Machinery

Power comes from MAN D 2842 LE 409 main engines showing 802 hours to port and 813 hours to starboard, matched to ZF 2500 A gearboxes and delivering thrust through Aquanet 22HS grade shafts with a four-inch diameter to high-performance four-blade propellers via direct drive. The machinery spaces are optimized with a Delta T engine room ventilation system, a DeAngelo exhaust system, and a Reverso oil change system serving both mains and generators. Electrical power is versatile and robust, offering 110/220 VAC and 12/24 VDC service supported by two Northern Lights 60 Hz generators rated at 33 kW and 20 kW, with 2,800 hours on the 20 kW unit and 170 hours on the 33 kW unit, and protected by RACOR 500 MA generator filtration. Shore power is managed by an A/SEA 24 KVA conversion unit with a CHARLES autoswitch 100-amp controller, while two Trace 4 kW inverters provide seamless continuity. AIS enhances situational awareness, and a Furuno searchlight sonar with a telescoping installation adds confident depth intelligence. A Danforth magnetic compass provides reliable heading, with B&G instrumentation displaying both wind and speed, and all critical data presented on three Big Bay monitors updated in 2018.

Entertainment system

Designed for immersive leisure, the yacht’s entertainment suite features a 65-inch Vizio in the main salon and a 50-inch Vizio in the master stateroom, while the VIP guest staterooms and crew quarters are equipped with 20-inch ViewSonic displays. On the Skybridge, a 48-inch flat panel rises smoothly on a motorized lift for open-air viewing. These stringers are cored with high-density foam, the bottom is solid fiberglass paired with high-density foam hullsides, and the deck and superstructure feature L foam-cored reinforcement for additional rigidity. Built using SCRIMP technology to maximize strength and weight efficiency, the build is further safeguarded by a collision bulkhead and finished in a crisp white gelcoat.

On deck, every element is specified for effortless handling and reliability. The anchor windlass system is a single Muir 6000 equipped with a chain compressor and catspaw tensioning device, with control available remotely at the helm or via a plug-in handheld at the windlass. Ground tackle comprises a #400 CQR complemented by four hundred feet of 5.8 HT anchor chain and rode. Tender and anchor operations are supported by a Steelhead 2400 hydraulic davit on the boat deck and an electric davit, 220VAC, on the foredeck for anchor handling or secondary tender launching.
