sails Helix Code 55 (45 AWA), NPL Code Xi Xi09 / Xi14 CD UV Weathermax new in 2025 with anti‑torsion cable and top‑down furling adapter, and a North Sails Helix Code 65 with anti‑torsion cable and top‑down furling adapter. A storm jib adds heavy‑weather capability. Running rigging was renewed in October 2025 with new UHMWPE (Dyneema or similar) halyards and sheets. Power handling is effortless with two Harken 50 24V two‑speed winches at the helm and two Harken 46 24V two‑speed winches aft for headsails. A Dyneema trampoline spans the bows, while code sail furling is managed by a Karver KF3.0L continuous‑line furler, and the spinnaker halyard is secured with a Karver halyard lock.

Connected cruising is assured by a Pepwave router, Starlink mini with 24V adapter, and Iridium GO, keeping communications reliable offshore and at anchor.

Anchoring systems are robust, featuring a Rockna 33 kg galvanized anchor on Lofrans G40 calibrated galvanised chain measuring 10 mm by 110 meters, powered by a Lewmar 24V 1500 watt windless with helm control and counter for confident, controlled sets and retrievals.

Instrumentation and electronics are centered on a B&G Zeus 3S 16-inch display at the helm and a B&G Zeus 3S 12-inch display at the nav station, backed by B&G Halo 24 radar. Data is delivered to four B&G Triton 2 digital displays and a B&G Triton² Speed/Depth/Wind pack containing a Triton² 4.1 inch color display, DST810 transducer, and WS310 wired wind sensor. Communications and safety integrate with a B&G USA 000-14471-001 VHF Radio—V60 VHF with all International, Canadian, USA and WX channels, WX alert, selectable 25/1 watt transmit power, built‑in GPS, AIS receiver, and a 30 W hailer with one wireless remote. Autopilot authority is provided by a Simrad NAC‑3 autopilot corepack driving a Raymarine T‑3 autopilot linear drive.

The electrical architecture combines 24V DC with 110V / 60 HZ AC, anchored by four Victron 200 AH at 24V lithium batteries. Energy independence is bolstered by six 370 W solar panels feeding two Victron Smart MPPT controllers, while two Victron 5000 watt Quattro inverter/chargers deliver abundant AC power. Shore‑power protection and system management are handled by one Victron isolation transformer and one Victron BMS. Note: Jubilee is wired as 110V 60HZ, but could be converted to 220V 50hz by swapping out one of the Victron Quattros.

Freshwater autonomy is secured by a Schenker Zen 100 24V watermaker.

Comfort afloat includes three Raritan Marine Elegance electric toilets. While no washer is currently installed, a dedicated cabinet in the starboard heads is fully provisioned and plumbed for a washing machine.

A SeaSUV 360 carbon fibre tender with a 25 hp electric‑start Yamaha 4‑stroke outboard engine rides on the davits, complete with a dry floor, canopy, rod holders, a telescopic stainless bow ladder, and wheels and axles for effortless beaching.

Galley refrigeration features a 24V stainless door‑style refrigerator paired with a 24V stainless twin‑drawer freezer.

Dockside protection is extensive, with five large plastic fenders, seven Fendertex medium cylindrical inflatable fenders, two Fendertex large cylindrical inflatable fenders, and two Fendertex large round inflatable fenders.

Safety equipment is cruise‑ready, highlighted by an eight‑man Viking life raft repacked and recertified in July 2025, five fire extinguishers inspected and recertified in July 2025, and distress and signal flares new in July 2025. An Ocean Signal RescueMe EPIRB1 stands at the ready, accompanied by eight Lalizas Sigma 170N inflatable PFDs with harness and six WestMarine inflatable PFDs.

A thoughtful spares inventory underpins self‑sufficiency, including a Belkin 604‑24‑70‑K6 alternator(s), an extensive stock of Yanmar filters, impellers, gaskets, and related consumables, a comprehensive set of Schenker Zen 100 spares, a generous supply of ropes for halyards and sheets, and a 24V spare water pump(s).
